A Lifesaver for Our Team
What do you like best about the product?
It's been easy for our team to use it to plan, edit, and schedule our social media posts. Super helpful for our little team.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the time I'm wanting to keep notes, look over edits, or plan/map out stories; I haven't found a easy way to do this on Hootsuite (and as our use of Stories increases, it becomes a bigger deal that we can't include this in our Hootsuite plan.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning ahead is key for our little team, and Hootsuite has really helped us do this in an efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
I had to onboard team members and the intuitive nature means it has been easy. Scheduling is easy and it is a great everyday tool. It was also easy to add all the channels needed.

I had some initial trouble with an invoicing issue that meant I couldn't access the platform despite being told I could

A reliable social media posting platform that is easy to use. It means I stress less about posting my content and how it appears online.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for having one place to see all of the shares and posts, to keep track of overall impact. Social media content, likes and shares can be really varied and keeping track of it on Hootsuite, works.

I would like faster duplication of posts, to speed up the process for scheduling campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how easy it makes managing multiple social media accounts in one place. The scheduling tools are intuitive and save a lot of time, especially when planning content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I also appreciate the ability to preview posts before publishing and the way the calendar view gives a clear snapshot of upcoming content. On top of that, the analytics features are solid — they make it easy to track performance and report back to the wider team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is that some of the more advanced features, like in-depth analytics or full team collaboration tools, are locked behind higher pricing tiers. It would be helpful if there was more flexibility in the plans or more value in the mid-tier options, especially for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes juggling multiple social accounts way less chaotic. Instead of hopping between apps all day, I can schedule everything in one spot, see it all laid out in a calendar, and not stress about forgetting to post. It’s a total time-saver and makes planning content feel way more organised. Plus, the analytics help me quickly see what’s actually working without digging through each platform.
Saves me time & effort!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many great features. I use the scheduling tool just about every day, often use the OWLgtp when I don't have enough time to write copy on top of sourcing content and video editing. I also appreciate all of my analytics listed in one convenient place
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is it isn't phone iOS friendly as much as it is desktop. I far prefer using my desktop to post content via Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use software that allows me to post across multiple platforms at once- It has saved me so much time and effort & allows me to spend more energy & time on other projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the analytics that are available, although they can use improvement and be more detailed and cover more engaging analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a post to schedule, it is no automatically saved, you have to manually save, often resulting in lost post and work progress when having to unexpectedly walk away from the desk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule different content pieces, across several social media channel all at once, in one place.
I have been using Hootsuite for over four years and find that it meets our needs.

I find that editing posts is complicated by the fact that you have to do each platform individually.

I love the user experience. Everything is laid out in a simple and convenient format, down to the color choices on the site.

Connecting accounts can be a bit of a challenge. I think the notification of errors could also be improved.

Customer support has been solid—responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. The platform offers a wide range of features like scheduling, analytics, team collaboration, and content planning, all of which are easy to navigate. Integration with major social platforms and tools like Canva and Google Drive is seamless and boosts overall efficiency.

That said, some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Also, the mobile app isn’t as polished as the desktop version, especially when trying to edit scheduled posts or dive into analytics. Overall, though, Hootsuite is a powerful tool that brings real value to social media management.

Hootsuite helps us manage all our social media accounts in one place, saving time and improving consistency. It streamlines scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, which boosts our team’s efficiency and keeps our content strategy organized.
Very Easy, Very Detailed
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease at which it is to post to all major social media platforms. The integration of all those platforms is done in a smart and easy way that aides greatly in implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better YouTube implementation, especially when uploading short-form videos.
