What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Hootsuite is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management. I used to spend so much time putting calendars together with reminders to post on our social media sites. Hootsuite allows me to spend a few hourse once or twice a month and schedule everything out. I never have to stop and think if I posted something today!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it. It will make your life so much better!

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps a lot when one can make all posts from one UI. It's efficient and saves time to do other marketing activities. Metrics are easy to read and help to make decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team size three persons is too small, but the next level is quite expensive comparing to our company size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves time and helps in planning on weekly and mothly level.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. Its very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option for scheduling LinkedIn stories. Otherwise, great platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great scheduling option that allows me to choose precise timing. Analytics make writing reports way easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I did lots of research before I have chosen Hootsuite. None of the SM management platforms are perfect. Hootsuite had the most options I needed.

I've seen other programs with other companies I've been with that had more features.

I like that I can post for the day and be done.

They have good articles. Those are helpful with Hootsuite and just social media/marketing in general.

Using Hootsuite daily

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite daily to schedule and review streams. It's great for our small business, reporting is automated too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to search all my previous posts for keywords. Some posts I need to resend or repurpose and I have copied them out of Hootsuite to a spreadsheet with the content and image and which social platform it was on. It would be good to have this exported as the posts are deleted when reaching 12months old.
I would also like to go from Canva direct to Hootsuite, that would solve a bunch of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reporting is great. I can see all our streams, the highlights of the month, and this is simply handed over to management each month.
I utilise the calendar view to see all posts for the working week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm the sole user here at work but would be happy to share with the team one day if I'm out of the office and not scheduling future posts.
The annual cost is great for the service it provides.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple user interface and enables collaborative work by the team. Very effective for small teams like ours which are looking for cost-effective solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should enable Tagging of individuals from as only companies only can be tagged from Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple social media handles can be a nightmare to manage. Helps in scheduling the posts for the week ahead and makes you focus on things at hand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Slighly expensive for small teams but over a period of time can deliver value.

Solid Product (Hootsuite)

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to organize your social media campaign(s) using various SM sites. For my tastes, I especially like the calendar-based content planner; it truly helps me stay organized when I have a lot on my plate. Though not wholly seamless, I like that they provide the ability to post Instagram Stories. And lastly (but not least), the Streams feature allows you to keep watch over the same SM channels you're posting to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd have to say the cost is the biggest drawback for me. The free tier used to allow slightly more channels to post to, but they reduced that number, forcing me to either upgrade or choose another product. I weighed several, and while Buffer nearly met my needs and provided more ability with their free tier, I settled on Hootsuite for better features and performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media marketing. I'm a start-up and sole proprietor, and the time I have to work on this area is limited at best. Hootsuite makes it easy and gives me my time back.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Depending on your use case, this is a solid product, but do trials of this and other products to find the one that meets your needs the best. While Hootsuite is solid, it may not be the best for your situation.

Great tool to manage social media!

What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend using Hootsuite to manage one or multiple social media accounts. The dashboard is so easy to use and lets you monitor posts and mentions in real-time; all in one place! The content planner and publisher was my favorite however, you can schedule multiple posts on different social media accounts in no time. The analytics are really useful and practical too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The free account only lets you schedule 5 posts at a time. Other than that, everything is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage and analyze my different social media accounts in one place. I can do practically everything with Hootsuite without having to use each individual social media insights page.
