Simple to use even for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
You can view those you’re following, notifications, your own account and scheduled posts in one view. I utilise the scheduling feature regularly. It’s easy for those on the go and bit too fiddly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics at a glance would be extremely useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule easily.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Hootsuite is that it helps me organize future posts and allows me to see comments/mentions from customers so that I can respond to them. Also, the link shortener works best for my posts, it reduces the characters on my post making it visually appealing to my audience. I also want to commend you for having a hashtag search feature, it allowed me to save time on researching which hashtags to use. I like the robust features of Hootsuite and the fact that it integrates most social media platforms. It empowers users to manage all their social media posts, blog posts, web content into one powerful management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything against Hootsuite's features but I would recommend them to update their user interface (UI) to improve the overall visual experience of its users. If you can do it without compromising some of its features, it will be awesome. I don't recommend going crazy with the design, just minor updates to give it a more modern look would work best and improve user experience. I believe it will generate more sales in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me solve social media planning for my client. It also helped me with hashtag research, competitor research, and market research. It allowed me to respond to customers in a more organized way. Most of all, it saved me the time which is the most important resource of all. I realized that planning ahead was really beneficial for a business. Content scheduling was really an awesome way to generate organic leads and allowed me to get to know my team on a deeper level. I didn't know brainstorming was fun. Thanks Hootsuite!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using this software if you manage multiple social media platforms like blogs, facebook, Instagram, WordPress, etc. It integrates very easily and allows you to save time and resources. Most of all, content scheduling allow you to plan ahead with your team in order to generate organic leads through social media posts. It also comes with analytics, so it will definitely help you scale your business.

With Hootsuite I can see and monitor all activity across several platforms

The platform layout can look a little messy sometimes

I can schedule a weeks worth of posts within a few hours, massive time saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite for a year now and I can say that it never let me down! At first I tried it’s free 30-day trial and got very satisfied that I’ve subscribed to to their annual plan. Scheduling my posts for social media for different accounts become so easy! It is really helpful especially when you are managing many accounts for clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am having a hard time uploading my videos since not all types of format is supported. Only this part I guess is my least favorite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media manager, it saves me a lot of time scheduling stuff for work for my clients! It also helps me keep track of my published and scheduled posts so easily using their streams or the library section. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hootsuite to my fellow social media managers and freelancers!

The Best Scheduling Toos that applicable in any social media sites
What do you like best about the product?
I love using hootsuite specially in scheduling my graphics and content at a time on my different social media account. It is fast and efficient in posting your content. No hassle and easy to use, and its also user-friendly. I recommend Hootsuilte if you really into scheduling your post in social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
A least helpful in hootsuite is if you're using the free plan which is you cannot use some feature that a paid plan have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't have any problem experience for now and benefits I have is that I no longer worry of my content when I'm away.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're using Hootsuite you can have it free but paid plans is also way better if you want a smooth scheduling post to your social site.
Great feature for multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy system to use — simple and straightforward. I like that I can schedule far in advance, that I can know that when I go away on vacation, or simply on my day off, posts can still happen (even if I'm not able to respond to everything).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more free features! It's so great to be able to schedule things in advance, but with the free program you can only have 3 site attached to your Hootsuite account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to schedule posts for my days off and also when on holiday. I love that I can plan it all in advance and then get on with other work that needs to get done.

This is a great website for both beginners and more advanced social media experts. It is a fantastic way to begin to learn more about how timings could work better on your social media platforms, what works and what doesn't.
Great easy to use tool for anyone starting out
What do you like best about the product?
Simple scheduling for Instagram and Facebook. Very user friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
No support for Google My Business yet, otherwise would use for all my Social Media scheduling needs.

Scheduling posts without manually doing them, more time saving and less headaches.
Decent software for scheduling content
What do you like best about the product?
The software makes it easy to post across multiple accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into issues from time to time where content will fail to post at the scheduled time, which can be frustrating when you are not in the office to do it manually.

Helps manage time and the streams function helps you to narrow your focus to relevant media you need to see.
Good for the price
What do you like best about the product?
Super user-friendly with ability to create and shuffle around your own dashboard to suit your priorities. Reasonable price and discount for not-for-profits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited analytics, and the analytics that are available are not presented in a convenient format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covers multiple as well as different types of incoming feeds and information without having to switch across different dashboards — convenient for a company with multiple accounts.

You get what you pay for and it is easy to use; avoid if your priority is analytics.
Hootsuite Manages Social Media Wonderfully!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to draft posts for multiple social media accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Twitter requires limited characters which sometimes makes it difficult and instagram is not an instant post from hootsuite.
