Wonderful tool for scheduling social media posts
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a product that relies solely on social media publishing and reporting, I love how they constantly update their service to keep up with the ever-changing social media industry, I also like the way they that shows Twitter, you can also schedule posts in advance and it will be published later, it also has its own calendar of activities at the time of creating a post, it also has a built-in link shortener, it is an ideal software to schedule and create posts in advance for various social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there is no function that allows you to publish posts directly on Facebook or Instagram stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to repeat posts and give suggestions on the best times to schedule, the free version gives you the ability to manage more social networks than other renowned social media management platforms, it is a powerful social media management tool for small and large companies and the influencers identification function is especially useful for us, it has allowed me to track the effectiveness in real time and know the most common content that customers have seen, it also offers many other functions for our business to prosper.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's amazing for planning social media posts and posting automatically, it will save you a lot of time when it comes to keeping up with posts on each platform, I definitely recommend this platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity. Thanks to calendar view it is easy to plan, change times and add posts whenever you wish.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan, which has now changed to a ridiculous amount of 3 posts per month. It is also quite a flaw that you cannot change many posts at the same time, so you need to do it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time saving - auto publish is the most useful, but also the fact that you can plan 1 post for multiple accounts and duplicate posts to slightly change them afterwards. Another benefit is that I can see what people say about my brand and can easily repost it - very useful.

I do not like that it does not pull the hashtags into the post that I am making.

I am able to schedule multiple posts at one time across different social media platforms. I like that you can do one post across all platforms.
Good alternative
What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to schedule SM posts in advance, relatively easy to use once you set it up and link to all your SM pages

Lose links to my SM pages; this happens from time to time and then I have to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Satisfied in general, with some adjustments to the elements I mentioned, Hootsuite could be even better.
Social media management - efficient but limited
What do you like best about the product?
The calendar and scheduling tool gives visibility across all of your social channels and helps with planning and repeating posts. It's easy to repeat posts and give suggestions for best times to schedule. We don't use autoscheduling but it seems to be a useful feature. Multiple users takes workload off individuals. Engagement from posts can be assigned to users to view. Different views include by stream or by calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still have to go into Pardot and create my custom redirects for tracking in Salesforce and Pardot. It is frustrating that there isn't a simple plugin, and our IT team is still working on a solution to integrate stats and analytics. For Twitter, you can't just copy a LinkedIn post because of the character limits. You're still doing the work to adjust the content and the tracking UTM. Reports and dashboards are helpful but not in our CRM. Training and implementation were below par, but it's simple enough to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and visibility have saved a lot of time and manual reporting. We save time by having all accounts in a single platform. Also easy to add alt text to your images and repeat posts. It has also empowered our non-marketing employees to post content and reduces our workload.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You'll still need a process in place and ownership over social media but if you want a simple solution that provides scheduling and visibility, this is a good tool.
Easy to use Social Media Integration platform
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is simple to use with excellent user workflow as well as excellent customer service. There are also multiple Social Networking Sites which would be really impressive for most smaller firms. I would like to have many tracking post status and scedule in social networks, which saves a lot of time and entrance in social media posts for my staff and me. This leads us to invest a lot of time in each channel, benefiting our long-term success. Another advantage is that they had a free version for people with smaller costing plan. It can be used and learned by everyone at any level of expertise. Multi-streams are really useful when you see all the clutterns from any social network.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, the reporting export feature seems to be basic and restricted even we can anylize from their platform. I get more from uploading raw data and through my research from the social media platform. If you'd like a whole group on their platform, this can be very complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
media posts can be posted during off peak. becasue of that I save even more time by having my posts scheduled for many social media sites , such as the customizable tags listed. There is sometimes much on the premium edition, however for a small business, they have all the options to get started.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have impressive free functionality, So test it in advance. Begin with this platform and learn everything , if you need to, you could continue to be more professional on your socila media post announcement. however Hootsuite do not offer more analytical options.

Price increase will take place June 1st 2021 which will make them uncompetitive in my opinion, and not worth the price.
also adding pictures to posts can sometimes be a pain and doesn't always look the best.

Best for organizations
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's commitment to helping organizations offer discounts that make it affordable for us to work with our team. We have more employees on our social media platforms, making it easy for us to plan and schedule posts between different groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
An approval feature is required because we have more collaborators who need approval to publish their content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite made it easy for me to work with social media management. I can plan contributions in advance and track their progress.

I have not come across a downside yet. I think it is a wonderful tool.

Great platform, doesn't have all the features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability and the calendar features. This really helped our team realize when things were needing to be posted and how our content was going to look. Really helped us stay ahead of the posting schedule.

I feel like it is missing some useful planning and analytic features. We had some issues with it not posting for us.
