A basic social solution, but lacking features
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is one of the most well-known social management platforms in the industry. It has built a reputation around being easy to use and affordable for companies and organizations of all sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite isn't a bad platform, to be fair. But many features are lacking from Hootsuite that keep it from being anywhere close to as effective and user-friendly as other competitors. Users have to set up dashboards for every view they want to see, and it's hard to get all of the data you want to see in one view at the same time. Additionally, the scheduling interface is clunky and leaves much to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't currently use Hootsuite, though I have in the past. It was a great basic introductory solution when I first started managing social media, but it quickly ran out of steam. The main benefit to Hootsuite overall is that it is more affordable than many other social media management platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're just starting out, Hootsuite is a great option. But don't be afraid to explore other options as your social media management needs grow over time.

it saves time - don't have to log into multiple social media accounts
A Good Free Option
What do you like best about the product?
Direct connections to most platforms, especially LinkedIn. Good resources for questions and a helpful blog.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very clunky and not user-friendly, particularly for Instagram. The free version does not allow testing for many features, particularly analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On a budget, using the free version to start out with is a great intro to scheduling and optimizing social posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend doing a free trial to test the capabilities of the platform before committing.

Its not really easy to navigate. It takes too long to train clients on how to use it.

Everything I need to know to view analytics and post to my company social media is all on one easy to navigate website

I havent found anything I dont like yet.

Everything we need for social media is in one place. between my company and the social media company, we partner with, We can see everything at a glance
Basic Social Media tool
What do you like best about the product?
Have a quick overview of all social media platforms and what is being posted through them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Social media channels continuously disconnect for no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can overview all of our social media platforms with no need to be logged in on different tabs and navigate through them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sometimes I feel it's really limited. Find out if it fulfills your needs and solves any issues you might have. Be aware that when you upload multiple pictures these will not upload to Instagram; only 1 will show up.
Great tool but priced themselves out of the market.

The best part is it's UI design and the schedule posting features also it provides all the services at one places

Although it's UI is simpler but it it is not updated, you have to update with the time

What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendliness of the platform. You don't really have to be a social media guru to effectively use Hootsuite. The interface is intuitive and easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem to be as robust in terms of customization as some other platforms, however, it's very suitable relative to competitive products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to consolidate our social media efforts in an all-in-one social solution.
