Hootsuite works, but...
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that it's one of the few management platforms that posts to Pinterest, but you have to install a 3rd party plug in.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't handle Google My Business. And the pricing structure isn't ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pinterest posts via Tailwinds for my blog entries. A new market for traffic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You'll have to upgrade to get best use out of it.

Hootsuite is a social media management platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It's exceptionally simple to deal with every one of your records in various tabs. Each of the one interface enables you to add diverse systems you wish to screen rapidly. You can undoubtedly make examination reports for you online networking properties.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs when you auto plan your post which takes some extra time. For example, you can't add pictures to all the social networks you need to use. Implying that you should include them in once your cvs document physically is uploaded. Since Hootsuite is exceptionally strong, it tends to be extremely overpowering for individuals that are not all that computer keen.

I make use of Hootsuite to take control of my social media pages, both personal and work/project.
The ability to add Twitter and Facebook together makes this brilliant.
I make use of the columns to utilise and display the content I require and hide the non important info. Perfect for streamlining work.

Sometimes the menus are a little complex and deep and the payment tiers aren’t always obvious as to what they include.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping on top of social media has never been easier and makes it better and faster for us to get in touch with the people we need to.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage several social media accounts. One for my blog, one for my church, and one for my job. That is a LOT to keep up with. Hootsuite has been a great tool to make managing and posting to those accounts much easier! Being able to schedule posts ahead of time to post stuff later is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I cannot complain about Hootsuite! I love everything about it.

TIME MANAGEMENT. And not having to be attached to my phone or computer at weird times to post things. And being able to see all accounts in one place.

Hootsuite is one of the best content managers for social media available on the market, as it allows you to create, edit, customize, schedule, and publish any post you need to make on any social network, and, best of all, you can work on several social networks simultaneously.
This is particularly useful when you manage various social networks for the same company, as you don't have to enter each social network separately to publish the same post. Instead, from Hootsuite's publishing tool, you select all the social networks, create the post, customize it, and schedule or publish it directly, according to your needs.
The best part is that this app is really easy to use, as it is not only extremely intuitive but also guides you through the entire process of creating your first posts, and includes a series of tutorials that have helped me make the most of this tool.
Every post you create in Hootsuite can be customized as much as you want, from adding images, embedding URLs with its link shortener, hashtags, and much more, so you can clearly convey messages to your followers.
Hootsuite's message scheduling tool is perfect, as in one afternoon I can create and schedule all the posts for the next week, or even the month, and then this incredible manager takes care of publishing them when the selected time arrives.
But Hootsuite is not only for publishing content on social networks, you can also fully track them, from seeing who shared the posts, to who commented on them, checking private messages, new followers, reviewing your competition, hashtags, and much more.
In short, I love Hootsuite, it has made my job much easier and now I can invest more time in creating quality content for the audience, instead of wasting it creating multiple posts in a day.

Hootsuite is a simple and powerful tool that does its job, however, sometimes it loses synchronization with a social network and does not notify you about it, so you have to be aware of this detail. Another thing they should improve is the mobile app, it is a bit slow and not as smooth as its computer version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Hootsuite, I can now manage a large number of social networks without problems, administer them and keep the followers happy, and it also helps me save a great amount of time that I can invest in other company tasks.

If you need to manage a large number of social networks quickly, cleanly, and in an organized manner, Hootsuite will be your right hand, as this manager allows you to create posts for social networks, edit them, customize them, schedule them, publish them, and track them without any issues.

Good Social Media Management Tool for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
I love the streams and the ability to see mentions, retweets, and lists all in the same place. The layout for seeing scheduled posts is great. The content library is also a nice feature. I find myself using that quite often. It's also easy to monitor top accounts. It's a very user-friendly system to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had the ability to schedule the same posts for multiple platforms at one time. The reliability of the platform is not good. I often have posts that fail to post. This is a big problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hootlet extension rarely works for me. I also wish I could schedule the same post for multiple times at once. I do like the analytics that are available, however, they could be more thorough and easier to view.

Consider what analytics you need, because Hootsuite does not provide everything you may need.

The fact that you can organize all of your social media needs and accounts into one single application, is just so convenient and smooth, and that is exactly what Hootsuite does.
Not only does it provide a very easy-to-use dashboard and a clean management system, but it also provides a great multitasking area where you can, without breaking a sweat, handle multiple social media accounts and databases at a single go.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it does look a little bit messy and especially when you have a TON of accounts to manage, but that's a minor quip at best. They could improve the visuals but other than that, it actually does what it advertises.

Connecting all databases together, uniting social media accounts on Twitter, Facebook, etc. and also being able to schedule posts for a further date, is just an amazing benefit of using Hootsuite.
Entire monthly campaigns can be created without having to post daily and that is the best feature of using this app.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Given a fair pricing, and a free trial, I think you should totally go for it if you are in the marketing and communication (advertising) industry and have to create multiple campaigns for multiple social media accounts.
Not only is it beneficial but also worth every penny you spend on this software. It's decent, easy to use and anyone can schedule posts through it. Go for it!
