Great Social media Scheduling and Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule, post and monitor analytics on our channels
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation takes some getting used to but the online training is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our content scheduled in one place rather than having to visit each platform.

Great entry and mid level system for monitoring administration and analytics on social media

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is really simple to use and easy to navigate. With the latest updates, the platform itself seems to get better when it comes to tagging within posts and personalising your messages. It is great to also be able to see all your upcoming posts and on top of that, how they are doing all in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is unfortunate that the free platform really restricts the number of messages that you are able to send out. Personally I think it should be double than what they allow - which is 30 at the moment. It is also not too convenient to create two different posts to be able to tag organisations/people on Twitter and LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media outreach, time management

It is a great tool if you want to reduce your overall workload and make sure your social media channels are continually pushing out content.
Social Scheduling Done Right
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to schedule content ahead of time, view the different timelines of my accounts, and how they integrate different parts of the platform onto my screen. You can also track who clicks on your link which is handy when analyzes what content is performing best on your channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
In comparison to other scheduling platforms, Hootsuite lacks the ability to gather images from URL's directly. Instead, I have to upload an image or search through their directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content makes my job 100x easier. It's a form of time-traveling that I sincerely appreciate. I can also edit content if something changes and update whatever needs to be fixed.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the customizations of the control panel, where I can access different channels and functions (e.g., publications, timelines, mentions, etc.), all in one easy-to-manage interface. It also makes social listening easier instead of having to log in and manage notifications manually on each individual platform. In general, Hootsuite is easy to learn from its experience with other SaaS platforms. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. And they offer a ton of free resources to help you catch up with the platform and social network administration in general, which is good, with its paid version I can have control of all social networks and gives greater coverage to my company's advertising solutions, is a great tool to manage from my phone being anywhere in the World!
What do you dislike about the product?
The integrations and features / functionality could be better, the free platform has many limitations on its functions which made it necessary to use the paid version and access other social networking platforms, Sometimes, keyword columns are not updated and I had to remove and recreate the search, or schedule publications and photos do not come out. I think they have solved some of these problems over time. There is also a maximum number of columns you can create in the free version, so sometimes I encountered problems where I wanted to use more features, but could not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because the company for which I work uses another third party application (Main Link) to track visitors and traffic sources to our website, we use the free version of Hootsuite to make publications, videos and images with content related to campaigns and advertising companies seeking our marketing and advertising services, through the networks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite provides analysis on each of your chosen platforms, located on your control panel, to help you identify the most optimal times to schedule each publication to be sent; this is especially useful for days you know you will be on the move and/or will not have access to technology. You can also scroll through past social network publications, save unfinished drafts and increase publications for content promotions; this will provide you with more information and/or a better understanding of which of your efforts and/or CTAs work best. The Hootsuite platform has several analyses and reports that you can export so that your team(s) can measure things like conversion rates, marketing and sales initiatives, and improvements in monthly social capital I recommend it.
Hootsuite for scheduling social media
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling component and pre-loaded images. I also love the suggested auto-schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be an outage regularly especially with IG and LinkedIn is constantly needing to be re-authorized. There's many functions I'm not sure how to utilize so it would be great to understand how best to use analytics, engagement, influencer tools, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping social media consistent.

If you're looking for a social media platform that can manage multiple accounts and multiple social handles, this one is the best and an expert in their field.
Works well for scheduling posts
What do you like best about the product?
It saves time from having to post manually for each channel, and also makes it easy to copy post content for multiple channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Instagram always seems to have issues when scheduling posts, and sometimes it will have an error and not post, and not notify you about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program enables me to schedule a whole week of posts ahead of time. It's great so you don't have to worry about getting things up manually at the optimal time of day/week. It just does it for you.
Hootsuite is a huge time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can add 3 profiles for free to Hootsuite this is enough to get clients going and it's a huge time saver for me! There are many apps that you can install inside of Hootsuite which allow you to curate content from within Hootsuite and publish it directly to your social media outlets which is a huge help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having limits on the amount of free posts that I can make with a free account is something I don't like, it's hard especially if my client has just 3 profiles and needs posts everyday of the week or similar since Hootsuite only allows 30 posts for free. As soon as one set of posts is posted then you can add more, but it's something that I would love to be able to schedule and kind of put on the back burner so that I can work with the client in other ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to assist clients with keeping their social media consistent and keeping their pages and streams alive so that they are always able to keep their audience engaged and moving forward!
Hootsuite takes the hassle out of social scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
When you put the content into Hootsuite, you can see exactly what it is going to look like on the social media channel. The calendar view is great because you can see everything that is scheduled for the week and you can filter by channel as well. We don't use the monitoring a whole lot because we do that manually in the channels, but it does look very promising.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations such as not being able to tag people in instagram photos or to post multiple photos in instagram posts can be a little hassle, but the number of times we post multiple photos is so small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to make time to post on social ever day is such a weight lifted off of our team.
Simple social post scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use scheduling for multiple pages and platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features pointless/over complicated. Requirement to edit single scheduled posts for tagging (cannot be done in bulk as different platforms/handles).

Simply the ability to schedule multiple posts for multiple businesses/profiles, in advance
Hootsuite is a good software for social media management
What do you like best about the product?
At my workplace, we use Hootsuite to monitor our Twitter accounts and ensure that content is regularly posted to social media. We like how easy the software is to use and how many employees can access it without directly knowing our password.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think we wish there were more categorizable options for organizing our followers into groups, this would make it easier to target different people using our content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently not having any problems with the software, enjoying the ease of use and how user-friendly it is.
