What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect with social media accounts.
On the browser works properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version do not let me to post automatically on Instagram.
The app is confusing when I need to post manually on the same social media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling my social media posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Happy Using Hootsuite

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite because it allows me schedule social media content, easily interact with my target audience, and track my analytics all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were issues connecting a few social media accounts to my Hootsuite account and I had been consistently reaching out to their support team to solve the issue. I had to wait a month before I finally received assistance and got the issue fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the issue of having to scroll and search through my feed to view what my audience is up to. Plus, it allows me to visually see my scheduled content and track my marketing results.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to schedule social media posts both for everyday use and for days when I know I will not be in the office. I really like the amount of social media accounts that you can post to at the same time. If you have a paid subscription you are able to post to as many social media channels and schedule as many posts as you like. I also like that it allows for me to see an overview of my weekly posts that are already completed and formatted. I also really like the way Hootsuite allows for you to view a livestream of all of your connected social media accounts. Sometimes when using the normal social media channels, comments, likes, messages can get lost in the notifications, but Hootsuite allows for me to see everything all laid out together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I really find with Hootsuite is that if you are not paying for a subscription, you can only post to three separate social media channels and you can only schedule up to 30 posts at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to see all of my weekly posts in one place. It formats them to the specific channel and I can see them before they are posted and make changes as needed. It is also beneficial because it allows for me to schedule posts for days that our office may be closed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely give Hootsuite a try if looking for a social media management tool. It allows for so much freedom and is very easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a simple solution that works well, reliable, with various options to manage a business's social media marketing and workflow. We can just pipeline various posts and just let the Hootsuite manage it according to the set timeline. The ease at which it lets Social Media Managers work, and let them concentrate and invest time on content generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to say. Scalability comes as an issue when there are over 500 posts to make for an organization. Integration along with recent Social Media apps can be quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve Social Media Marketing and running ads on Facebook, Instagram Linkedin, and Twitter. Single-click to share on all the platforms at one go. We can also set up a timeline and let Hootsuite take care of it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Well, it's the most popular social media management tool. Any startup that cannot afford a dedicated SMM Team opts Hootsuite. The pricing and options are affordable. However, I'd want Hootsuite to consider company size and roll-out bills respectively. This would attract more customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite oversights your social media accounts and it grants you access to all the other sites from one platform and supervises your postings. It is subsidized by many social media accounts. It provides me plan posting in advance and I can compute schedule posts in real-time. You can build reports of analytics of your each social media application properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty much expensive when you get to extend more apps you need to pay monthly or yearly. Free accounts are limited. You cannot manage more than three social media accounts in free accounts. You must have faced some bugs while auto-scheduling your post and when they are auto-posted. They take up a lot of time. There are restrictions in adding pictures you cannot add everywhere you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is one of the most powerful social media management platforms that help you control your various sites from a single dashboard platform such as Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, etc. you can schedule your post easily in advance so it will be posted later on time. It analyzes your data that how well your particular social media is working with readable charts. It generates proper reports so you can get it in printable form as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Not much at all except it is free trial to find out how horrible the software works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Old platform. When you publish a post it appears like it posted fine, even get a message on the screen saying it posted to my account BUT post is not published in my chosen accounts, it has been deleted and all my content I wrote for the post is gone and does not publish anywhere!!!! Everytime I try to add an account to Hootsuite to publish on it says it can’t link to Facebook and I get errors, my Facebook account is fine!

This system is glitchy, unreliable, ugly and clunky platform and a huge waste of time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None, Hootsuite just creates more problems for me.

Do not waste your time or money on this glitchy, outdated software.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite does not only keep the bar up a notch but also provide webinars to keep users and non-users of the tool updated on the latest advancements/ news on digital and social media marketing as well as how Hootsuite makes the lives of social media marketers easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A as my Hootsuite experience was limited to the plan that my former management got.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content scheduling, analytics, and monitoring were the features that I needed the most. There were many benefits in using Hootsuite as it automates my tasks as a strategic social media manager as I didn't have to do manual postings, data analysis, and monitoring since the data and features that I needed were already part of Hootsuite's services.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the social media calendar feature best, as it is easy to use and has allowed me to see how frequently we are posting and ensure we are not posting too much and overwhelming our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that more could possibly be done with the analytics aspect of the platform, however I think that this is still a strong aspect of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has allowed me to take control of social media accounts and saved me a lot of time by allowing me to schedule posts and ensure that we are making the most out of our social media channels. i also believe that Hootsuite has helped me to grow our channels in terms of likes and follower numbers, as the analytics section has allowed me to see which posts are effective and which aren't for our audience.

Hootsuite is fantastic if you are looking to gain full control over your social media channels and the influence that they have on current and potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Planning social media posts in advance and monitoring them through the site
What do you dislike about the product?
Paid subscription needed to post more than 30 posts at a time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to update a social media calendar for the company weeks in advance which is super helpful. This is a huge benefit as I act as a consultant for the company and it saves me time for my full time job
