Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The free version has everything I need, it's very intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little clunky when you try to integrate Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't use it for Instagram because of the difficulties.

For the price, you simply can't beat Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is used all around the world. It works perfectly and used by huge number of people for enhancing social media marketing that includes various networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or LinkedIn. It is found to be helpful in generating excellent content due to which it has become integral part of my business. This outclass tool helps us in tracking and scheduling posts on wide range of social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I never face any confusion with Hootsuite. Anyone with less marketing knowledge can start using this. It provides full support whenever we need any sort of assistance. This ultimate tool is eventually doing a great job. It is incredibly easy to use and I never come across any type of issues with this auspicious software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This single tool helps us in managing numerous social activities. It also works as a monitoring tool for your social networks. It let us have look on the currently running campaigns about all the accounts. I am having all positive experience with posting editor. I haven't come across any bugs in it.

It is highly recommended social marketing software for the beginners. If someone is looking for authentic and reliable platform for posting into various platforms then Hootsuite will surely be the best choice. It will definitely help you in expanding your business relevant to social media.
A Great Tool For Social Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is another social scheduling platform that is very visual and it makes scheduling an easy process. You can also create bulk content with ease for multiple platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
After a couple of instances of software glitches that made all of our published content on Facebook disappear (it did later reappear) and less than ideal customer service, we decided to switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of automating our social sharing. We can publish content at anytime without having to lift a finger during the moment - we can schedule out everything for two weeks on one day without fear that it won't go live.
Difficult to Maneuver at Times
What do you like best about the product?
I love how visually clear it is, it is very easy to see what you’ve posted, and each social media app has its own column, making it easy to keep track of what’s going on in each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certain features on Instagram that can’t be used on Hootsuite, for example you can’t do a multiple slide post on Hootsuite, so every time I have to do that I have to go on the actual app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you need to make similar posts on different platforms, you have all platforms right next to each other, so you don’t have to switch back and forth between apps.

What do you like best about the product?
Through Hootsuite we are capable of planning and chalking out the best market competitive plan by team collaboration and we easily manage our social content and share it across various other integrated tools like sales force, Google Drive, Adobe etc, this integration policy is a cherry on cake that has allowed us to manage our content across these platforms and to keep it secure and save as well. For me it is a wonderful marketing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its interface is not so appealing and you have to spent much time to figure out the features, it is necessary to get to it through learning videos, only then you can create effective plans. Otherwise it keeps great services for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are satisfied customers of Hootsuite that has open for us new doors to carry our marketing. We highly appreciate its training services which have allowed us to prepare our team for better work efficiently, through its training sessions, Certifications and Hootsuite academy. It has shown us a way to work collaboratively with our team.

We will suggest this amazing software to all the marketing and sales agencies even if you are a manufacturing organization you can still get much benefit in socializing your product. It will provide you a smooth communication flow and you can engage with your customer in the inbox as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite manages your social media accounts. It gives you access to all the other sites from one platform and manage your postings. It is supported by many social media accounts. It provides you free account. And some features are at very low cost. It provides you schedule posting in advance. You can auto schedule your posts. You can create reports of analytics of your each social media application properties. For initial setup it is very low at cost you can also get free account as well but it would be limited.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive when you use extra apps you have to pay monthly or yearly. Free accounts are limited. You cannot manage more than three social media accounts in free accounts. You must have face some bugs while auto scheduling your post and when they are auto posted. They consume a lot time. There are limitations in adding pictures you cannot add every where you want. Adding team members is more expensive and also you need training expensive as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is one of the most powerful social media management platforms that helped our organization to manage our various sites from one dashboard platform such as twitter, Google+, LinkedIn etc. you can schedule your post easily in advance so it will be posted later on time. It analyzes your data that how well your particular social media is working with readable charts. It generates proper reports so you can get it in printable form as well. It is best for connecting you to other social media sites so you can easily check what is required and who is sharing what. With help of its feature your customer can ask you queries and you will be able to answer them. It helps you in team collaboration as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite can be used to publish any type of post well in advance thanks to its automated scheduling function, which publishes the material for us once we have set a specific date for it. It is important to emphasize that when a publication is scheduled, it can be edited regularly until the moment for which it is scheduled without having to be canceled, so you do not have to constantly configure your publication date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The use of the bulk composer function has been complicated because when we try to obtain a massive amount of publications with hootsuite it ends up collapsing, so not only do we not reach mass audiences, but we also lose work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting all the social networks that we want to the same page from where we can have direct access to all of them is just one of the advantages that we can achieve when using Hootsuite. In any case, Hootsuite also remains at the forefront in terms of analytical vision of the results provided by each publication. The purpose of this is to create periodic reports on what happens with each publication in detail and accurately.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This software is good for managing many social networks without the work becoming disorganized, or in any case, having trouble finding posts made at some point, since the tag and search system greatly facilitates access through Hootsuite to any publication that has been made in the past in it.
Easy, intuitive interface, and good features
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to post in multiple social media accounts and to schedule my posts in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides. Someday, when my company gets bigger with bigger needs I will get the paid version. For now, I really appreciate the free version offered to small businesses like mine.

I can quickly post social media updates on multiple platforms. As a result, I post more often.
Awesome Product!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the freebie account; it allows us to connect to two social media accounts. That is the best since we are a small company with limited budget. The freebie account enables us to schedule up to 10 posts in advance. We can create and schedule the same post to our social media accounts or create an individual post to fit each social media. Hootsuite also shows the number of characters for each social media, so if we go over the limit, it'll let us know.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are sad that the freebie is now connected to two social media instead of three. But since we are just using the free version, it's OK. It still helps us to schedule a few weeks in advance, and that means a lot to us- small business owners.

The most significant benefits are creating and scheduling posts in advance. We have not encountered any problem with our Hootsuite account so far. It meets our expectations!

I stumbled upon Hootsuite a couple years ago when I was searching the Internet for a program that does social media scheduling. I love it! Easy to use!

I think the site is not user friendly for beginners initially. You need sometime to organize and adjust all the sites together. It took me a while to understand how to merge all posts together. Again that's my personal experience. I contacted customer support for guidance and never received any responses. We could not connect LinkedIn with the company page.

Managing social media using the free version.

Please share tutorial videos on the website and have a better and prompt customer service. The amazing concept should not be wasted.
