Does what a social media marketing tool is supposed to do but hasn't really pushed the needle
What do you like best about the product?
Clear and easy sorting of drafts/posts. I like that you can keep track of feeds for different social media platforms on Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a problem when posting LinkedIn posts with an image/images on Hootsuite, as it would post the image on LinkedIn with added bars on the side. Similarly with video for LinkedIn and Facebook, they don't have the full functionality compared to posting a video natively on LinkedIn and Facebook. So we just end up posting manually for these instances, which is a nuisance.
Additionally, it hasn't really pushed the needle compared to their competitors. Of course, don't fix what's broken, but in such a competitive space, I haven't really seen them do much with their platform in the way of innovation and creative new features in the long while that I have been using them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A social media scheduler always provides peace of mind and convenience. Hootsuite does it, to an extent, but there are so many others out there that do the same thing, sometimes better or cheaper.
User friendly, but does not have all features
What do you like best about the product?
We use it for Social Media posts and Customer service. It is user-friendly and their customer service is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
we can use it easily for Instagram :(
also, it does not break the post if the Twitter post is more than limited characters, so we have to post it natively in those scenarios :(.
Then, the system does not recognize the native posts :(

Best tool for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
It's best tool when it comes to managing all social media content from a single platform tool, hootsuite. Initially we had hard time posting article, pictures, blog, post on our companies each of social media pages like facebook,LinkedIn and tweeter. But after using hootsuite app things got very simpler where with single hootsuite interface we were able to post same content on all our social media pages simultaneously at a same time. It mostly covers all the aspect of social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially prices for hootsuite were quite nominal but recently the price have gone high. Sometimes while posting the article LinkedIn post gets missed out which is the bug which needs to be fixed by hootsuite team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are really saving more on the human time and efforts by using hootsuite tool. It's scheduling features is really great as we could plan well on our social media post well in advance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this valuable tool to any companies who really wanted to concentrate more on the social media activities. Best part is they can managed all the social media pages from one place
Features do not compare to other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a great platform if you need a budget-friendly option to schedule social media posts. If all you need are the bare basics, this may be the platform for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have tried multiple levels of Hootsuite both in-house for a brand and at an agency. Unfortunately, unless you are just starting to build your social marketing, I find that the features don't compare to competitors.

Hootsuite is an affordable way to plan out social media posts, keep up with engagement on your page and start organizing social all in one place. It does all this effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend making sure you thoroughly research competitors and walk through demos of platforms.
Simple Way to Schedule Future Posts for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of scheduling my social media posts in advance. It's super easy to select your date and time and enter your post planned for Instagram and Twitter. This allows me to free up my schedule and plan meetings or set aside time for writing when I don't have to worry about being on my phone to make sure a post goes out at the strictly intended time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the image resolution limitations for Instagram photos. This issue sometimes causes me to have to manually post, which can be challenging to remember for metrics if I have a meeting scheduled when I should post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems of worrying about meeting metric and analytic marks by being able to post ahead of time at the approximate time of day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend any social media strategists or content creators give Hootsuite a try. Being able to plan social media posts ahead of time has been very beneficial and helpful to managing content platforms, but to my overall work schedule as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to send multiple social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drving website traffic, increasing sales, and generate lots of revenue for the organization. We can track the customer's issues and provide the proper solutions and increase customer satisfaction. We are also gathering feedback from customers and gaining more business contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislike about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is one the best Social Media Marketing Platform, and I love using it for scheduling all my social media posts ahead of time, better communication with customers. It drives more traffic to the website, content marketing, sales, and lead conversions. My overall experience with Hootsuite is really good.

I will recommend Hootsuite Social media marketing platform to everyone for scheduling their marketing posts ahead of time.
Simply and nicely engineered way to handle social
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can buzz in and buzz out, so to speak. It is profoundly easy to create and schedule my content. They have made some positive upgrades that I believe simplify the process and are intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though there can be some disconnects with social channels, this is usual because of code changes on the side of the social network, I believe. Hootsuite is a little pricey. But I've searched other platforms and can't find any I like as well overall.

I can sit down at one time and schedule my social posts all in one, convenient location. It saves me time, it's convenient, I can cross-post, and I know what the final post will look like in advance.

What I like about Hootsuite is that I can use it to manage multiple social media account. Also, I use it to schedule when I won't be available to post on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it is tough for me to remove a post on my social media platform or pages directly from my Hootsuite account.

I try using it to reschedule my social media post, and it helps me a lot for my future post and relief me of stress posting.

Is a fantastic tool for a management social media, easy to use and trusthworthy

Maybe the mobile version, it's so slow and hard to use

When you work in social media with many counts, it's a fantastic tool, and you can manage all of them at the same time
Easy way to stay ahead of content deadlines
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hootsuite is it's easy-to-use user interface. I can easily create and schedule any social media posts using Hootsuite and keep myself ahead of deadlines. It also has a multi-account feature where we can connect and managed different social media platforms in a single tool. The analytics reporting is also another best feature; the data provided is relevant and close to accurate. Based on those reports, we can make informed decisions.

Sometimes, there are several posts scheduled at the same time, and the lag is noticeable.
In the free plan there they do not offer more than three social media accounts which suck for SMBs.

We have seen an increase in engagement rates and significant results by tracking and analyzing our ongoing campaigns. Thanks to Hootsuite, it has made it easy for us to manage and keep the client brand profile up to date.
