They are for fraud not against it. There was a faudulent charge on my account and they did absolutely nothing about it

I am not solving any problem with hootsuite. They charged me $228 and claimed it was a puppy shop that used my account. I informed them that it is a fraudulent charge and they downgraded the puppy shops account to the free one. After downgrading the account I would expect them to refund my money which they never did. Highly disappointed in them. I do not believe there was any puppy shop using my account because I was unable to find details of the puppy shop online. Hootsuite is Fraudulent, stay away!!!

STAY AWAY FROM HOOTSUITES!!! They are in support of fraudulent transactions. I was charged $228 Dollars which I had no clue about. I contacted them and they said a puppy shop used my account for the payment. I informed them it was a fraudulent account and they downgraded the account to a free one without refunding the 1 year subscription that was charged from my account. Do not put your account details on their platform, it is not safe.

What I like most about Hootsuite that is very simple and practical to use. The fact that I can publish any information on my social networks and manage them easily has made my work more straightforward. I also like the simple function that gives me information about my subscribers, their opinions, and recommendations about it.

Best of all, it has an excellent scheduler; it has a calendar in which you can specify which publications to make, as well as the time at which they should be posted.

As for its price, the professional plan is the cheapest, and if you work in a medium or small company, it is viable if, on the contrary, your company is large the price goes up too much, I consider it too expensive.

I dislike that somehow my account gets disconnected a lot, so I won't get the metrics from the days it's offline.

The mobile app doesn't have full twitter functionality or notifications any longer, customer service is virtually nonexistent, features keep getting removed while the product price keeps going up.

the instagram posts needed to be approved from the phone when going live, even if i had scheduled before. the point of hootsuite is that i am not able to physically post it when i want, thus scheduling it. having to approve it negates the principle of scheduling it beforehand.

all the posts look uniform and go live at that same moment.

I like the fact that I can easily schedule our posts for my Instagram, Facebook and linked in accounts. I am able to stay ahead on my business marketing.

Hootsuite provides a good overview of your social media channels and makes scheduling a breeze. It is good for companies with less than 4 social media channels as there are better tools out there to handle bigger social media accounts

Hootsuite can be very buggy and laggy, some scheduled posts don't go live on time. The UI/UX definitely can be better, also having troubles adding profiles as well.

Great tool for small businesses, value for money is great. With Hootsuite what you see is what you get, great customer support as well.

I like that you can see multiple social media platforms all on one screen and that you can post simultaneously. I like how you can also plan and schedule out multiple posts so you don't have to post everyday.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes when editing pictures or video, it doesn't crop in a user-friendly manner. So this is something to be aware of like using square for instagram.

By using Hootsuite, it allows our institution to post more consistent feedback. Not only is the feedback consistent, but also the posting of content to our social media platforms.

Sending out monthly newsletters regarding tips and tricks, tutorials, and stories from other Hootsuite users. Integrating other growing social media platforms such as Tiktok.

Hootsuite is helpful because you can login to one site and from there you are able to manage all of your social media platforms. You can post to FB and Twitter at the same time or you can post to just one of those. You are able to schedule your posts and edit if needed. It's also great because if someone is helping you manage your social media posts, you can give them the login for Hootsuite and they can post for you without ever having to give them the login to your social media accounts.

It took me a little bit to figure out all of the features. I think they could make it a little easier for first-time users.

We are able to give access to volunteers to post on our social media outlets without having to give them confidential information.

Very streamlined and I love how I can do everything on one platform. It saves me so much time throughout the week.

Wish you could tag Twitter photos in the post editor.
