Hootsuite, a Great Product That Saves Time!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can update all social media accounts in one spot. It is great to have the media library as well. It's helpful to have this resource when I don't have time to find an image representing or enhancing my posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love #hashtag tips and additional tips for the optimal post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me post and track across many platforms, saving me time and allowing for consistency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend this product. It is worth paying for due its features and benefits.

I don't have to keep remembering when to post a publication because I can calendarize them at once

You would need to keep using it to become a pro! But it is effortless to use

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Hootsuite is the ability to upload a bulk schedule. It makes a once tedious process a now streamlined and efficient process that is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Hootsuite is that at times, it glitches and it is not clear why. Sometimes it will not upload a CSV for no apparent reason, and sometimes after you schedule out all your posts, they will not appear to be scheduled at all. It doesn't happen to me often, but from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping me manage my time most efficiently, as well as be able to see all my clients' information in one place.

Simplifying process for employees to share company updates and posts across social media platforms
Because of how easy it is to use, employees have shared more posts resulting in greater engagement

Quick, easy and simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and easy hootsuite makes publishing on social media and how easy it is for me to just open it and post to various sites at once, I also really like the streams feature as being able to see all of my feeds on one page makes life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes certain functions do not work or are disbaled, they display incorrectly or have other issues, I also wish that there was more options available such as being able to post carousel posts on Facebook or being able to tag people, products or other pages, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes posting online to social media much more easy and simple, I am able to post to Instagram from my PC which you are not allowed to do on the Instagram website so that is a huge benefit and really helps a lot in saving me time as I don't have to transfer content to my mobile device just so I can post on Instagram.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend others to give it a try and see if it is useful for them or if they like it, I think it is especially useful for posting when you are in a hurry or want to share the same piece of content across various platforms without having to post to each one manually. I have recently recommended Hootsuite to a friend who works as a social media manager and he has told me that he has had a great experience so far.

I can't schedule posts on Instagram- not Hootsuite issue I don't think.

Content is eye catching and consistent! It's such a time saver to be able to schedule posts.

Gives me the opportunity to post ahead of time, knock out various social media's at the same time, and see the history of my posts.

The only negative would be a limit set for how many posts you can schedule ahead of time.

Easy way to schedule posts
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a quick and easy way to schedule posts on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. It fills a gap in the built-in capabilities of the platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
A recent update to the payment structure is very restrictive on the number of posts that can be scheduled. At the same time, even basic paid plans are very expensive. This makes Hootsuite less useful as a tool for small startups like mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to promote our substack page on Twitter and Facebook without having to stay tied to the internet.

If you need more than five scheduled posts, be prepared to open your wallet.

I haven't come across any problems yet. It definitely helps that our company can provide templates for us to use and heaps of stock images
