What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule future posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to schedule posts for Linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I have an event coming up, I like to be able to schedule a week prior and then the day of the event as a reminder.

Hootsuite is easy to join and use. It helps free up some time, so you do not have to post daily.

I would love to see more products not just new products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to load pictures and videos regarding my business and it allows me to schedule for different days, times! This is amazing!!!!!!

Just take time to read instructions and use frequently.

I like that I can do all my post in one place. It makes it super easy to and time-efficient to get all of them done at one time and be able to post in the future.

The cost seem a little high and I wish there were more pricing packages.

I am solving the problem of finding time to post on social media and this is great.

Any company that uses Hootsuite will be instantly satisfied with the ease of it! Highly recommended!!
Hootsuite is a TIME SAVER!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can pre-schedule a handful of posts, tweets, etc. and know that they will be posted as scheduled 99% of the time. I also like that there is a character count, especially for twitter as that can be a pain. This way I can use the space and think clearly and maximize the content!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Pinterest could be added to the rest of the group instead of being a separate one. For example, I can use the same post for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram and select all three of these outlets. However, I have to go back in and copy/paste to Pinterest separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save loads of time! I just pick one day of the week that I set aside to schedule my social media content. It's better than having to do it every day on four different platforms. While a bit on the expensive side, it comes to about a $1 a day and that is certainly worth my time!
Great product for what we need
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is easy for all social media platforms and it's easy to go through the schedule to see what else we needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find clear How-To information. For example, I was unclear with how Instagram Stories worked, and it was impossible to find a step-by-step process. I found that videos and how-tos were missing that I needed to use the Hootsuite App and enable the Instagram push notifications. I find a lot of the tutorials are missing similar things...Where it's just assumed I know these things.
I also have a lot of problems with tagging in the scheduled posts. Often @... don't work properly (when I know I am using the correct tag). They offer something that isn't related or nothing at all. Or when I do tag them, the tag name messes up.

Our social media platforms are way easier to manage for us, and we're able to monitor things better. Our platforms are leaps and bounds better now.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite isn't only a social media management tool but they also value us enough to deliver webinars, blogs, and other useful tools. The customer service is also wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been two times where something didn't post BUT you can get that with all of the platforms (this hasn't happened in such a long time) BUT as soon as that happens you receive an alert to post it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with time management, and content design because sometimes I use their photos instead of using other design tools to get photos. I also like the streams so I can see each social media profile on 1 page. I like all things about Hootsuite, but I especially like that they're always working to make improvements and communicating those improvements with us. I also like the analytics and reports that are available in Hootsuite.
Effective and easy to use Social Media manager software (with added continuous content to learn)
What do you like best about the product?
While there is certainly no lack of social media manager softwares and apps out there, I find Hootsuite is certainly one of the best structured not only for personal use but also for team work. It comes with all the social media connectors, a nice planner and decent secutiry and analytics but as I said this kind of stuff can be find in all major similar tools.
I believe the bonus comes from the extra apps and level of openness they keep and certainly their education piece. First is their Academy with very good and to-the-point contect, a must for people in need to learn social media and how to implement proper strategies and secondly the constant flow on new webinar with rich content that makes it easier to keep up with new trends. Something defintely worth watching

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but I'd love to see some extra focus or functionalities towards professional social networks like LinkedIn. While I think Hootsuite has its major customers in organisations posting on IG, fB, Snap etc. to keep an eye on LinkedIn integration (such as posting video clips for example would greatly benefit a number of users

Thanks to Hootsuite I can swiftly keep an eye on my professional networks and post on each of them properly and with the expected results on top of being able to plan ahead so that I can prepare my social posts and forget about it for a while while carrying on my other business tasks
Awesome addition to my toolbox!
What do you like best about the product?
The instinctive user interface that was easy to learn and keep up with, even when updated. I LOVE the fact that I can be connected to all my social media accounts and pick and choose which I post to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer that the pro plan allowed for two user accounts, this is something I think I might need as my organization grows; but, it isn't problematic enough to stop me from utilizing the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes me less time to do the actual posting to social media now that I can service multiple platforms at once. This time savings allows me to spend that time on other tasks.

If you spend hours posting to each social media platform a month, this is the service for you!

Glitches that freeze or disconnect us. The poor use of IG platform for stories and reels.

Organization issues & keeping track of our 25 Division 1 sports teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We only have issues when content doesn't post because of a glitch. Also, when accounts get frozen or kicked off and require us to reactivate. Fails to work with Instagram stories & reels well.
