Hootsuite is the backbone for our social media channels.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite saves us from multiple social media pains on a day-to-day basis. We have a global presence, so we need to post on different social media handles according to different time zones. For example, when we announced our "Brand Finance India 100" recognition, we scheduled posts for each region with tailored messaging in one sitting, avoiding time zone chaos. I just love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
On laptop, Hootsuite does not have any complaints. But sometimes I need to see social media analytics on the go on mobile, but their mobile app isn't sufficient for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to schedule social media posts on native platforms like Facebook on Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn, but that process took so much time and we could not see everything in one dashboard, so sometimes important announcement posts would be missed on one platform. Hootsuite solves our different platform tracking problem and makes it so easy to collaborate with our team. Its analytics dashboard also helps us make our content strategy. After publishing a fintech whitepaper, we saw LinkedIn outperform other channels, leading us to invest more budget into LinkedIn ads for similar content.
It is good, but only if your priority is time, and not quality.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great at saving time when it comes to posting to different accounts since your able to create a general post for all platforms through one dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite lacks up-to-date features specific to certain platforms. It also lacks a lot of features that can hurt further engagement like lack of collaboration on instagram, music selection for facebook and meta, or images only on tiktok.

Hootsuite helps save a lot of time across platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The features, the analytics, helps me keep organised and places me ten steps ahead, it eliminates to have a multiple team, calendar to follow. Every penny spent is completely valued.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. Can be a bit low. Youtube and pinterest, we cannot schedule or post directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to schedule the posts, and the calendar helps me to plan out carefully. do not have to keep a team for the same. saves money.
My Go-To for social media scheduling & analytics reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite every single day for my job and it could not be easier to use. Once you connect your social media accounts, you can create and schedule posts directly through Hootsuite. Their AI features recently implemented are also great if you're stuck on what to write for your posts. You can get social media reports to track your growth in just a few clicks and customize them to each platform or overall performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only negative is how often I have to reconnect your social media accounts to Hootsuite but that's more likely on the social account's end and not Hootsuite.

Hootsuite's analytics reporting really helps me figure out what platforms need more attention, and each feature that's been added on over the years has only made it more useful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the built-in AI generative tools that streamline my social media tasks effectively. Scheduling my social media posts is a breeze, saving me valuable time by eliminating the need to post in real-time every day. The setup was extremely intuitive, only requiring me to connect my social platforms seamlessly. I appreciate the ease with which I can manage multiple platforms simultaneously, greatly enhancing my posting regularity and efficiency. The hashtag suggestion feature is particularly valuable, helping me optimize each post for better reach. The ability to gauge my posting strategy using a social media calendar is incredibly useful, as is the scheduling feature which simplifies the process significantly. Additionally, the guidance on adjusting content for various platforms ensures my posts are effective across all channels.

I wish it was cheaper for the more robust platform choices.

I find Hootsuite saves me time by scheduling posts across multiple platforms, helping me post regularly and simplifying hashtag selection, which makes my job easier and quicker.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used this platform for years and really like the tools it has to offer. It is easy to use and allows me to have a central location to coordinate our social posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more data and reporting in this platform. It does offer some great reporting tools but more would be helpful to keep a more accurate pulse on data of our marketing spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to schedule social media posts from one location and at specified dates and times. I use the data it provides to schedule based on when my users will most likely see the posts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is an incredible social media tool for our content creation and scheduling. It allows us to schedule content ahead of time and also helps us create content with the AI component. Whenever I have a question, their team is always timely and helpful. We use Hootsuite everyday and love it! They also track engagement for you and recommend best times to post, as well as showing you data regarding social interaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides, as of now. They are constantly creating and changing!

It's solving me having to post every day and manage multiple platforms. With Hootsuite, it helps me manage my time effectively by using one platform.
