Efficient and Insightful
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has come a long way in its efficiency of publishing and managing our social media platforms. It allows us to publish on our 90+ storefront pages at the same time, while having oversight on our thought leaders and corporate brand pages. In addition, its inbox helps to manage engagement efficiently with "saved responses." It had helped our team cut down the time of responding to common questions. Lastly, our favorite features are analytics and insights. Hootsuite's newest metric features have allowed us to see our optimal publishing times. Can't wait to see what else Hootsuite will roll out!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Hootsuite provide more metrics when it comes to LinkedIn profiles, especially metrics on videos (i.e. media views, views on post/impressions, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting insights on LinkedIn profiles for our thought leaders has been our biggest issue, but the overall use of Hootsuite for our thought leaders has been very helpful, especially when it comes to scheduling, publishing, engaging, and oversight.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the publishing tool that is available for use in Hootsuite. It is helpful when planning ahead and saving time. This tool also makes social media planning presentations go smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can get a bit complicated when connecting social platforms and making sure you have all of the correct permissions turned on or off. I feel like this can be improved by working with social media platform companies to make things more comprehensive for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving so much time using Hootsuite. It helps me plan months ahead on multiple social media platforms. Not to mention running multiple business accounts!

What do you like best about the product?
I can posting on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram at the same time, and i can export my report who can explain what happened in my platforms and do a good analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t do ads through Hootsuite so i have to do it through my Facebook account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with ads, and i whant to know which countries were interactive withe me in the exporting report

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can schedule out my content a month in advance. It makes me feel accomplished and confident the task is complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike... The only issue I run into is the odd time a post does not schedule out accordingly. But I can usually troubleshoot it on my own within the hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite assists with my time management skills, as I can schedule out my social media content and not worry. This allows me to prioritize other tasks accordingly.
Awesome social media management platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to use. Pretty self-explanatory with a lot of helpful areas if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about the platform that is useful to share.

Managing all our posts on multiple social media accounts in one place makes our work life more manageable. We save a lot of time using Hootsuite.
Making My Work Life Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way the platform works and the visuals of it when using it. Hootsuite allows me to plan posts in advance for work on different types of social media which ultimately makes my work life easier. It's nice seeing the calendar, other posts and future posts. I find it very user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really? I find it easier to use from my laptop but don't really have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to work on weekends or at night. Planning in advance helps me feel a sense of relief going into the weekend or when I'm taking time off. It's also great to see stats from posts and how Hootsuite recommends the best time to post.

Very user-friendly platform that gives me no stress.

I really cannot complain about anything. Social posts are super easy to create.

The problems I am solving are writing and publishing social media posts for different outlets quickly.

I dislike when the video is longer than 1 minute that it won't post to instagram.

Making Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule my social content way ahead of time has made my life massively easier. I can batch a ton and then move onto other parts of Biz Dev and other client work that much faster. It makes me highly efficient with my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could tag people on Linkedin. Right now, it only allows company tags. It would be great if this feature was updated. The rest of the socials seem to work well other than occasional glitches when the @ tag can't find companies I know I'm spelling correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge time saver so I can better manage my business. I'm able to obsess over it for a minute, then move onto something else that matters. It also allows for frequent content with me throwing in a few extra posts here and there in the moment.

Reach out to support through Twitter. I've never spoken to my rep although I've emailed her multiple times.
Simple to share positive news
What do you like best about the product?
I find hootsuite very simple and effective. The dashboard is simple to use, and the tools to decide when to post are also easy to use. I love the simplicity and have used it for many years and would not use any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing not to like; you use it for what you need to use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it far easier to reach people in parts of the world who might not be active when we are. So posting and sharing information and good news when they are awake is mush easier with Hootsuite
