What do you like best about the product?
Accessible hub for my people to share content. The support we get from the Hootsuite team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system frequently disconnects, and the reporting for Amplify lacks many essential features, such as sorting by tags. The mobile app is slow to receive updates, and the current version does not provide an excellent user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass brand awareness. We are encouraging our employees to become advocates and evangelists for our brand.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you obtain all the information beforehand, as there are several features we were promised that are currently not part of Amplify's functionality.

Great for multi-account admin

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been great for us to collaboratively create and plan content + schedule them so that stuff goes out when we want and need it to go out. We have social media accounts in several countries and managing, following and posting to all of them has been way easier through Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would need more users as we have so many countries already but other features that come with the top-billing service tier are not of value to us (at least yet)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing several social media accounts has been way easier with Hootsuite and better oversight of what's happening in all our channels.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales manager, I am consumed with many practices throughout my day. It really helps having a solution like Hootsuite to manage them all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any complaints other than an occasional disconnect from one of my media outlets. They provide an easy fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit for me is I am able to organize and schedule all of my daily duties regarding marketing in one place. Hootsuite allows me to focus on other areas that need my attention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Hootsuite. It has opened up more time in my day to focus on sales.

Great tools to manage a bulk of social media channels in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Bulk composer is my favorite tool inside Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is a little too pricey. The tools available don't justify the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run an online media outlet and Hootsuite helped me have a presence in all of my social media channels without requiring too much time on my part.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it connects with all the major social media networks. Not all similar companies do this so you're posting with one to post to Pinterest and Instagram, then you sign up for another to schedule posts to Twitter... it's defeating the purpose of social media management. Even Hootsuite's free versions offer so much. Hootsuite is the only social media coordinator you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the scheduling could be even more precise than every 15 minutes on the dot. There's honestly very little I could say that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to have multiple social media management tools is one. The whole point of social media managing is being able to manage them all from one place! Hootsuite's dashboard even has the ability to monitor notifications and messages, it's not just for scheduling posts!

And of course being able to schedule posts, duplicate and adjust for different platforms, is such a benefit over posting manually to each individual platform. I was spending so much time on this task in my early days before discovering Hootsuite. I was recommended and tried other companies but Hootsuite is the clear front runner.

What do you like best about the product?
I think seeing the week ahead so I can schedule out posts. Such a timesaver! Formats my images to fit the specs for each account quickly and easily as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike honestly. It's a great system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and consistency with SM posts has increased engagement for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly reccomment Hootsuite if you are looking for a way to minimize the time you spend schedling and posting content.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. Integration with all relevant social media sites.

I wish their free accounts include more services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Publishing and scheduling content for each social media. It's so easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent value for money. They offer free accounts, which I appreciate to evaluate the platform before considering buying other services.

Convenient and affordable!

What do you like best about the product?
I used Hootsuite for a small college organization a few years back where I managed multiple social media platforms at one time. Using Hootsuite made it so much easier to post across many platforms. Now, I use Hootsuite for a large company with many sub-companies, all with their own social handles. Hootsuite allows me to post curated content at specific times and dates, and I don't have to worry about missing a post. I like how I can track all my scheduled content in the planner, which makes planner my favorite tool on Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite really does so much, it's hard to find something negative about it. The only thing I can mention is that you can not automatically post carousel posts on Instagram via Hootsuite. Instead, you have to get a reminder from Hootsuite to post and your caption gets copied and pasted for you. So, if you're someone who doens't have time to worry about posting on your own, you can not post carousels. I also do not like how I can not tag someone in the scheduling tool. Even if it looks like you've tagged them, when the post actually gets published the tag goes away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves my company's issue of being overwhelmed with so many social media platforms. It lets us post directly to each of our pages with an easy scheduling tool and we don't have to worry about time consuming posting schedules. There are other benefits like seeing all messages and comments in one section on Hootsuite versues looking individually on all platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend reaching out to a sales rep at Hootsuite if you have never used it before. These reps can help navigate Hootsuite for you and give you tips on how to best market your business.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage our Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook in one place has saved countless hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see the Instragram grids improve to work more like third party tools we utilize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage 4 accounts in one place, while creating our entire social calendar for the entire month.
