Hootsuite, Exceptional for Monitoring your Brand
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you can choose your different social mediums to monitor and respond right from the platform without having to sift through comments to find the post.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic plan is rather limited, but the only issue I had with that was that changes in Instagram's API cause it to disconnect quite often. However, you can easily fix this by clicking "Reconnect", but it's just a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows you to catch customer complaints across social media in an easily categorized way that makes monitoring your brands image much easier.
Great tool for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It is best for teams to be able to work together on congruent social media platforms in a cohesive and synchronized way. We love that is shows real time updates and we can manage all streams with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are a bit dated and should include a lot more details and graphics. Also the ease of use is not intuitive. Facebook analytics shouldn't surpass the kind of analysis you can get from Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone can see in real time what happening in different social media platforms, we love the scheduling aspects of the Hootsuite platforms.
Hootsuite Is a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to work through numerous marketing campaigns and projects off and on or all at once. Creating my material and setting the release and closing date is amazing. I have been able to successfully track all my social media use and reward my high level interactions. This would not be possible without Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I really love this software, it has met and exceeded my expectations in regard to getting to know my online audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have had not problems. The Benefits are increased engagement and customer satisfaction of our communication.
Good tool for scheduling posts
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to shorten long links. I also like how the dashboard and content calendar is displayed. It's easy to access everything and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not easy to remove and add new/ old streams. I continue to encounter having problems with removing the Twitter stream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to schedule social media posts weeks in advance.
One of the Best Social Media Content Scheduling Tool
What do you like best about the product?
it is a great tool for basic social media management. I Like the dashboard customization. where you can add more channels and features easy to manage the interface. you can schedule as many posts as you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing but only thing is if you are using more then 3 social profiles in hootsuite it would be Costly.

All my social profiles in one place. its easier to schedule and it saved lot of time

Hootsuite has all my social media accounts in one olace

If I don’t use it everyday or almost everyday it keeps disconnecting my accounts, which for business is really frustrating

I am able to plan ahead and schedule things much sooner

What do you like best about the product?
1. Very user friendly
2. Supports many social media channels and keeps updating the scheduling part accordingly
3. Good analytics tab with lots of data and information required in the job
4. No/Very less ads even if used as free user
5. It gives the opportunity to learn social media management with free online courses to get certification.

1. Only 3 social media profile can be handled in free version.
2. The initial dashboard is little confusing and takes time to understand

It helps to manage my social media channels/profiles very easily. Helps with time management, analytics and keep track of particular post/posts in different social media channels.

One of the best social media management tool compared to many available out there. Good user experience once you get a hold of it.

The ease that hoot suite provides for using multiple social medias

That the interface can be a little confusing until you get used to it

Hootsuite has the broadest features for social media scheduled posting available in a free platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is dated, no analytics available in free version, persistent upsell of features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to schedule all of my weekly social media posts at once, freeing up more time in my schedule. I can also easily track mentions of our account.
Hootsuite is complicated

I can preschedule my post all in one place over multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can not see what you are going. Hootsuite is a very text base software. I don’t like that I cant see what my Instagram will look like. It leaves too much space for error,
