Schedule, prepare and kick butt on social media!
What do you like best about the product?
I was a Hootsuite user for many years, and I have to say I liked that they were always trying to better their product and not stay stagnant. Hootsuite was the first social media planning product I used and although I don't use it now in my line of work, I think it set the bar high and is the reason behind social media now having their own scheduling built-in. Having the ability to plan, schedule and collaborate on social media posts with your team can bring your team or company to the next level. I enjoyed the planning features, the scheduling of posts in advance and seamless sync with social media. One last thing is the Hootsuite offers a Hootsuite University with tutorials and allows team members to take an in-depth look at the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time of using Hootsuite, I can't really think of anything that I particularly disliked about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of being able to collaborate with a team on projects and scheduling was really the biggest problem solver for me. It also gave me the ability to oversee interns as they were learning the ropes of editing photos and creating captions to ensure it was on-brand for my company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
At this point, I think if you are a small company you should be fine to use the scheduling and analytics built into current social media. However, if managing anything above and beyond what is typical this could be a great tool to use to better enhance your performance. You could also use Hootsuite to gain a better understanding of how well your company is doing on social media and if you're interacting and connecting well with consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows us to maintain all of our social media pages and accounts from one interface. Using the iOS apps and web panel we can control, monitor, edit, schedule posts and content with ease.
Scheduling tweets is our main use, as this allows us to set a time for content to go live. Unlike other services that charge a premium for this, Hootsuite has it built in to every tier.
Editing is easy too and is just a few clicks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Rolling billing can be useful but also a hinderance if you don’t make use of all premium tools each month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media all in one place.

What I like the most of Hootsuite is the facility to programme post and the eficience to see the calendar of programmed posts.

What I don't like of Hootsuite is that sometimes one profile or social profile is disconnected with no reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that I resolved is, for example, the post of the weekend that I don't have to worry about. The benefits I recived is tranquility about the post I have programmed will post normaly at the hour and day I want.
Easy to use and excellent tools for marketing.

It is important to add that Hootsuite is a great tool that has allowed me to grow in the social networks offering me the best alternatives in the publications that I offer through these networks with good content for the creation of sales processes managing my clients. It has a great development of integrations in the commercial impact. In addition to this I love that it provides me with useful weekly reports in real time and automated by email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I must say that the report has shown regular results, I hope it continues to improve. I also find it great that some sales features have more form designs. In addition to this the desktop application is a bit confusing, especially when programming publications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is essential in our organization, as we use it to manage relationships with our customers and track sales made. Thanks to this tool, we have promoted many entries in qualified sales in addition to having great value in our workflow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is really perfect because it adapts very well in large and medium-sized companies with a wider range of communication with customers via email to establish new businesses. In addition, the basic tracking of keywords and hashtags is decent, which will save you time without a doubt. The analysis provides a lot of information when targeting a specific age range or when subscribers are online. It has worked well for me and the company.

Simple and intuitive interface, ability to schedule posts for both Facebook and Instagram

It is not possible to schedule Instagram stories

I can schedule the entire month's programming for a client in just one day, a unique convenience.

It helps me with doing monthly analytics. Lets me sort by date range which is what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to get more data from Instagram.

I am able to get data to track my progress with social media.
More user-friendly and convenient dashboard compared with others
What do you like best about the product?
I've used several online sites for our social media strategy and I just keep going back to Hootsuite. I particularly like the dashboard for scheduling posts as it clearly provides a full month view of scheduled items.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I'd hope Hootsuite can improve on is the size of the month view. At the moment, it only lists up to 4 items per day. Perhaps they can extend that to 6-8 (make the date boxes a bit longer) for users to have a better month-view of the scheduled posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has helped streamline our social media posts--and this has helped in saving time spent for social media tasks. I've had problems of my social media account getting disconnected (perhaps 2x last year) but this year has been problem-free. We've also tried to use the social media analytics but we're finding it less user-friendly than another product.
GOOD FOR STARTUPS NOT FOR ENTERPRISES
What do you like best about the product?
Parat from many different fearure , the one we liked is that, you can manage individual facebook profiles from the dashboard.

They don't have add on feature to increase more number of social media profiles on additional fees, but without upgrading to enterprise plan.
Also enterprise plan is available only on yearly basis and not on monthly basis.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used hootsuit for brand management and influencer campaign's. Ita easy to manage multiple social media accounts from one dashboard only. Also hootsuite have best content management, monitoring and scheduling tools , hence it saves lota of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have large number of social media accounts to manage don't go for hootsuite. Consider custom application development.
But if you are startup or small SME , highly recommend hootsuit

The fact that posts can be created, scheduled for much in advance, creates a balance between going on vacation and an active social media platform,

The preview function often doesn't work well on Hootsuite.
