What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite gives you the ease to post contents across all your company's social media pages, even include a Wordpress option so you can post blogs, articles, news, and other reliable contents for the company's brand and image.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to manage at first. But, with a few Youtube how-tos, you will be able to manage it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is on managing messages and inquiries from clients posting comments on our social media pages. I thought it is not possible with Hootsuite but I was able to grasp help from their support team and taught me how to manage customer interactions on every post on every social media account of our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will take awhile for you to get used to its UI, but with a few Youtube how-tos, you will be able to navigate smoothly on the Hootsuite dashboard. Overall, this is great for start-up companies too who are trying to expose their brands to the market.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite’s feature of consolidating multiple social media accounts under one dashboard is really helpful especially for people like me who is new to the social media management industry. It helped me to carefully track my stats and its ability to schedule posts makes my work fun and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be best if they are a bit more inexpensive. Their plans are feature rich but can be very pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite, I was able to cut down on the time I usually spend on manually creating my own social media calendar and manually posting of my content.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, light web based system and it really works.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quiet expensive especially for a small scale business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting up social media posting for a later time. It helps a lot in managing your time. Scheduling becomes so easy and manageable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is highly recommended if you have the budget :)
However for small scale business, sad to say I can’t recommended coz it is quiet expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
The free trial was nice to explore what they offer as a service.
What do you dislike about the product?
No human contacts. I was only able to talk to someone on their sales team but any technical/billing difficulties are handled through chat. I was charged 3 times for an annual plan and couldn't get anyone on the phone to work with me to get my payments refunded. When I called to speak with someone they told me they couldn't help me and that these issues were handled via email which is what caused the problem in the first place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was nice at first to be able to schedule my posts and bring on team members to manage clients accounts.

If you want human support, look elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease you can combine various accounts with is pretty awesome. No longer will you have to go to various different sites to manage your social media. You can finally do it all in one place. Specifically, sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Great way to combine all the different products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it can be a bit fidgety when scheduling too far ahead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for managing social media use across multiple platforms.

Just get familiar with it, then roll.

HootSuite: Professional Social Media Management Within One Centralized Dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that with just some straightforward clicks, we were able to connect our companies social media accounts within HootSuite seamlessly. The preview features are really amazing, enabling us to view how the publications will look like on the various platforms before actually even publishing it live. This is so great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer support and guidance is great but I still find the pricing a little high, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to have a professional social media schedule, which increased our productivity and organization greatly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely recommend. Hootsuite will not only make you save a lot of time, but also take your social media planning to a whole new, professional level.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm in and out of there. I paste what I want in there and it goes to each place that I've chosen, saving me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my photos aren't accepted. If I've taken a photo randomly and haven't photo edited it in a software the measurements aren't acceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use standard photo editing before I post. My posts look better from Hootsuite.

Put your most important networks with them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is simple to schedule messagining multiple multiple platforms quickly. I also like the access to analytics and data visialtion to save time and check performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could post multiple Instagram images and resize them. It also loses the fewlmofnonatagram wirhoir filters.

Also, I would like to see separate boxes for different profiles allowing to post at once and tag pages. For example, when posting to a twitter and Facebook, you have to shorten the message for Twitter and include separate page tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to schedule things and have a quick look at what is on our social media marketing calendar. I like the calendar and schedule view. Also can scroll through and see/like engagements.. retweets, mentions and shares from other accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best services to automate social media posts. Hootsuite helps with the editing and organization of work material at different levels, from the attachment of audiovisual material to the programming of said material. It is very good that it can be integrated into Facebook and pinterest, because in this way you can publish the same image on both pages (at the same time). Hootsuite has instant messaging tools, and includes public delimitation system, so it is very easy to know which audience we should focus on.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are pleased with hootsuite, since there is nothing that should be corrected, because the platform works perfectly. It is good that you let us keep a more detailed control of the versions of the different publications that we program. That is, after making corrections and deleting the previous material, we have a way to recover it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using hootsuite we have managed to focus much better on our target customer groups, because now we can do conversion tracking more easily. We can also better filter the information to be published, and we can monitor the publications of our competition. We have also been able to better manage customer participation, and we have followed social media trends to a new level (we are better updated than before).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is economical, and everyone can have access to scheduled publications, in case some correction is needed. It has a very good system for social media marketing analysis, making it the ideal tool for virtually any current advertising agency.
