What do you like best about the product?
Its panel has warm colors, digital textures of blue, black and different shades of gray, which provide a fresh interface and a serious work environment, representing each of the interactions managed and analyzed by the hootsuite system, where their specific qualities of work, account and involve incredible campaigns representing operational marketing plans allow you to fully meet the needs of your customers quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
In its notification panel, not all user-generated actions are reflected on screen, being a problem that affects the response time of the company's system to start attending and specify the amount of solutions to be taken to improve quality and services, which makes the customer have slight delays when justifying an action performed before the platform with the support of assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizations and integrated strategies of presentation of digitized commercial resources in a context of increasing sales and intelligent management of clients are of the uses that are credited to this program, manipulating its tools to favor the company in terms of the capacity to increase income in the part of the financial branch, formed through the interaction directed by this system towards the users who generate purchase options within my company.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it because I can manage to promote my projects on social networks in an automatic and programmed way. The support is totally amazing, I have no communication problems with the people in charge of Hootsuite. It works very fast and easy to access. I've also done campaigns, brand reviews and customer follow ups with efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite must have a more advanced preview of the campaigns or projects to be uploaded to the social networks, so I can make adjustments before publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a series of positive results in campaigns, social networking projects, brand building, and everything related to advertising. Our projects have the impact we want in social networks. It imposes a new form of showiness and presentation of products in any market.

I recommend this program because of its incredible reach in social networks, we have increased followers and the feedback is acceptable. It will help you grow in terms of advertising.
Hootsuite brings many alternatives for account control
What do you like best about the product?
Depending on the hootsuite plan, you can manage 3 accounts up to an unlimited number of them. In the case of my agency, it works with the professional version, and my job is to create a publication schedule within hootsuite, which is without problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have too many customers added to the platform, searching for them when scheduling a post can take time if the search tab stops working. This problem happens very rarely, and as for the rest of the service, it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having such a detailed post planner that it can be expanded to different dates has proven to be handy for creating very long-term posts. Multiple contributors can be attached to posts if corrections are needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buying the Premium version of hootsuite is a great idea in the long term, as there are many benefits, such as the difference in the number of accounts that can be attached to the platform and the people who can be granted publishing permissions.
Hootsuite is a Social Media Manager's Best Friend!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used several social media managing platforms and Hootsuite is by far the best! The scheduling tool is very functional, allowing you to plan posts across multiple channels and format copy and images per platform. It also includes an excellent analytics section, where you can design your own reports based on metrics you want to track and what timelines you prefer to review. Additionally, you can review comments and messages directly on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only platform that we use that is not included in the analytics section is Pinterest. This makes it a little difficult to easily generate reports as everything has to be done manually. Additionally, we had trouble getting Pinterest pins to post once they were scheduled. However, with a recent update, those glitches seem to have resolved themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving by using Hootsuite is the amount of time we save in scheduling social media posts. Everything can be scheduled directly on the platform at one time, whether you plan your social content weekly, monthly, or quarterly. It also allows you to make changes easily by clicking and dragging a post to another time slot if you need to. The automatic analytic reports also are a huge time saver. You have to do a bit of leg work to get them set up the way you prefer, but once you have a template, it's easy to generate the reports you need per platform or combined. This tool has definitely made my life easier as a social media manager!

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule future social media messages and saving drafts of my messages so I don't have to reinvent them if I want to repost them at a future time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I would change is the file size limit that they product puts on graphics. I often have to reduce the file size to get a graphic to post and this sometimes makes the graphic grainy looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to schedule our social media posts weeks or months in advance and also send out one message on multiple social platforms at one time.

What do you like best about the product?
You can keep and manage multiple social media channels through a single dashboard. Logging in and out is not necessary for it. It saves a lot of time. If you want to know what people are talking about in your posts of the company you can simply type keywords for searching your topics. Its analytics feature helps in creating reports about your social media posts and performance of these posts. It helps in sharing a lot of social media posts at a time without wasting time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simple tools are not provided in it for reporting. URL’s shorteners are expensive. It is not providing an easy procedure for posting videos. Non-technical users may face problems while using it. It should also help in integrating with Facebook messenger. Sets of images cannot be easily updated and posted at a time. It should provide features for promoting products of your companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All channels of your social media can be tracked through it easily.it is timely informing us about a number of clicks and how many people are clicking on your links and posts. It also provides us with complete information about the geographical location. It helps in aligning and securing your social channels. It helps in monitoring and engaging activities. It also provides direct messages options for every post.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a platform full of alternatives to make managing accounts on social networks comfortable. Its strong point remains as far as possible that it is to manage more than one account within it, depending directly on the plan obtained or the number of accounts to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shared view makes post management a bit difficult. By this we mean that it is much better to manage social networks separately, since in this way more details are taken into account for each publication than would be seen with less screen space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of time saved by not switching accounts each time you publish is enormous. Hootsuite was one of the pioneering platforms in the application of this utility, and due to the good organization of the publication boards it is easy to organize.

Hootsuite doesn't just seem to be indispensable for speedy social media management. A notable advantage for which we must recommend the platform is because it continues to eventually add new networks to work with, demonstrating that it remains at the forefront.
