The best social media manager there is

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has a practical and straightforward interface. It's very easy to use. I can write my copy, add images, edit them and configure each post for its particular settings (for example, on a Instagram post I can add my hashtags, on a Facebook post I can choose a specific album to upload a photo to, etc.).
I can also check our messages and reply to them, all without having to login to a specific website.
I also like the fact I can share my login with a co-worker and they automatically have access to all our social media without having to give them the login details for each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version could allow you to schedule more posts in advance.
Sometimes there are some bugs, which are usually related to each social media's API, so I don't think it's technically Hootsuite's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I combined all my social media pages in one place and save a lot of time posting on them. My company uses Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin, and I can manage all of them in one place.
I also love the ability to use the calendar view and check out all the posts in one place. I can also move them around or quickly edit them if I need to change anything. I can also create new posts easily, duplicate them if I need to, or even change what social media account they will be posted to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the paid plan as it allows you to have better perks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule multiple posts at once. I wish it did more for only one person instead of a huge team. The feature to download reports is a huge asset to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
My connection to certain apps like Instagram is lost frequently. I also wish I could publish stories on IG without having to use my phone. I also wish there was a feature to see the analytics without having to involve a whole team - I'm the only person to use this because I'm a team of 1 (one).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! It's a huge time saver and it also shows my boss a layout of the earned media attention through social. It's almost like a proof of performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and it has pretty much everything you need to be on top of your social media. You can also see mentions, your inbox, activities, and your scheduled posts. Plus it is a well-known tool that most people use in this industry. They also offer interesting courses and content that can be great for all marketing levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is they changed their free plan. If you have a low budget and already use other tools, it could make it complicated to justify the expense and get it approved.

I once had an issue where some of the scheduled posts disappeared. I haven't scheduled posts in a while, therefore I'm not sure if it's still happening. Could be because of the change to the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having various social media accounts, it can be difficult to see what's going on in each one. Hootsuite makes this easy. You can have various social media accounts and you can choose what you want to see for each of them.

What I like most is the ease of scheduling posts and being able to see all of them clearly, making it easy to edit and to visualize what will be posted. Also, it solves our content calendar issue. For us, using Hootsuite is better and more efficient than using Excel or Google Sheets. It helps to have everything organized, up-to-date, documented, and it makes it easy to collaborate with the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an easy program to use for social media editing, scheduling, and content organization. It's effective in scheduling out several social media channels at once. The features of Hootesuite make running several accounts easier, simplier, and more oganized.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things I dislike about Hootesuite, however one problem I have is finding "drafted" posts specifically within the mobile app on my phone. You get a better user experience from desktop only, which is fine but I wish the mobile application were easier to navigate and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite, we are able to work as an organization and plan several social media channels with content publishing, social media planning, and even responding back to people on our several social media channels. The benefit is having all the social media channels information located in one convenient place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootesuite is effective in social media planning and can be a great tool. There a few things to consider when thinking about using hootsuite as a social media managment asset. Firstly, there is a cost. I know there are several free options out there and it would be a benefit to assess if a free account somewhere else can provide the same amount of resources that Hootsuite can with no associated cost. Additionally, hootsuite can be a bit of a pain to use on the mobile application. The user experience is much greatere when you are on the web, but that does not make the program unusable.

What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly helpful to be able to plan out our social media posts to intentionally engage our audience and keep the conversations going.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you make a timing mistake for multiple accounts, it is cumbersome to have to go in and change every account separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to engage our audience in a planned manner in place of random posts. We are able to prepare them for upcoming events and follow up after the event

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hootsuite for over 10 years, I was working in multiple protects in Latam and now living in the states with other brands this is my number one platform to use. It's very intuitive, the integrations work really good with the social platforms and have a lot of compatibility with other tolls such as Trello, Ad Espresso, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they integrate Google My Business
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving time when I plan my Social Media calendars, and I can see the analytics to improve my strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of working through the app or desktop and being able to send all our posts to our corporate clients with a lot of ease. The new features within the app such as posting multiple pictures on instagram are great. We also had a technical issue and we were able to get help right away. Even though there are some challenges with Hootsuite, this is still the best platform for social media management and posting for consultants and workers working remotely. We have had a lot of success with it and continue to use and we are looking forward to some new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The glitcing in Hootsuite seems to be higher than average from other platforms we work on. Not able to tag on instagram. Some of the hyperlinks on Facebook can be challenging to add and this is where we seem to lose most of our time during the posting process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with corporate clients that are remote, Hootsuite resolves the problem of too much back and forth for social media posts approvals. The main benefit is the amount of time saved using it, Hootsuite has been a great tool, especially during COVID when social media was the main way to communicate to costumers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check other platforms and compare, at the end Hootsuite does provide the most features and the most ease for posting and approval, especially when working with teams that remote or consultants. Hootsuite's platform is also one of the easiest to use and the interfacing is very user friendly.
