Good enough
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to post, schedule, see mentions across platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is pretty clunky, it can be buggy, streams are limited, analytics are limited, when you tag other pages you have to tag them all separately, so even if the message is the same each little tweak requires it's own post (which makes sense, but I'd expect a cleaner UI for it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of multiple platforms and scheduling a content calendar

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete tool, specially to Social Media Managers who need to track and operate digital channels, monitoring and listen to online conversations

It’s not very intuitive or user friendly, and it’s so loaded of options that you can get lost teying to find something useful

Consider that it is a great tool but with limitations, specially at posting some types and formats
HootSuite: ideal For Large, Complex & Important Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite enables us to publish on multiple social media networks at the same time, within seconds. The ability to preview the publications within one central dashboard is really amazing. Best of all, the platform is glitch-free and very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little high in my opinion. I believe that a lower package would be more appropriate for small and medium businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to save hours usually spent on posting manually to every platforms. Furthermore, this eliminated the password request limitations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a professional tools for social media management.
Awesome for post scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule posts through Hootsuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, Hootsuite only allows you to have 3 social accounts connected at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twitter and Linkedin do not offer post scheduling on their platforms. Hootsuite makes it very easy to schedule posts on these networks in advance.
New, user friendly experience
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I like the fact that Hootsuite has the options for you to take casses to get familiar with the software if you know nothing about it and how it functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the server worked better with Instagram. I believe that being unable to post directly from the website can be a hinderance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, I'm learning the platform more in depth to effectively do my job. I was handed the platform from a previous user with no experience with this specific program. But, I've worked with others, now I'm learning how similar or different Hootsuite is.
Great way to oversee your social media empire through one app!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to connect with my wide variety of social media accounts in one place. Sometime seeing it all together inspires better integration of strategies on the different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime the interface isn't as friendly as I'd like it, though much of that has been resolved by my getting up to speed on things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't like having to switch between IG and FB and LinkedIn and Twitter, HootSuite gives me a single "control panel" or dashboard from which to survey.
Terrible Customer Service, Poor Performance
What do you like best about the product?
The only good thing that hootsuite provides is that it shortens links using the company branded bit.ly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything. It fails to post sometimes, I always get error messages, I have been in contact with the support team for 2 months and nothing has been fixed, it is slow, it fails to tag and shorten links half the time, you can’t upload videos to twitter, the list goes on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hootsuite to post on social media. But the scheduling is so unreliable and the posting so slow and glitchy that I’d rather just post natively on social media or use a different tool.
Hootsuite: Organize publications in different areas and manage content.
What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing, it allows me to get free reports by email, it's something that I see very helpful and very unique. It has a very reliable platform, it helps me organize publications from different areas, it allows me to schedule and manage publications on multiple platforms, I can interact with the content directly on the platform. I like it because it communicates to me when there is a problem, the programming function is fantastic, it really has been very useful for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it has a minimum capacity in the photo editing part, I would like to see some changes that are very helpful to be able to use this tool more and I would like to have a preview option to see how it is They will see the posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is very useful in the labor field to schedule, review and approve some publications. It is used for customer interaction, programming and managing content, all these activities can be managed by the team. It is also important to highlight that it helps to manage a good time management and a great not so complex planning, focusing on an area of professional development and can be implemented on a large scale.

It has an effective management of different pages in real time, you can save an amount of time, it is ideal for the previous programming of messages that must be sent at a specific time. It serves for those small organizations that manage some social media account. The truth is that you can take advantage of this tool.

I’d like to say that the pros of Hootsuite outweigh its cons, but in reality it doesn’t. There are many benefits that you can leverage from Hootsuite for the effective management of your social networking accounts or profiles, but there’s better Hootsuite Alternatives out there that you should take time to investigate.
The fact that Hootsuite offers flexible plans that even enable you to try out the features for free and then slowly upgrade to higher plans, as per your requirements, makes it a hot favourite among most of the highly popular social network management tools, but over all it’s very expensive for what you get, considering that there’s platforms like Sendible offering the same things plus additional and innovative functionality for a lot less per month!

It takes a lot of steps to link a social media account instead of just sign in step and sometimes it will asks to relink the account when our clients changed their passwords
