You can manage many social digital platform in one tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can integrate the management of several social networks such as facebook, twitter, instagram in a single tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first the tool in its free version allowed you to have more than one account of a certain social network such as integrated facebook, currently the free version is very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage the sharing of my website updates on social networks in an automated way, to solve this need it has been perfect.

Managing the social networks of a company can be very exhausting and take up a lot of your time, this tool allows you to automate, schedule and update various social platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing projects when you do not have much experience in the area is usually very difficult, that is why when applying strategies, and working as a team is essential for a project to walk correctly, so using Hootsuite has been the greatest peace of mind that We have as a work team, the progress and changes made in each project are stored there, so all members are always aware of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an extraordinary platform, but it tends to be very complicated for people who are not familiar with the software and the interface since it is very robust, so they should include user tutorials once the application is downloaded for those who have never had contact with CRM software, personally for me it is wonderful, you can do everything with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our work, clients are amazed, they ask us to advertise their brands on social networks and Web pages with HootSuite, the multiple flow of republications is very easy and simple, it is the easiest way to stay active in networks without wasting so much time. The time we save is really valuable.

It is the best CRM software that exists, for small, medium and large companies, so do not hesitate to use it, no matter how small your company is, it is a tool that will serve you well.

I like the system due to its support, since it responds with the solutions of each user who has different problems, in a short period of time, which generates a fairly prudent and sophisticated service, mentioning that it allows a possibility to preview and schedule multiple publications on different social networks, being a very consolidated platform at the same time, determining that its planner visualization is great to easily see what is going on, in which broadcaster and when it comes out.

One of the disadvantages that the system contains is that several images cannot be published in a publication, through one of these social networks that contains a mass of significant viewers and potential clients of some organization, which is a problem for large scale, since through this functionality that is not available, a greater flow of sales could be guaranteed, highlighting that it would be of great support, more transparency of how each function operates.

The scheduler and the views for each social platform are the best parts of this service.

The aspects I dislike most are how each platform connects to Hootsuite, and the limited analytics views and data available.

We needed a central place to view and interact with each platform's recent posts, comments, messages, etc.. That is a tremendous time saver when managing 5 accounts.

Weigh your options. We've stayed with Hootsuite because it's worked well for us and it's still less expensive than other solutions.

I have been getting excellent services from Hootsuite. I am capable of breaking down my toughest project in to small sections and then I assign these tasks to my team and keep them align on for the project completion and it always provide me real time reporting, which also update me about the insight view of working of my team. In addition I am capable of assigning the assignments and I am capable of managing my team in a productive manner.

This software is working well and giving excellent performance. However, it offers various plans that will influence every size, organization, but price is based on number of user which causes loss sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This application provides a collaborative calendar which updates me about my workings and due dates. Moreover I am capable of creating posts for our various social networks. One of the key features is, once we have scheduled the upload of the future posts, it will automatically upload them and will represent our activeness for grabbing customer attention.

Highly recommended platform, it has given me user friendly and advanced kind of functions. Through its content library we are capable of saving our time and we have improved our response quality with a shared library of on-brand social content.

It provides tools for the management of social media. It allows user to schedule and update posts on your social media accounts which include twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, WordPress, Instagram and many other social media platforms. Its dashboard is providing tabs to organize and connect all social media platforms to Hootsuite. It aligns your social media organization with security and team management. It helps in notifying you about what the audience is saying about your brand and how they are responding to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Point systems and analytic reports may be expensive. It may not provide Facebook insights. It may be complex to use it for users that are not familiar with it. It may not allow you to post multiple images at a time on Instagram. It provides URL shorteners but they are more expensive than other tools. Previews of summaries are not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can manage your social media accounts through one platform, you don’t need other persons to manage your accounts and share your passwords. You don’t need to hire teams for management of your networks. It is mostly used by utility companies or mobile networks. It helps the user to efficiently respond to their mentions, messages and comment on social media networks. You can monitor customer engagement on your brands and can find your competitors more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
There is no better platform for us such as the HOOTSUITE WEB and MOBILE to manage and organize our accounts on Instagram and Facebook. It is easy to use, it allows us to solve problems that we work by managing accounts on social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different forms of payment that you have in order to access more tools force you to go paying and paying, since you will always want to obtain each one of them and improve. Sometimes you don't need to pay for tools just to use them once and now. They should improve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to grow in the management of social networks, it covered each of our expectations in terms of its operation, we can program more than 30 publications on instagram, this is phenomenal. We will continue using it without much thought. We love.

It will solve each of your problems in terms of the best of social media accounts, you can learn much more and become a professional its free version will serve users who are just starting but I would recommend more the paid version for a more professional handling.

What do you like best about the product?
From the beginning it has helped us as a company to manage our social networks from the comfort of our servers. Everything is very easy to use and program, the control panel shows us the feed since we logged in and all the publication options with time. You navigate very well on the platform. In turn, you can respond from right there from the main control panel without having to go directly to the social network or be making many clicks outside the panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It still needs to improve and update several things. We are expecting integrations of stories on Instagram and also integrations from Google My Business. Another point against is that we have not been able to schedule the publication of several photos on Instagram and we have only been able to set time for one photo per publication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We improve managing multiple pages through each social network from the control panel and it gives us a great power in each publication, it is one of the best features of Hootsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have expanded through Instagram and Facebook at the moment, but we are studying to expand through LinkedIn and YouTube and we are studying it since Hootsuite allows us to manage many social networks from the comfort of the control panel in any of the plans that we have assets whether free or paid. In conclusion, Hootsuite is highly recommended by us and our clients.
