Good for Social Media Management

What do you like best about the product?
I love seeing all the streams and platforms in one spot. It's easy to use and very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably once a week, a scheduled post fails, which is frustrating as it's a paid product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media directly from one location
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would like at free options first. Hootsuite is fine, but there are some free options that work just as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite looks at which posts have been the most successful and lets you know the times of day and days of the week in which you're getting the most interaction so that you can use those time slots again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a post-scheduler, no administrative control over the page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has made it slightly more manageable to schedule posts a week at a time for over a dozen pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is a good platform for scheduling out posts, but it offers little insights into ideas for posting, like Loomly does, and it doesn't allow you to invite people to like the page once they've interacted with a post. It will never replace actual Facebook.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that I can schedule posts, but also that i can post on FB, Instagram and Twitter all at the same time without logging in to each site.
What do you dislike about the product?
the tagging ability is disabled in hootsuite. it doesnt allow you to tag fb or instagram pages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have saved on time greatly. The benefits of multiplatform flexibility outweigh the negatives of having to tag on respective platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
How can I organize all of my Social Media content and schedule by Hootsuite to publish it some especific day and time in an effortless and dynamic way
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to taste some of the paid features in the basic plan, so you can easily decide if you are will or not to pay for it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to avoid a lot of time associate with to "manual publication" of my content and also to organize multiples Social Media accounts into one place.
It was a crucial tool in my time as a freelance community manager time

Do not miss more time skipping from one social media to another, organize everyone into hootsuite

Very easy to use, lays all aspects out at your fingertips, organized

Costs a bit much when it doesn't offer much more than what Facebook now offers for free in their creative suite

The integration and user interface are very intuitive and easy to understand.

The design is a little cluttered, and cross-posting could be better.

While I have no major problems so far, I find that it is easy to use, which aids in my productivity and efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Hootsuite Chatbot functionality. This feature reduces the workload on my organizations support team by helping us respond to easy customer enquiries, thus letting our support agents focus on only complex enquiries from customers.
The above has greatly improved overall customer response time , thereby making our customers happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to use the select , copy or paste options when composing a post on the Hootsuite mobile application. This is a major part of my Hootsuite experience, which I really dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiently managing our corporate and customer service presence on multiple social media platforms. Hootsuite is allowing me work smarter by leveraging on insights and intelligence it provides .

What do you like best about the product?
Interface allows you to connect all social media accounts and post simultaneously. Allows for ease of posting and continuity of messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is a barrier for small organizations, subscriptions start at $50 per month and less for longer subscriptions. However other platforms do what Hootsuite do and are not as expensive such as SocialPilot. There are many competitors which do not make HootSuite particularly unique. There are many articles explaining this exact idea with a simple google search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization discontinued their subscription with Hootsuite. Social media marketing person started using different subscription service. I have found no particular benefits to this service.
