Good tool for managing social posts easily !

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it lets me plan and post on all my social accounts from one screen. The calendar view is super helpful and I can drag and drop posts if plans change. It also shows comments and messages in one place so I don’t have to jump between apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it disconnects from Instagram or LinkedIn without warning. The mobile app also feels a bit limited compared to desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to forget posting times or lose track of content across pages. Hootsuite made scheduling simple and keeps everything organized. It saves me hours every week and my posts now go out consistently even when i am busy.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Hootsuite is that, we can manage our presence on multiple platforms through just one app, and it has good customer support and very easy to implement each platform
What do you dislike about the product?
What I found, that the UI can be better, rest all is fine for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving one of the biggest problem of mine, is that, I do not need to go and upload my post or content on each platform separately, I can do it at once by using Hootsuite, It is saving my time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the centralized workflow for managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. When you're running campaigns for several e-commerce brands at once, logging into individual platforms becomes a productivity killer. Hootsuite's dashboard lets our team schedule content, respond to customer queries, and track performance across all social channels without switching contexts constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI caption generator feels too generic for our client work. When you're managing e-commerce brands with distinct voices and industry-specific terminology, the automated suggestions often miss the mark. We end up rewriting most captions anyway, which defeats the time-saving purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it addresses is coordination across distributed teams. With analysts working on different client accounts, we needed visibility into who's handling what and approval workflows that don't rely on Slack or emails. Hootsuite's permission settings and task assignment features mean I can delegate campaign execution without losing oversight, which is critical in my strategy role.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the fact that Hootsuite consolidates all our social media accounts in a single dashboard to be interesting. I have a number of brand accounts, and I can post, view brand mentions, and monitor the number of engagements using the same interface, which saves me much time. The collaboration tools also come in handy- I will be able to delegate, monitor the progress, and continue chatting within the site. The analytics dashboard is user-friendly and provides clear information on the best content across each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is crowded when you have numerous profiles particularly in large teams. Others like establishing bulk arrangements or custom reports are difficult to locate. I would also like to be more integrated with some new social sites that we utilize in certain markets. Reporting tools are fine, however, campaign metrics could be further personalized, and it would make analysis even more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hootsuite, our social media process was disorganized since each of the team members had their own content calendar. It has all been combined in one place; planning and scheduling, approvals and tracking results. This facilitates collaboration and makes our brand voice the same. As an individual, I save several hours weekly and believe that our social life is structured and controlled. It becomes highly handy when it comes to dealing with our remote marketing team in various time zones.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple it is to manage multiple social accounts in one place. Hootsuite keeps everything organized without feeling overwhelming. The scheduling feature is a lifesaver. I can plan out content for the week in one sitting and not worry about missing post times. The dashboard is clean, and being able to track mentions and replies in real-time helps me engage quickly, especially with SEO-related discussions that pop up around our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics part could be a bit more intuitive. I sometimes find it hard to dig into specific post-level metrics without exporting data. Also, the mobile app works fine for quick checks, but it’s not as smooth for managing detailed campaigns. A little more flexibility in customizing reports would make it perfect for agencies like ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me stay consistent with posting SEO insights, case studies, and updates from our agency across platforms. It saves a ton of time and ensures our brand voice stays uniform. It’s also helped us engage better with our audience. Quick replies to followers and tracking trending SEO topics have increased visibility for both me and my agency. Overall, it’s become an essential part of our weekly social workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Social listening tools and how easy it is to move a post by drag and drop. Quick to set up, implement and use daily
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit on accounts that can be linked on free along with how the cost has gone up over the years. There are a number of cheaper options on the market such as Adobe Express for posting and many CRMs include posting as an option. Also with the changes to Facebook rules, you can no longer schedule for groups using 3rd party software such as hootsuite but that is an industry issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to schedule ahead and add in url shorterners worked well. Social listening was becoming limited through the issues with facebook groups

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Hootsuite to manage multiple social media platforms, and it has definitely made my work easier and more organized. The ability to schedule posts in advance saves a lot of time, and the content calendar gives a clear overview of all planned activities.

What do you like best about the product?
