What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling feature. I also love the built-in quick editor to make quick adjustments for graphics used in our various social media posts! I love being able to get a quick glance at the analytics as well for reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could post more than one image at a time on Instagram. I also wish the photo editor would let you reduce the size and add white or black space, so text doesn't get cut off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep track and synchronize our social media across multiple platforms. This is a great way to build your brand and reach people across several social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which I can post posts. I can spend a little time scheduling them, then Hootsuite takes it from there and does the work for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limit of things that I can schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can organize my time much better because I set aside a little time to get all of my things scheduled, then can move on with confidence that they will be posted.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to duplicate posts across accounts and channels. When running multiple accounts simultaneously, the duplication feature is a huge time-saver and allows my content to be seen across all of my digital spaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how the system crashes and disconnects randomly. I also wish there was a way to tag users on Linkedin through Hootsuite, instead of having to wait for the post to go live and go back to add it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved the problem of losing track of a social calendar, as Hootsuite lays it all out right in front of me. I have realized that it is beneficial to skew when certain content goes live and where it goes.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been monumental to our social media growth over the past couple of years. As a multi-site healthcare company, we manage 30+ social media pages and Hootsuite allows us to do this within one platform and push content out quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently have Hootsuite's highest package, their Enterprise package. The only support offered is via e-mail, and I would prefer telephone support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem that Hootsuite has solved is how we will push our similar content to multiple social media pages. Traditionally, you would have to go into each social site individually, but with Hootsuite, we can schedule posts and push them out in one place. I believe it significantly decreases the amount of time necessary for managing many social accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the single dashboard view of all your streams. Makes it easy to interact, like, retweet, and see what is being said about your company or your company topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little better interface for the publisher, calendar, and reporting sections. It would be great to see some other value metrics to help benchmark your channel growth or certain KPIs that my company might be focused on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized publishing is the obvious problem that is solved. Instead of our team having to post natively on each platform, we can distribute content centrally and schedule it ahead of time. This is an obvious time-saver and incredibly valuable to our team's efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Hoot suite make scheduling and posting on social media a breeze.

The free version only allows you to schedule 5 posts at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule posts ahead of time and I love how it keeps track of how our posts are doing. I also love that I can connect multiple social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free subscription included more than two social media accounts to link. And also I would like to be able to schedule more posts in advance. But I get it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is overwhelming when you are the only one doing it and you also have to do everything else to run your business. This allows me to pre-schedule posts and then forget about them, knowing they'll post exactly when I want.
