A tool for my social campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with the team that handles social media campaigns. As a part of my personal development, I have been creating campaigns for my org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Great software as I use it occasionally hence no issues with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows analytics in graphical presentation. The AI assist feature is great for creating posts
Easy interface, easy to connect all social accounts.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule posts, especially when using the duplicate function. I set up my entire week of social media posts in minutes, game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a hold of someone, I had to create a second account because I was lock out of the other account and I no longer had access to the email the original account was created under. Support was impossible to get ahold of, and when I finally received a respond completely useless. Hard to cancel my CC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped me manage my social media posts more efficiently and I can confirm their accuracy at a glance.
Hootsuite: The Control Tower That Helped Me Organize My Social Media Mess.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to keep track of all my social media accounts and the scheduling tool is a huge help too and this is what I love most about it. I can prepare posts for Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn all at once, days ahead of time. I used to have to switch between different programs to hit the "Post" button at the proper time, but now I can do it all from one dashboard. The reporting tools are also quite detailed, and when I show them to leadership, I look like a data genius.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I wish Hootsuite had a more intuitive inbox system like Agorapulse. I also really miss a built-in way to tweak visuals or hashtags per platform from the same window—it’s clunkier than it should be. A dark mode wouldn’t hurt either, especially during late-night scheduling sprints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Hootsuite, I was drowning in the chaos of managing accounts separately—trying to keep up with live posts, switching between mobile apps, and compiling analytics manually. Hootsuite brings everything into one place, which saves me hours each week and reduces the mental clutter of switching platforms constantly.
Hootsuite makes our work easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it brings all of our social platforms together and makes everything more streamlined and simpler. Support is always helpful, and its easy to add it to any workflow, even easier than using the native applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a bit more listening features that were available in the lowest plan
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the native apps is too time consuming and clunky. Hootsuite makes it easy.
Hootsuite - The Best Calendar in the Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite is all encompassing and super user friendly. With the easy to use analytics and connections to all platforms, it makes it so easy to track progress and implement social media campaigns. In addition, I love how easy it is to move things around and visualize my social media calendar. I use it almost daily and even have easy access on my phone but can schedule posts then leave it be and not have to worry as I live my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish when I went to edit a post that I could edit across all campaigns without having to go into each individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me to visualize our content calendar and schedule posts while also giving me the ability to evaluate their effectiveness.
Great program
What do you like best about the product?
I like the social score, and trying to better it week by week. Hootsuite is great at showing where we shine and where we can improve, which is very helpful in the destination management and tourism space when we're promoting our town in a sustainable and friendly way
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's because there is no way to back log information, but it's difficult to get it to show us our Instagram follower stats. I am sure this will be fixed in the future as it gets to know our platforms, but for now it only shows us our Facebook following
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just better understanding where we are compared to our industry and competitors
Love it: So many additional features in comparison to other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I love the social insight score! It is a great 'at a glance' benchmark, and for me as a SMM, it gives me a clear goal to consistently increase that score. Additionally, I love the tips that it gives you on one of your posts that month, it is interesting to see an objective breakdown of the work you do with the backing of all of Hootsuite's data and expertise.
It is super easy to use after you learn it, and allows me to give detailed comprehensive reports for my clients social media. I use it every week - if not every day, and I have used many other softwares like this, and Hootsuite is definitely the best. One of the reasons for this is to give clients a clear understanding of where they should be, and explaining what they should expect for growth. The ability to compare yourself to others in your industry is incredibly useful for this - plus if you were using it for a personal brand, it is good motivation for where you should be.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no Blusky integration which means that I need to do it manually which is frustrating as except from this the software is so comprehensive. I love the tips, I wish I could look at tips for each one of my posts - rather than just one. And the sizing needs to be fixed for Instagram, the square is no longer the default, so the preview for carousels is sized wrong every time (but it still posts correctly!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expectation setting for clients through the comparative tool with others in your industry. Allowing you to see the best performing content at a glance and giving me data based tips using a wealth of data I couldn't possibly find on my own.
Easy to use and lot's of features!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows you to post on multiple channels at once and edit them individually. It makes posting to different platforms much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to track my social performance as much as I would like. I still have to log into each platform to see my monthly stats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving my issue of posting to multiple sites at once.
Making my work life a bit easier
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the planning features of hootsuite, which allows me to anticipate what I might want to say about a topic or event days or weeks into the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit irritating at times to be required to reauthorize the connected accounts. Also, I think it would be easier if a social media post is an advertisement for an event, there should be a planning button that allows multiple scheduled posts for the same content instead of copying it or duplicating. Allow the author the first time to plan 3, 4, or even 10 times the same post on various days and times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me time and allowing others in the department to contribute to the marketing plan.
Powerful, polished, and intuitive—Hootsuite impressed us right out of the gate
What do you like best about the product?
The platform’s breadth and depth are next-level. Hootsuite made managing multiple social accounts feel effortless, not overwhelming. The scheduling tools are smart and snappy, integrations are clean, and the dashboard makes it easy to stay strategic without getting bogged down in logistics. Honestly, we were just getting started in our trial and already felt like we had a social media command center. Big fan of the user experience—it’s robust without being bloated.
What do you dislike about the product?
We paused our trial earlier than planned due to internal timing—not because of the product. That said, pricing could be a barrier for small teams or nonprofits if you’re not publishing often enough to justify the cost. We’d also love to see deeper nonprofit or early-stage startup support. But if you’re ready to go all-in on social, this is top-tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to unify social media operations across multiple platforms without burning time or losing consistency. Hootsuite helped us consolidate publishing, analytics, and monitoring into one clean interface—saving hours each week and dramatically reducing the chances of anything falling through the cracks. It’s especially valuable for small teams who want to look and operate like a larger, more coordinated brand. Even in early stages, it gave us clarity and control we didn’t have before.
