Its very helpful for you as it have very easy to use interface and navigation.

Facebook API changes limit features like tagging others in posts - definitely limits how often I used Hootsuite now

It's beneficial to me in a way that I can schedule a week's worth of content and it will do its job of posting it on time without problem.
Useful and intuitive but some improvements needed
What do you like best about the product?
On the whole Hootsuite is intuitive and integrates with many other apps. You can view many multiple channels and view these on one customised tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
The url shortened in Hootsuite is useless. There is no customisation option so you just end up with a randomly generated string of characters rather than something neat and memorable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite brings together all of our social media channels and platforms and allows us to see what is being posted and when, and schedule posts into the future.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would take the time to familiarise yourself with the interface and the suite’s features. Take the time to train employees so they see the suite as useful to them and not something that has just been enforced by the organisation.
Social Feed for the Lean and Mean Team
What do you like best about the product?
Having all the social feeds in one dashboard to monitor posts and schedule posts is a necessity for our fast paced and chaotic working environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing out on the more robust analytics you would receive in a Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a time savings to have the ability to monitor what the social team is placing and what posts are visible across all the platforms.
Makes Scheduling Posts Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful Hootsuite feature is that it makes scheduling social posts easy and in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite isn't as user-friendly as other social media management tools. It's sometimes hard to maneuver and I had problems keeping all my social accounts connected to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite let me schedule all my social media posts from a variety of accounts in one place. This saved a lot of time. I could also monitor my brand's name in a range of ways.
One of the Best Social Media Platforms Out There
What do you like best about the product?
I feel a lot more organized by using Hootsuite. Since we have to post on multiple social platforms at various times, being able to use the scheduling tool to do this is great. I also believe Hootsuite has amazing customer support and they provide helpful tutorials and guides on their website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard and many features of Hootsuite can be intimidating, especially at the beginning. There's a lot to take in but with a bit of reading and research it's not too bad after a bit of practice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy scheduling platform for social media. I'm able to see everything for each platform in one place, which makes me feel more organized and productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing the condensed version of the posts in the publishing schedule. It's easy to see all the posts lined up and ready for multiple channels and mediums all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being to see who you're tagging as you type like you do in Twitter. It means I have to have a separate window open for testing which feels redundant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're finding scheduling tweets for an event ahead of time allows us to focus more in the moment on live-tweeting live content, vs. worrying about housekeeping type tweets, welcoming and closing tweets and links to our website.
This has been the best tool for me to reach my audiences.

The fact that it's a one stop shop to post a message across all my social media platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Image editing limitations. I think an option to shirk a photo should be available. Sometimes, if the picture don't fit, I have to come up with something else cause I do have time to do it manually.

I don't have to log on to the different S/M platforms and copy message. The benefits is that I save so much time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would advising Hoot-suite to manage your social media communications and information to your followers. It a great marketing strategy to get everything out at once and organized. It is a time saver in our busy world.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to post across all platforms and even schedule it ahead of time. It does the adjustments for the different sizes of each platform without you worrying about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only bad thing would be that there is a lot of information placed in one program -- so lots of stuff to look at - the streams is what I'm referring to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving is not missing any important posts and dates.
