Effortless Social Media Management with an Intuitive Interface

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for social media management. I really like having one hub to see all social posts and easily plan on a calendar. The interface is easy to look at and maneuver through, making it simple to log in, follow the flow, and figure out how to do things. The initial setup was very easy and didn't require in-depth onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage social media posts in one hub, making it easy to plan with a calendar. The interface is easy to maneuver, so onboarding isn't needed; you can simply log in and follow the flow.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to move around posts in Hootsuite and see the best times to post. The initial setup was pretty straightforward too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing photos inside Hootsuite isn't the best, so I edit photos in Canva or Photoshop before uploading to Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for social media automation, helping me plan monthly content and post consistently.

Effective Social Media Manager with Room for TikTok Improvements

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using OwlyGPT to adjust the tone of my caption for each platform. The competitor analysis section is very useful to compare how we are doing overall and understand our competitors' engagement strategies. I also enjoy the 'Listening' section to keep up with what's new and get inspired for new content. The initial setup was pretty easy, and though there is a learning curve, the Hootsuite academy makes it fairly easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest concern currently is an issue I have been dealing with on TikTok. When I schedule a TikTok post on Hootsuite, I am unable to choose the cover image of that video. When posted on TikTok, you are only given the chance to make edits to your video once a day for only seven days within posting. I have to take the extra time to natively go in the app and make those changes to maintain the overall image of our account and keep everything looking consistent. At times, TikTok denies my request to make edits to the video. Then I get left with two choices: Leave the video as it is and risk looking 'off-brand' or private/delete the video entirely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage our social media in one space, moderate engagement, avoid native app switching, and for analytics. OwlyGPT helps adjust captions. The competitor analysis and Listening sections are also useful.

Best-in-Class Platform That Beat Other Platforms

What do you like best about the product?
the features to make scheduling easier than most other platforms. we are concerned about the cost, especially of add ons and have tried to test out other platforms but HS has the market on features!
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. We are a very small company and it is hard to budget for this. Also, in the past year there have been quite a few posts that were not sent out even though they were scheduled correctly. If it weren't for those two things, this would have received a 10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-platform posting and tagging are the two biggest. I really, really hate that you took away streams though. As a manager, it was so easy to use streams to see what was scheduled at a glance versus having to use the calendar/planner.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Hootsuite for how it makes posting to multiple social media accounts simultaneously super easy. The calendar feature is my favorite part as it makes posting and keeping track of my posts super easy. I can review old posts and schedule them up to a month in advance, which is really handy. The initial setup of Hootsuite was super easy, making it straightforward to start managing social media. Overall, I find it very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little difficult when I have to shorten everything. The AI is not fantastic; I usually end up having to use external tools like ChatGPT to help. Also, Hootsuite is still expensive for what it offers. Another thing that annoys me is that sometimes my accounts disconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage social media. It solves the problem of posting individually to multiple accounts, makes posting easy, schedules posts, tells the best time to post, and tracks analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Hootsuite because it saves me time by allowing me to create one post for multiple social sites. I really like the reporting available, and I love comparing month over month results that are easy to understand for our board of directors. After getting Hootsuite Certified, the program became so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was able to tag people and businesses more easily or add in links in the comment instead of in the post. It was actually a huge learning curve many years ago. Getting Hootsuite Certified took a lot of time but once it was done the program was so easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me time by allowing me to create one post for multiple social sites. I love the easy-to-understand reporting for comparing month-over-month results.

Powerful Cross-Brand Scheduling, Analytics, and Social Previews

What do you like best about the product?
The scheduling capabilities cross-brand and analytics tools are really great. You can also see the different platforms and it is going on along with previews of how it would look on social media. Listening tools also are incredibly effective. We have monthly meetings with our Hootsuite representatives and the support from them is also really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing and integrations of things are a lot to add on. Have worked with other scheduling platforms that include free link in bio landing pages for different brands and this one costed more than any other platform we have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having problems with the analytics and performance across our brands and Hootsuite is giving accurate data to our teams. It has benefited us to include the AI capabilities for our future planning as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to post to our Instagram and Facebook socials, and it makes it easier for me as I don't have to go to two different places to post. I like the AI tool, Owly, that helps me draft captions and emails. Instead of me having to think about a caption or email, Owly drafts it for me very quickly, which is really helpful as a leasing specialist because I am always doing so many things at once. The initial setup was actually very straightforward and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is that a post had failed to post to our socials one day, and it didn't notify me. Notifications when posts fail, could help improve Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me post on Instagram and Facebook from one place. Owly quickly drafts captions and emails, which is great since I juggle many tasks as a leasing specialist.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Hootsuite for content management and channel monitoring. It helped with automated reporting for clients. I found it very easy to use and intuitive, and the platform responded very quickly. The customer care team was always responsive, making the experience smooth. The initial setup of Hootsuite was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to create a lot of manual tags for Sentiment because some of the comments and mentions we received were not properly tagged. Also the dashboards were visually nice, but they lacked some configuration options.

I used Hootsuite for content management, channel monitoring, and automated client reporting, which helps streamline our processes. It helped us have all the conversations we were getting across our channels in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Hootsuite, I can schedule posts without having to repeatedly return to each social media platform to post. I also get notified of holidays, which is useful. I appreciate the free trainings that provide info about what's trending every year. The feature suggesting the best time to post is helpful because I can identify peak times for posting. The initial setup was easy, which made getting started with Hootsuite smooth.

I have to reconnect accounts over and over again. Also, I need a way to schedule YouTube contents, but Hootsuite is not allowing that yet.
