Super Time-Saving and Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to sit down once or twice a week to plan my LI, Twitter, and Facebook posts in one place and then use the rest of the week to check in and monitor. It's quick and easy, maximizing efficiency. The analytics are really comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox doesn't catch *everything* so I still have to manually check our feeds for comments, @ mentions, replies, etc. And sometimes it lags for me when new updates emerge. But overall, I don't have many complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling operations were a problem for our small marketing team, but Hootsuite saves us a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easily to be used for those who are not specialized in social media management. The functions is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for the platform is expensive for a small business. The Free version is good which allows you to sample the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps our company advertise on the free version. We are able to use the function and benefit.

Best Time Management And Organizational Tool

What do you like best about the product?
I believe Hootsuite is one of the best social media management system tools on the market. Hootsuite is an essential tool for a marketing professional that gives you the ability to execute functions such as marketing automation, calendar planning, and advertising acquisitions. I love the fact that it helps me keep track and manage social network channels at work. Hootsuite enables me to monitor and track what people are saying about the company's brand and provides an easy interface to respond to post comments and feedback instantly. My favorite feature of Hootsuite is that it allows you to monitor feeds from many social media networks that you manage. The fact that Hootsuite allows you to create and update your content calendar simplifies social media administration for many social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite has a lot of advantages, but it also has a lot of disadvantages. Hootsuite's interface is one of my biggest frustrations. When connecting to particular websites and social media networks, the User interface can be challenging to understand. Although Hootsuite provides the ability to post videos and carousel posts to Instagram; however, you have to take an extra step and use their mobile app to post the content on Instagram. I want other professionals to know that Hootsuite has many advantages, but it also has major disadvantages. Hootsuite's interface is one of my biggest frustrations. When connecting to particular websites and social media networks, the User interface can be challenging to understand. You can edit certain channels like Facebook, but Instagram, and Linkedin you will have to delete the entire post from your profile and manually and repost the edit version. What is also frustrating with using Hootsuite is the inability to use certain features and options on the free version. The free version limits you to 5 posts per week and limits key features you can use on the platform. Furthermore, the free version lacks analytics and tracking data, which are specifically designed to help create content strategies and marketing plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a great social media management tool that allows businesses to solve quite a few problems. In the early stages of social media strategy planning I always ask myself what marketing problem am I looking to solve this quarter. The problems I am solving using Hootsuite are marketing automation, and paid and organic acquisitions. I am benefiting greatly with using Hootsuite to refine how and when to schedule content posts and the best social media campaigns to implement on the company's social media channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is the tool for you if you're a marketing professional or a social media manager searching for a simple and cost-effective social media management platform. Hootsuite is something I would recommend to my coworkers and friends.

The ease of interface and options of multiple social media sites that can be managed from one place.

The dashboard can be more integrated and maybe a little more colours?

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite saves countless hours in social media planning, scheduling, and execution. As a nonprofit, we do not have a lot of extra funds to spend on software, but with Hootsuite's nonprofit rate we are able to afford it! The return on investment in timing savings in cross-posting makes it even

The only thing that is challenging about Hootsuite is the occasional outages and error messages, but those occur on any platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite enables multiple employees to schedule posts and graphics on multiple platforms, allowing us to have a clear view of what campaigns are happening when. It saves us time and energy of having to schedule as many individual posts and enables us to plan better.

You will not regret using Hootsuite! It will save you time, energy, and stress! Not to mention providing a great ROI to your organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface makes it easy to schedule posts. I like that I can post directly to Instagram without having push notifications to my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is it doesn't provide something like Link Tree where you can click on the "link in the bio" in Instagram and be taken to a page where you can view any links associated with the post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save hours upon hours of posting. I just set up my posts a couple of months out, and then the only thing I have to think about is checking in once a day to see any interactions and respond to customers.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of Hootsuite is its social media management capabilities, allowing users to manage multiple social media accounts from one platform, schedule posts in advance, and monitor social media activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting multiple photos for Instagram, you'd had to push it through an app. I would've liked it to be available on the browser and not to have to download the app for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the problem of managing multiple social media accounts and staying organized in the fast-paced world of social media marketing. It facilitates scheduling, publishing, and monitoring social media activity from one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and filters comments more efficiently than Facebook itself
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find comments I've already actioned. I can't see Instagram private messages. Also when you click on a user, it won't link directly to their Facebook page - only just brings up their profile pic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Facebook Inbox itself is really clunky and hard to navigate. Hootsuite makes moderating comments so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stop relying on Facebook's clunky Inbox. Hootsuite will save you the time and effort so you can get back to business

Sometimes dosnt connect to Instagram but this is down to the social media network not hootsuite

Handful insights in seconds
A complete and fast overview of the performance and feed of all corporate social profiles.
A board that allows a good collaborative efforts between coworkers
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics for Facebook is odd at the moment. It doesn't recollect, for example, impressions per publication.
Tik Tok analytics is advancing well, but still far from what you can get from other social media. Hope this gets better asap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time used in producing reports.
A more complete perspective on how well our corporate social profile are performing.
A more efficient effort in interacting with our audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Worth taking a look at it. It is a way better option to manage and measure a corporate portfolio of social profiles, than manually. It fits most of my necessities as responsible of the communications area and has been a time savior regarding reporting and strategy analytics
