Straightforward and Visual
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuit's Planner screen is really helpful to see where posts are and how spaced out they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's far to easy to send to the wrong account. I'm not sure how this could be addressed, but it would save the odd red face.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Re-posting through Hootsuite is really easy, so seeing what you posted previously and then scheduling them for the future is great, especially with recurring deals or events.
Excellent app for social media scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is my favorite scheduling app. It is cross-platform, works across devices, and even without any download, it lets me access my posts and insights. It is also one of the only free schedulers that enables you to publish your posts automatically at a scheduled time. The free version is limited to only 3 social media accounts. It provides an easily customizable interface to add captions, hashtags, and schedule posts across various platforms simultaneously. You also gain access to real-time insights to view how your posts performed, and it also gives you the best time estimate for maximum reach. Suggested hashtags is also a favorite feature that helps boosts your reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't tag people in Instagram pictures, and sometimes the image is unnecessarily asked to crop even if it is of acceptable size. Sometimes, posting automatically from Hootsuite also reduces the photo quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For busy people like me, who are easily susceptible to forget posting, Hootsuite is a lifesaver. It allows you to schedule up to 30 posts for a single platform in the free version. It also automatically posts for you at the scheduled time, which is a plus.
Great for scheduling social updates
What do you like best about the product?
The feature for scheduling all your pre-planned status updates across various social media platform makes it a great tool for keeping your company's/personal social handles active.
What do you dislike about the product?
For whatever little time I used the app, the only pain I had using the Hootsuite was that I was unable to properly update my FB business pages via Hootsuite.

Saving huge amount of time by scheduling pre-planned social updates across various SM platforms.

There's no one app that is the best for any user. Try various apps available for this purpose and stick to the one that meets your expectations and requirement.
Hootsuite is absolutely necessary!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has enabled us to schedule FB, Twitter and Instagram posts far in advance - when platforms like FB have made it nearly impossible to do so. Hootsuite is easy to use - and what you see (in the preview) is what you get on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to set up (connect to various social media platforms), but it's worth the effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite enables us to post to multiple social media platforms - all on the same screen. It saves me SO much time!

Do your research. But you'll be wise to choose Hootsuite to manage your social media campaigns.
Easy to use tool for social media marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a good tool to use for marketing on all of your social channels. You can create posts, manage responses and keep an eye on all socials at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes it glitches and deletes a post i've saved as a draft. I also dislike that on some channels you can't sponsor posts that were drafted in hootsuite. The tagging feature also usually doesn't work so you have to go to the channel at the time of the post any way to edit and tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing mostly. It can definitely take a load off of your plate.
All in one solution for social media marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Managing all my social needs using one solution - Hootsuite. Scheduling posts, analyzing various insights using an intuitive dashboard, manage ads and engage with customers anytime, anywhere, easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, there are certain Hootsuite apps and services which are like an add-on. I mean since I am already paying for Hootsuite, shouldn't the rest of the stuff come as complementary. Also, Hootsuite still doesn't allow scheduling of multi-picture posts which is kind of inconvenient and annoying!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, by bringing all my social media tasking into one platform, my job has never been as convenient as this before. I don't need to go to separate places for monitoring my audience, scheduling and posting, analyzing posts, managing ads, responding to customer messages, and honestly so much more. The best part about Hootsuite is the fact that I can do everything in one place and I don't have to kind of keep changing pages.

Hootsuite is one of the strongest solutions on the market today in the social network management segment which has extensive analysis capabilities, makes it easy for SMEs to schedule publications for multiple accounts or customers, you can continue to create and add new applications that make your life easier, a lot of analysis made for those who like numbers and its ability to create and export reports is simple and really very fast. It is an application designed for organizations to execute marketing strategies on multiple social networks which include Facebook, instagram, Twitter and YouTube. What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is a very solid application but it has some points that I consider should be taken into account at the time of an evaluation as for example its complements which become expensive quickly, the most powerful functions are only available for business plans and sometimes you do not realize if not when you have already purchased the product, the analysis and information sometimes may lack depth difficult to manage it by the user finally there is no simple way to have a preview of how a publication will appear on different social networking platforms

Currently my organization has used Hootsuite Enterprise to manage our different channels of social networking contacts. This software has really been very positive for our organization as it has helped us to optimize our outsourcing processes and has allowed many of the departments in my organization to start working together to produce content and schedule publications which has represented for us an increase in our production and sales

What do you like best about the product?
This system is based on improving the platform of social networking websites such as Facebook and instagram. This application is a very well known and used by a lot of people, contributes to the strategies of social networks to improve their navigation and collaboration within a secure environment on all devices, contains a great automatic programming with the ability to manage social networks, this platform is very easy to use, run, publish and manage the online presence with great security and tranquility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had problems with the platform because sometimes it tends to fall and does not allow me to publish in Instagram I can not publish multiple photos and is not very easy to use as it does not have a good practical or modern look should improve that problem as it often brings despair for not being able to publish, have broken links or errors of poorly published images. They should also solve the other problem which is that the connections fall frequently and does not allow to have a good connection to social networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly to manage the accounts of the social networks and have a respective observation of the accounts with the ability to generate it with good use of programming of the websites helping to manage all the networks of a single large platform, I have also used it for an initiative to interact with customers and correspond to their help and explain them about any existential doubt that contains the person, use it to publish and manage solutions of the accounts that have problems with web connections.

I recommend it because it is a great application to help you in social networks, if you have any problem or want to have an explanation about instagram or facebook contact hootsuite because they will answer as support and help you manage or solve the problem you are having at that time, it is very great because it allows you to give a safe and responsible solution function, it allows us to provide a good service to accompany social networks and user interface updates.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see everything at a glance. I like that the mentions, social feed, and additional customizable feeds are available on the same dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The owly link shortening. It looks lazy and tells the world which you are using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Hootsuite is a great start when you are getting your feet wet in social media marketing. You can get a good feel for what it's like to plan out and schedule your content even with the free version which I would highly recommend to anyone getting their sea legs in this industry.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the capability to schedule, build, and reschedule posts for our social calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface to add and build is a bit structured, I also which there was color coding and better content planner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a great platform to be able to schedule your posts, maximize your efficiency in posting, and to see which steams of social media are working best, and why.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version allow up to 3 social media platforms to post to. You do not get the analytics, or more accounts unless you pay. If you need more accounts, and do not need analytics other services may be a better option.
