The best platform to manage your social media
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is in the same place. This tool saves me a lot of time when I'm doing my work. I'm a digital marketer, and I manage a team; I have to check everything about strategies, social media, and this tool shows up to save me. Because I have access to all this information in one place, It is beautiful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about this tool. it is perfect for me and my job
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now I don't have to go to other platforms to do my reports or check how is going the campaigns; I save a lot of time when I'm looking for some information

Try it! If you have a business, work for a company, or start a business, try this tool and don't try to do everything alone. With this platform, you're going to boost your business and improve faster than ever.
Hootsuite Gets the Job Done
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a solid social media management tool that allows for easy publishing across platforms. It's all in one interface, which can be customized, is easy to see activity across social media networks and streams. I like how it is organized by tab, so everything is in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface appeared cluttered and confusing and required customization to simplify. At the time of use, Hootsuite also could not publish stories to Instagram and Facebook. I found myself publishing many Instagram posts manually because you cannot post multi-image carousels to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saved our company time and energy by allowing us to schedule posts in one centralized location. The benefit is the time saved.

Hootsuite is a solid choice for a social media management tool. It is reliable, practical, and you can upgrade to receive additional features. Look at the features closely before purchasing a subscription.
Hootsuite from free to overpriced
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. It has a polished look, similar to website building UI's such as wix. There's image resizing in the app, which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is too high for someone who wants to manage their personal or single business social networks. The features are not advanced enough to dictate this high price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IF you choose to subscribe, you would be able to schedule posts. The past free account let you schedule a certain amount of social posts, maybe 30, up to a month in advance. The new free model is so restricted you may as well just post them without the use an app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're considering paying for Hootsuite, I encourage you to shop around. There are better apps out there with more features for the same or lower price.
Easily view and manage multiple social media platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is like a set it and forget it solution across multiple social media platforms. It also allows me to view each platform side by side, making it easier to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more room for more elements side by side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posts not being forgotten about it the primary problem being solved. A huge benefit I've realized is easily being able to view all hashtags and analytics for multiple accounts on one platform.
Hootsuite was fantastic, though it has come to a point where we don't need it.
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the ability to schedule my FB posts ahead of time and see the calendar laid out.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we were using it, you couldn't schedule Instagram to go out automatically. It would send you your post that you scheduled and remind you to physically do it yourself on the day at the time you specified scheduling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed our social media to go out more regularly and to be scheduled. It was extremely helpful through FB, but not instagram.
Streamline Your Social Media Posting
What do you like best about the product?
Having a nice visual for each feed gives a great lay of the land on what is queued up in your pipeline of posts. It's also pretty simple to upload and schedule posts, as well as going back to make edits to settings before a post is scheduled to go live. Though facebook has come out with some tools like scheduling, a tool like Hootsuite is still more efficient for our purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations. on the number of streams, and some of the premium locked features can be annoying. Knowing a tool is capable of a service but is locked behind a paywall is a point of frustration, but one that I understand. The value in the basic account is still good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to plot several posts to a stream and schedule them ahead of time makes for a less hectic workweek. I no longer have to try to scramble a post together last minute when I can queue them up and plan for holiday-related posts and such.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're managing all your social posting and social listening via the respective native platforms, I recommend the free version of Hootsuite to see if it speeds up and simplifies your process. I know it did for us.
Used to Love, Can't Use Now
What do you like best about the product?
I loved that they could post to various sites simultaneously. I loved the easy-to-use interface. I loved that I could have multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that they have made it so their free plan is so scuffed. It used to be 3 accounts and about 30 posts scheduled max. Now it's 2 accounts and 5 posts scheduled. I really hate that. I also don't like how expensive their plans are. Lastly, it's not good to use schedulers anymore cause Facebook penalizes them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to plan much more effectively. I was able to see the whole week or month for various platforms in one place. It kept me very organized.
Not great
What do you like best about the product?
Not much. I guess the social analytics are ok.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very buggy. VERY LIMITED FEATURES. Google my business connection doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management, listing management, reputation management. Benefit would be scheduling posts.
Ok software, but with limitations and errors
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite easy to use and the planner gives you a nice overview of everything you've scheduled for the week. If you use an external person to schedule posts for you, it's nice that they're not given access to the actual social media accounts, but only has access to post on your behalf.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not bad for free software, but would not recommend it to a larger company. The scheduling feature has several flaws and sometimes won't post it on the set time if you make any further edits after initially setting a scheduled time. If you post important and time-sensitive announcements, I'd recommend using HubSpot instead.

Posting consistency is very important when trying to build brand awareness. Scheduling and planning posts in advance make it easy to ensure social media platforms remain active.
An affordable, convenient and intuitive social media management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a social media management tool, that I am using for managing a lot of social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and even Twitter. This platform keeps check and manages all the engagement-related activities to improve the content quality, engagement, and even follow up with different messages and comments. This tool also offers some great analytics where we can also see how different posts of ours are performing. Their customer support is definitely a good thing. I have been using this product in my company for several years now and I am highly hooked due to the user-friendliness attitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the story feature can be slightly improved to ensure that if you are willing to upload more than one story it is easy. This tool needs a well-defined boundary which I feel is kind of missing at the moment so this should be looked after as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has become a very useful platform for our organization. It has automated our marketing. Moving on to usability, this product is a very convenient tool that has a streamlined desktop view that we highly enjoy using. There are just very few, as a minimal level of minor bugs. Altogether, I think that this product works pretty well in organizations. It is a reliable and secure thing to deploy in businesses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I feel that Hootsuite is a great platform that has many advantages for different companies. If larger businesses want to opt for this product then it is definitely a great decision but they should look for the premium version then. All in all, this product is a very nice, effective, and efficient tool.
