Easily manage all your social media needs from one place
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite enables me to monitor multiple feeds in real-time, which helps me stay current. I can quickly respond to customer enquiries and keep users informed across all platforms with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the option to search in 'my tweets' in 'my published and scheduled' within the streams view. I can search using the magnifying glass icon within the 'mentions' stream and additional twitter streams but this option seems to be unavailable from 'my tweets'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to help customers by sharing real-time information.

Its a great platform

What I like best is ready to use articles or videos for my business Facebook and Instagram.

I dislike the fact that Hootsuite is not monetizable.

Convenience of Hootsuite is a major benefit.

Obtain a walkthrough to get over inertia.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a wonderful tool that allows you to preschedule posts easily and simultaneously to multiple social platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a bug in the system happens, it now takes forever to get help. With my initial request, CS Rep #1 tried to help and was unsuccessful so decided to ignore me for FOUR DAYS. On each of those days, I went both through the Open Ticket to open a conversation with her (no response) AND tried to open a separate one (for which CS Rep #2 told me I would have to wait for CS Rep #1.) The only reason I ever resolved it myself was by taking it upon myself to delete all the social platforms I was having issues with and re-install them...which I knew would result in the loss of analytics and 50+ prescheduled posts. I resolved on the 4th day myself and then on the 5th day she responded through that same ticket. Too little and WAY too late.
To add insult to injury, I receive a separate Hootsuite email that said "First off: thank you. Whatever we did to earn high marks from you on our in-product survey, we’re deeply grateful (and maybe blushing a little)." and asked me to create a review. The in-product survey I definitely did not have high marks...it had the lowest. But I will gladly review!

The ease of use and the mobile app integration for checking up on social posts.

Story postings, I wished you could schedule multiple stories at the same time in order, and Instagram publishing

Social media can be scheduled instead of a point, shoot, upload, style of use of social media.

Utilize the free trial. Just automating one account will give you an example of how amazing the platform is.
Hootesuite saves me time!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootesuite allows me to plan my week's Social Media posts and frees me up for other tasks. Very pleased with the site, and would recommend to anyone who manages Social Media.

Sometimes it's a little buggy. But overall, it is an excellent tool.

Scheduling posts has been an issue with our company, but with Hootesuite, we can realize time savings and ease of use.

Best Social Media Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can schedule all of my social media posts in advance and then go about the rest of my life. This is VERY important for me in my professional work, as I have posts that need to go out at specific times, but these times are often not conducive to my work-life balance. However, using Hootsuite is very easy to use and accessible and allows me to post my social media posts whenever I have the time. I could honestly not do my job without Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I only have access to the free version of Hootsuite. My employer plans to purchase the paid version for me, but I need to wait until the funding is released to do so. While the free version of Hootsuite used to be very helpful for me, the update has taken away many of the features that made me fall in love with this service in the first place. For example, we used to get 30 scheduled posts, and now we only get five posts. As each post per social media network counts as one scheduled post, this means I can only post approximately one or two posts in advance now rather than the 10+ that I had access to before. Because of this, it has expedited my process of purchasing the paid Hootsuite service. However, I can imagine that this new much-limited free service may deter future clients from trying out Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule my social media posts in advance, which has been the most significant improvement to my work-life balance. Using Hootsuite is very intuitive and easy, so I can often do this very quickly. I can also duplicate my posts, which has been very helpful for me as I am constantly posting meeting reminders and do not want to manually duplicate my reminders.

I liked the ability to post easily and schedule the posts for a later time or day.

I don't like that It's hard to reach support. Also, They have cut back on the number of clients and posts on the free version.

I'm taking care of business before I go on vacation so I can enjoy it. Hootsuite helps my clients with their SEO.
