Use for planning digital marketing and social media strategy

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to schedule posts. I also like that (for the most part), you get to see how the post would look in the wild.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a very limited selection of social platforms available for integration. Also, the analytics are lacking in depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a small company, it's very easy to schedule posts out in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to organize all social posting for every one of our clients. They are easily separated as well so that I don't get confused with different clients in there. Also I like that you are able to see what it going to be posted next. You are also able to easily edit the content if it needs changed after you schedule it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you aren't able to see the scheduled posts in a calendar view
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to feel more organized. Also, Hootsuite saves me a lot of time so that I can work on other things!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this software for anyone who wants to manage social media posts.

Easy way to manage all your social media from a single platform

What do you like best about the product?
Clear, concise layout that can be manipulated to the user's needs. It makes it very easy to see everything at once while also giving the option to hone in on a certain platform. I particularly like the function to shorten URLs which we previously had to use a separate website for. The scheduling manager is also very easy to understand.
I used the free plan which you can have up to 3 accounts on. This was enough for us as we were a small business and I believe Hootsuite is one of the only social media management tools to offer a free plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used a free plan but if we wanted to add more than three accounts, we would have had to pay to upgrade and prices are very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to schedule posts more effectively across platforms and could keep account of what was scheduled for each platform easily as the information was all in one place. The content calendar is helpful and gives a visual view of how content is going out.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite gets the job done. They offered Free plan too and I can also use it to post to my twitter account.
What do you dislike about the product?
No IG or Facebook story. Also I find their subscription really expensive so I will settle for the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using a different scheduler now. I have tried to use Hootsuite,the web version but I find it difficult to navigate. They say it is better conpared to other scheduler apps but personally I find it more complicated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I an open to tryinv this app again. I have read skme reviews and watch videos about hootsuite and I see that they have made sone upgrades so I will try this app again

Good Product, Not Great Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience of scheduling posts. It’s been very helpful in keeping consistent times for my posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer service. I’ve only been successful reaching them vs. Twitter. Some people have been helpful, others, not so much. They have ZERO follow through on contacting me when they’ve fixed an issue I brought to their attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lacking video content upload for Pinterest. Lacking great customer service. Good benefits on scheduling all posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They still are behind when it comes to video posts. You can schedule basic posts, but videos (Pinterest) and stories (Instagram, Facebook) are not there yet. I hope they will get there as I know Buffer has figured out story posting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can post multiple social media channels at one time

I dont' like that you can only post 1 instagram photo at a time, and sometimes previews don't populate correctly

I am a busy person, this saves me time so i don't have to visit every site manually.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is multifunctional—you can use it for media scheduling as well as channel/community management. The scheduling function is useful for visualizing your social content and the stream functionality is great for seeing your content in action across platforms. Their analytics are also useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their post abilities (on Instagram especially) seem prone to bugs and weird requirements. Not sure if that’s coming from Instagram’s end, but I’ve noticed that location tags, photo edits, etc don’t always come through with the posts. Photos also seem to lose quality when posted through Hootsuite as opposed to posting within Instagram. Additionally, the platform seems to struggle with properly assigning photos to albums on Facebook—this function almost never works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite frees up my time by allowing me to schedule blocks of social content well in advance and manage accounts centrally, rather than having to go to individual accounts and apps in order to post and manage content.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact Hootsuite allows me to post days in advance, and schedule what days and times I want it on my timeline. It also notifies me when it is posted. It allows me freedom to not have to post consistently and set reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit difficult to navigate in the beginning. But I got the hang of it the more I was able to play around with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: I love the analytics it provides. such as how many viewers, when's the best time to post etc. however it was difficult for me to use in the beginning. I didn't understand how to add what I wanted and how to read it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a very intuitive and user-friendly platform. It has plenty of features that make managing multiple social accounts incredibly easy, even in the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any major complaints about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it very easy to schedule and view content, as well as view results and reports about that content.

What do you like best about the product?
Having all client social accounts centralised in one place. Offers a high level of organisation & enables you to see various different streams at once e.g. looking at your own posts and being able to see all mentions and replies next to it. Calendar functionality makes it simple to see what is planned in over time and identify any gaps in content schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts tend to disconnect seemingly for no reason much of the time, meaning needing to re-sign into particular accounts to get them back on the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: lack of visibility on overall social media work. Benefits - drafting and content calendars make it easy to stay on top of content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Hootsuite social media marketing course and hootsuite fundamentals course are very helpful to get the full benefit of the functionality. They also come with a qualification which can be displayed on Linkedin.
