Easy channel management and maximising content calendars with ease
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows users to have a complete holistic view off multiple social media channels at the same time. The planner is a great tool to schedule and look at channels content themes. It's easy to integrate into your existing social media management and when used frequently it can make social media jobs easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics features are limited with a standard professional plan, however you can build custom dashboards which is a plus. Furthermore the social listening is also limited when compared to other competitor products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media planning and scheduling, also analysing best performing times to post
Its good, they seem a little slower than some other platforms when it comes to updates.
What do you like best about the product?
The functionality, its very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very expensive now. I understand that with the world the way it is cost must increase. But it's very difficult to justify.

Hootsuite lets you plan across channels and populate text to fit the channel

When Hootsuite rejects content, it doesn't tell you the reason so it's hard to detect which edits to make to enable the post to publish

Hootsuite is my primary tool for organizing, planning, scheduling and publishing content -- the same content -- across multiple platforms
Big Time Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I get to post on all my socials much more quickly than signing into them all individually and can quickly switch tabs on the posts to tailor them to each social media. I like that they have webinars and instruction time to time. It was easy to set up and the times is has been disconnected is usually an easy fix or I am notified so I can do the time-sensitive posts manually. I use HootSuite almost daily and it is easy to add social media account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really miss the posting in Facebook Groups and I don't like that I cannot post Google Updates through Hootsuite. I also would like it to maintain the posts planner longer than 1 year out. Maybe 2 or 3 so we can more easily compare what worked best in those years before planning the next one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management - I can post in Multiple Social Media Platforms in the same time as 1.
Hootsuite Makes Scheduling Easy Breezy Lemon Squeezy!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps Hootsuite provides a centralized platform where I can schedule posts, analyze social media statistics, and efficiently manage messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hootsuite ads section is a bit troublesome for me to use, I usually just go straight to the source, but that's probably user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
TIME!! Hootsuite saves me SO much time.
The perfect organization and planning tool for Social
What do you like best about the product?
Booking in posts by week and month ensure my calendar is up to date and posts don't get missed. I can easily boost a post or create an ad and review metrics quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some metrics or reports aren't customizable.

Organization of posts and ensuring schedule is correct.

What do you like best about the product?
It saves me so much time monthly, It allows me to have more time for other projects.

Sometimes it can be very laggy and not compatible with IPads

Hootsuite has integrated all the social media channels where we post content, and it has an easy-to-use interface that allows new users to get onboarded with the software easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive; the price should be a bit lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing multiple members of the team to view the content before posting, easier to approve.
The Go-To Publisher for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is well integrated with all the popular platforms. They are typically ahead of the curve with updates and improving as quickly as possible. The scheduling works well and posts are displayed nearly identical to how they will publish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ads portion is not as robust as the ads managers, i would not recommend using them for large campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency, we need to be able to manage a large amount of accounts. Hootsuite solves this problem and makes it easy to create content and keep track of analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The redesigned interface allows for me to quickly move between the areas that are most important.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish some of the partner apps were more integrated.
