Valuable for scheduling social media posts

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for scheduling posts for social media for a variety of platforms. I used it to schedule posts for upcoming events so that I would not forget to post. It is reliable and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Besides that Hootsuite is another platform to log into, I found the service to be highly useful to help me manage my time most effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite improved efficiency because I would use one block of time to schedule the social media posts so that I would not need to stop my regular workflow to post on social media. I could also schedule posts to occur at peak times for my target audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily manage all social media sites from one spot. I don't need to click around to various tabs and paste the same caption over and over. It's so simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some restrictions on the features, for example I'm unable to add multiple photos to an Instagram post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save so much time not having to go to each individual site to make posts. I'm also able to easily schedule and set up a calendar of all my posts so I can ensure everything will be posted right on time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it. It may not seem like it would save that much time at first, but it absolutely does!

What do you like best about the product?
The calendar view really helps me plan out my posts and make sure I'm not overloading my audience's feed. It also lets me easily drag and drop scheduled posts to another day if I suddenly have a post that needs to happen immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
The news feeds can get a little overwhelming from time to time, but those are easy to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a way to schedule posts to go out simultaneously on our Instagram and our FB page. I also wanted a way to schedule Instagram posts ahead of time so I didn't have to worry about posting something I needed to go up on a specific day.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scheduling section of Hootsuite. It makes it easy to see when I have content booked and where I have gaps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that require your accounts to be a certain way (facebook business account linked to instagram) in order to post. If your company doesn't have all of those, it's a pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content planning with ease.

I did not like how often Hootsuite sent me emails.

Hootsuite solved the issue of having to make the same post on multiple platforms. This saves me time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that i can manage many accounts at one, really good tool
What do you dislike about the product?
that i can cronpost for ¡nstagram, i would really like that, connect facebook instagram and twitter at all once

I am solving cronpost, and multiple posting, i really love it

What do you like best about the product?
I best liked the Free Suite plan, which is no longer eligible after the changes that HootSuite last instituted in 2021.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that HootSuite's popularity has made them decide to get rid of the most accessible and helpful features, putting them behind a paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm no longer solving my business problems with HootSuite. Its pricing model is no longer accessible to small businesses.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The pricing for HootSuite has changed, and so has the value they deliver. I don't recommend using it as a tool unless you don't mind large expenses. There are cheaper alternatives, but HootSuite only wants to compete with the bigger names in social media marketing now.

Great way to manage social media

What do you like best about the product?
This tool makes it much easier for me to keep multiple social media channels updated all at once. I'm able to see any notifications and comments through the dashboard on Hootsuite's platform. It allows me to manage all my social media accounts through this one integrated dashboard without having to continuously log in to each account.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used this tool in the past year, but I had no complaints or issues with Hootsuite. It was actually a very good, useful addition to our marketing tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not experienced any issues with Hootsuite, but I benefited from it by saving the amount of time I used to have to spend on a weekly basis managing our company's social media accounts. I was able to make a posting on one social media account and with the integration capabilities, the other accounts would be updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a very inexpensive way to improve your marketing capabilities. For organizations with a smaller staff, this software is a great way to stay on top of social media postings without having an entire marketing department.
