What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for scheduling social posts quickly and efficiently. It is also great for montioring your competitors and like-minded organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could use some upgrading, especially in the approval process. It is difficult to edit posts once you have sent them for approval, even if you just need to correct a mistake a mokent after you schedule it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes scheduling social posts on multiple platforms much more efficient. It is also useful for cross-promotion with other branches of our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an excellent tool that allows me to maintain a centralized order with the publications that I make through social networks and multiple channels since it integrates very well with all platforms. Likewise I execute an incredible programming according to the content remotely. I can even have an organization of the social accounts of several clients and above all coordinate their activities through a control panel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is essential that the application establish an interface for scheduled updates because the load on the spreadsheet generates a lot of time and is something that should be solved by increasing the best possible solution. It is also good to implement more flexible features in the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
However, in our company we use a great tool such as Hootsuite because thanks to its functions we can automate our publications on social networks and in addition we can develop better strategies for publications at the appropriate times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Honestly, it is a very suitable interface for companies that need to increase their development of social media publications, thus becoming the best influencer in the networks, thus allowing them to establish a schedule of the published content. It is a very flattering platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Can post across multiple different social media platforms simultaneously. Can set posts to be sent at a specific time so can space out posts without having to repeatedly log on and post.
What do you dislike about the product?
DIfficult to follow other twitter accounts using hootesuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ease of scheduling, ability to schedule same post across multiple platforms, ability to edit link previews
What do you dislike about the product?
For adding images, it doesn’t accept as large of files sizes as posting directly from the platforms does; link preview isn’t always available; image previews could be more accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly useful for scheduling content in other time zones so I don’t have to get up at 2am to post.
Fraudulent billing practices
What do you like best about the product?
Service was helpful to be able to enter posts in one place and have it post to multiple social platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
They said their billing practice was to send and advance email telling me my trial was expiring and that they would be invoicing me. They never sent the advance email and billed me at 2 am for $370. I cancelled my account within 10 hours after they billed once I found the charge and contacted them immediately for a refund. I have sent followup emails twice about this charge and they say they've opened a ticket on it, but have never followed up with me. I have to wait 30 days at my bank before disputing a charge, so am in the holding period before I do that. Hootsuite has not made one single effort to act with any amount of integrity regarding this issue. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for fraudulent billing practices.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite takes the time and difficulty out of content scheduling and audience engagement. With plenty of tools and built-in features, there are so many options to make navigating social media channels easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, HootSuite makes it difficult for multi user-logins without prompting unnecessary security features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite allows me to seamlessly schedule posts across all of my social media channels in seconds. It has taken the time out of having to individually login, schedule, and manage postings and user engagements from each. It puts everything together onto one, convenient platform and easy to navigate screen, where I find myself being able to perform all actions from within one single window.

Always double-check your work (text, scheduling, content, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
Easily allows up to post on multiple platforms at once and really saves time
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything i can specifially complain about. We are using the free version so of course there are some limitations, but we are just unable to upgrade at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem hootsuite solves is time. I have many job titles including social media specialist and dont have the time i would like to spend. With hootsuite i can plan ahead, which leaves me more time to next work on social media instead of just creating content and posting.

I would recommend getting a paid version if you can, as you can get more streams set up!
Good Product, Some Features May Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way this app allows you to see a quick overview of all activity. The tabs make it easy to create a nice easy to use dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the publishing features could be upgraded. Specifically Instagram. We no longer use this program for scheduling posts. A bit "clunky".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to create specific views of social media feeds we set up. Saves us some time with having to go in and actually search through the platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would try using the free version to see if it offers you what you need before paying for a plan. The free version actually offers quite a lot of features.
Good social media management for beginers
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has some great options, the dashboard view is still an effective way to visualise social media and being able to follow trends and users all in one place gives an easy visual way to manage your accounts. It's also great for managing multiple brands and having all your accounts for that brand in one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are basic to say the least, not really something that you could rely on to impress a client and the new visual scheduler is clunky and a fairly slow process. The bulk upload option also could do with improvement. It's not great value for money.

Easily manage multiple social media accounts and brands from one place, scheduling posts in advance and saving time. Keeping on top of trends and popular topics on social media all in one place.

Hootsuite is great for those starting out in social media and for bigger teams, it’s dashboard view is an effective way to manage social, the only thing that lets it down is the analytics.
