Effective ways to management
What do you like best about the product?
I feel so connected with my audience since I have implemented this tool in my organization. It has helped me to stay in touch with them 24/7 in this way I can better communicate with them and understand their requirement. Now I am capable of effectively managing my campaigns and handling customer’s interaction to my bets.
What do you dislike about the product?
To extract the detail reporting not so speedy on HootSuite and neither there is any preview available prior to the uploading of the post this really y cause trouble when you have to edit the pots. In addition to upload multiple images at once is a bit problematic and it needs urgent attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is very user friendly and equipped with amazing features that help me in managing our social websites. This tool has effectively influenced our sales and marketing department because along with opening new ways for the customer engagement it has also provided ways to enhance product deliver to customers, thus it has boosted our sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is so the best tool to organize the content on y our various social platforms. I will highly recommend its sage as it could benefit very business type but mostly it will affect the B2C types business. Through this tool you can easily assign the tasks to your team members and it will give you opportunities to add value to your brand. It is cost effective solution against your complex problems.
Makes multiple social media platform management easy
What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to schedule posts/tweets.
It allows you to see all platforms at one place. I could not have managed to monitor and post on multiple social media accounts in real time myself without a tool like hootsuite.
The tool's interface is pretty intuitive and easy to follow and my team members got trained in no time.

Great for Scheduling and Social Media Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I love its ease of use for scheduling social media posts, monitor certain hashtags, and its reasonable pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously there were issues with directly posting to Instagram, but that's since been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple accounts with ease and it's been quite the time saver. Also, monitoring hashtags, especially for our social campaigns, has given us greater visibility on the performance of our initiatives.
Hootsuite isn't bad!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to post on all the platforms I needed to including facebook, twitter, and Linkedin. I also like that you can see multiple feeds that you're following so you can keep up with trends & engage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't love the interface & the cost to use the advanced features. It looks a little bit outdated and would appreciate a cleaner, modern look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the ability to schedule social posts & view different feeds. Being able to see all the different social channel feeds is very helpful to keep track of responding to commenters and messages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is great for scheduling posts & viewing trending feeds. I use only the free platform because I needed more from a product. There are many alternatives when it comes to social media management. This is a great one to start with especially if you don't have a budget to spend on platforms that can help schedule content. When I first started scheduling content this was extremely useful & allowed me to engage with posts through the platform.
Great, simple tool

We use Hootsuite for scheduling out social posts. We do not use it for anything robust, but it gets the job done.

Hootsuite could allow for better reporting.

We have some smaller divisions that need a simple social management tool and Hootsuite helps us maintain our consistent voice on social for those brands.
Best solution for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
It is an ideal software for scheduling and creating posts in advance for various social media platforms. The free plan includes the ability to schedule up to 30 posts is good for beginners to try the software. The calendar feature is great help to figure out the best time to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limitation for posting from Hootsuite. You are only allowed to post for your company page, you cannot schedule posts for your private profile. There is not an option to publish posts directly to Facebook stories or Instagram stories which is being used more for advertising nowadays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Streams tool on Hootsuite is best. We can sort all our posts by categories which helps to analyse the different metrics of the posts. Free basic plan is very useful for small business to get started with very less budget for social media management. It keeps the business well organised and saves time from posting daily to social media.
Does The Job Well
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a fan of the calendar tool and drag-n-drop functionality and the reviews process. Inputing copy/graphics to a social post also works as it should.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall design of the platform is a bit blocky and outdated.

Social scheduling of course - with the aim of planning ahead as much as possible.
Goof for Beginners - Not Intermediate or Above
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a clean, straight forward platform. It pulls in data from multiple locations and cleanly displays that data on one dashboard. It also allows you to schedule social posts for the future. This is great if you work a 9-5 job and your audience likes to read your content at 6:00 or 7:00 PM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let me first state that I am a 2x user. I tried Hootsuite in its infancy and then again about 8 years later. For me, the results were the same - not worth paying for.
Some reasons:
-Hootsuite didn't pull in enough information. The metrics were base level - anything I could have gotten from the actual social channel
-Not having the ability to Drag & Drop in the Calendar View was tedious (when you have 20-30 posts per social platform each month. At a minimum, I had 60 social posts per month.) As I looked at the Calendar View and wanted to make changes, I had to open each post individually and move it. When you have to do that for 10-15 posts, it's rather cumbersome. If I could simply click on a post and then drag and drop it to another day, then I would be a much happier camper.

Hootsuite allows you to send and schedule posts to multiple social channels. It saved time and energy by keeping all of that information in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a small company who needs with an employee either dedicated or semi-dedicated to social media, I would suggest Hootsuite. It's is easy and simple to setup and perfect for the Social Media 101 user. If you are a mid-sized to larger company, I would suggest another platform.
Hootsuite Enables Multi-Channel Promotion in an Organized and Optimized Fashion
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is very easy to set up and get started with. I have been a loyal Hootsuite user for probably almost ten years now, since my college days when I used it to manage my university's television station channels. Years later, I have used it for various professional endeavors, whether it be to manage social media networks in beauty, wholesale fashion, or technology. Hootsuite accommodates B2C and B2B marketing initiatives. The plans are on-point for today's social media manager. You can easily get by and be effective with the free plan, but the paid plans are also valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my messages fail due to misconnections with various social media networks or the file size being too big, like with video. Luckily, though, I get alerts right away when messages have failed so I can take action to post them manually. I can even do it on my phone. The app works for me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for me to deliver a consistent brand identity and messaging via Hootsuite. I log in every day and it takes me very little time to get my messages for the day across, edit any existing scheduled promotions, and gain insights into each campaign's effectiveness. The Analytics Dashboard has definitely improved over the last ten years with Hootsuite. There are deeper insights and integrations that help me realize what I'm doing right or what I can improve upon. I can communicate with my audiences better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a social media management platform that is easy to get started with and provide key metrics and analytics to help you excel with your social media efforts, this is a good one for most companies. However, if you'd like even deeper insights, I may advise something more complex. Hootsuite goes beyond the bare minimum, but for more advanced social media marketers, you may use something in addition to Hootsuite to compare metrics or supplement what you get out of this platform.

Easy to schedule social media posts, been using it for years and it's my top choice
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to schedule Twitter & LinkedIn at the same time given that they have very different characters limit, also it's not possible to set up relative tracking links if you schedule for both channels at the same time - hence a manual process
