Easy social queues

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows you to easily connect your social media accounts and so schedule your posts ahead of time. The system is easy to use and has allowed me to concentrate more on content creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan has a 30 post limit. This is inhibitive if you run multiple accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has saved me time on social media promotion. By queuing posts, I've been able to take advantage of targeted high traffic times and leave myself more time for content creation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give the free plan a try and upgrade if needed. The system is useful if you need to post at specific times and don't want to miss them.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes managing multiple social accounts fast and simple and allows you to schedule and plan your social activities far in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have absolutely no complaints about Hootsuite!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has allowed us to manage our social far in advance and make it a more measured and planned approach for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling is easy to multiple platforms so I can craft general content across channels then go in to tweak them to the specific platform later. If I need to change the scheduling around, I can go to the schedule/calendar feature and simply drag and drop to different days/time slots so I don't have to go into each one individually.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited to platform-specific features. Example: You cannot put a specific link into the text of a post and have to change that out in the bio section. There is no way to change it in the bio section while posting so you have to make sure that you get to it as soon as it has posted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to curate posts ahead of time then just make minor tweaks along the way which is a great time management feature. If I want help from others within the organization, they can also simply log in and add to the content which I can review and edit if necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
It only worked well when the volume of the new posts was below average. There was a possibility to create a lot of different workflows and categories. Reporting feature was pretty decent, it gave a lot of room for personalization and the data was presented in a clear manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely couldn't handle a high volume of posts - froze so often and so severely that working with it was a nightmare! Limited capabilities of categorizing posts. It just took a lot of valuable time to make it work properly and sometimes it just appeared to be impossible. The search feature was working poorly - so the only way to find a specific post was to remember a timestamp of it. Some functions were far from intiutive. There should be a two-step validation process because with all the clunkiness mistakes were easily made (if you clicked somewhere and it was still loading, you could like or delete a comment you weren't supposed to).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool was mainly used to collect and moderate content. This was just a software picked by the client and it was one of the worst I ever got my hands on. It was supposed to work seamlessly, but it didn't. At times of promotions, where the brand used to get hundreds of new comments an hour - it stopped working altogether.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a very active social media and want to monitor it through Hootsuite, just don't.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to manage multiple social media platforms. Able to set time for social media post so it automatically does regardless of the actual time. Ability to monitor all social media without the need to log in everything.

Accessibility. Could be confusing to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about hootsuite is that it manages multiple social media channels at one time. In fact if you are not using paid version, the free version includes 3 social media managing which is itself enough for small business who are not willing to buy. Also t keeps you tension free as you can schedule your monthly or weekly posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their system sometime do error. However, the latest update is much improved but it sometimes do multiple posting of a same post. Also they can make it quite more user friendly i guess. Also the system works too slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i have too many responsibilities at my job to handle and one of them is to regularly post social media updates. And it helped me a lot as i schedule weekly post and get tension free. Also i really like how i see analytics on my home screen, its like i am using all the social media platforms at one place. Its awesome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not rely upon hootsuite. Keep an eye and check if your scheduled post is posted or not. Sometimes it does not posted and sometime there are other issues that prevent it from posting. So you do not have to just rely on that. Also please see a tutorial and take as much benefits form this platform as you can. Most of the people do not just know about many of their features which are just awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the dashboard to view multiple accounts at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have always found it clunky and at times difficult to find what you're looking for within the app/site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't really solve any problems, now there are similar sites that can be used.. however none of them are that satisfying to use. Regardless, being able to schedule posts is always an extremel important too for a social media manager.
