amazing for social media management

time management
It's amazing app for scheduling post on Facebook and twitter.
What do you like best about the product?
It saves a lot of time it helps a lot to me scheduling my stuff on my social media accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It didn't work on Instagram. It just gives notification but didn't post the item automatically on Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Advance planning of my social media posts.

Plan in advance
Hootsuite is very easy to use and convenient.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes you schedule posts to several platforms all at once. The calendar feature is very useful as well, it makes tracking easier for me. It is very user-friendly, unlike the other posting tools. It is also very easy to track if there are any new updates or responses from the viewers. It's basically a one-stop for social media managers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Hootsuite is that there was a problem replying to comments on Instagram. I had to go to IG itself to comment or like responses from customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my work very easy and saves me a lot of time in scheduling posts for my client. I became more efficient with my work as well. There are times when I need to copy the post for example from Facebook to Instagram. It makes it very easy because I can work on the current post, at the same time I have the scheduled post open at the side of the screen. Very very useful and efficient. I have tried other platforms like Buffer, but I can definitely say that Hootsuite is better. I highly recommend this tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to make use and explore the different features that Hootsuite has. They have a lot to offer. It would really make a difference if especially if you're a social media manager. It saves you a lot of time and effort.
Makes social media easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It cuts time down for posts everyday as you can set up posts in advance and select different messages for all platforms. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, linked in and Pinterest, I can set to post at the time and day I want and hootsuite posts automatically for you. Timesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can’t apply more than 1 photo in the same post without it uploading them as separate posts not in a group.

Saving time and it allows you to be more organised.

A perfect for community developers, social media managers, and small-business owners alike, Hootsuite is an all-in-one product that solves all your business needs that relate to your online presence. It's incredibly powerful, a huge timer saver, and also offer a free plan for anyone who wants to try it out first handed.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the amount of features provided, Hootsuite can be quite overwhelming for new users at first. As a social media manager, it took me a little more than a few days to get used to it. However, once you get going, you just can't go back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple social media accounts managing, post content editing & scheduling, amazing analysis system, you name it. But most importantly, it solves the most important issues in business today, time management. Without Hootsuite, I can't imagine all the time we would be wasted each day trying to do all the tedious routine works.

Try out the free plan. It's just perfect for small business owners or presenting your own brand across different social media platforms. If your business grow or you want more powerful features, you can easily upgrade it later.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a convenient tool to manage several social media channels. I can create, post, and schedule several assets to different social media channels using this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
User friendly dashboard, need to have an orientation (quick tips) on scheduling since I only did self study

It's made it easier to create, post, and schedule social media assets without going to the channel itself.

It's a good tool but best if you can do trial and error on it's feature

I like being able to pull reports, scheduled post in advance, keep close contact with our fans.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to manage all our google my business post through it. And be able to post to all our google my business pages through one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is an amazing platform for all my needs. I run Facebook, Instagram and twitter and some google my business pages through it and it works great.
Great and cheap but could be improved
What do you like best about the product?
You can get quite a lot for a fairly low price, and even some for free. The recently improved post composer has improved things.
What do you dislike about the product?
But the UI could use some work and sometimes feels clunky. Evaluation can be lacking as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling ahead and having a good calendar of posts my organisation is putting out

Great for most purposes, but any deeper evaluation and insights, including hashtag tracking etc. will need another platform
I'm Pretty Indifferent on This Software
What do you like best about the product?
There's the obvious ease associated with being able to schedule social media posts. The scheduling itself is pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not helpful to not be able to upload videos, and the dashboard gets a bit cluttered. I dislike that the platforms aren't more strategically organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps with planning out posts in a way that benefits my campaigns, and it's helpful to have all of that in one place.

Before committing to Hootsuite, make sure you know what you want your software to do. If it's nothing too complex, this should work for you.
