What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's ease of access to all of my accounts makes promoting my latest project a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the optimization choices don't work well together, and editing scheduled posts could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spelling errors, forgetfullness, and other issues can arise when you're trying to promote a project across all platforms - instead of copying and pasting each time, I can simply schedule all of my posts in one easy program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite has one of the easiest userfaces of any program out there promising to make your marketing or social media experience better.

Practical and Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Using Hootsuite to easily manage social media shares of my content is simply entered without confusion. The ability to schedule my posts at desired times has been a timesaver for my hectic days. It’s such an advantage to be able to coordinate my social media shares in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had to adjust the frequency of my Hootsuite posting as other platforms may consider posts to be spam and suspend your account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My time management routine has been upgraded with my implementation of Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate to the native content to ensure you are getting context.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself responds slowly. Not every option is super intuitive to find

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the ability to assign team members different permission levels, in order to set up content review structures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hootsuite had (at the time of us using it) had a better, more robust integration with Instagram.

We solved our need for a content review process.

What do you like best about the product?
I use the pro version, so all my social media is in one place. And I am able to use this for a variety of clients. That makes it more affordable. The best part, the mobile version for my phone. I can quickly see something and repost it using the app. I also like that I can preview my posts before I submit -- either one or all different platforms. I like being able to see the feed for all my accounts -- each social media platform. I like being able to schedule, have drafts, assign things to others. I also just found out that this is compatible with ReviewTrackers, so I now have that added in to see reviews for my different accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it glitches. The issue sometimes I have is posting to Twitter and Instagram at the same time. Sometimes the images aren't the right dimensions, so it won't post. That isn't really Hootsuite's fault, but then sometimes I will just post directly toInstagram, but use the App for Twitter. I would love it if it had a repost function. I often have to repost items, and so I use a "repost" app. So that it copies relevant content and adds the repost tag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a contractor, I am able to work quickly if I am in my officer or on the go. I can easily check the account I want to use, and then post for whatever client I need to take care of at the moment. It is affordable for me with the amount of clients I work with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very flexible and easy to use. Set up all your social media feeds to get the full benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated boosting and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you cannot easily create three separate posts for three separate channels of the same company. Same creative, different copies amounts the companies different channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule as many posts as I need to in advance which is amazing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Creating a feature where you can make a marketing plan directly in Hootsuite and export it out to clients.

A popular tool to keep everything in success process

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Hootsuite shows notifications and small panels about the interactive publications I make, thus increasing productivity. You can schedule your publications, it is a good idea if you cannot know your social networks and you must perform other tasks in your company, it will keep your social networks always active at any time. It is very good to integrate many social networks in one place and I like the functions of tabs and also the monitoring of keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
The monthly rates are a bit expensive, basically you have to make a lot of investment which can be a small problem for some companies. Something that has a little bad for me is that in the mobile it becomes a little slow, it is not updated as in a web computer, and which we do not work comfortably as it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the importance of constantly publishing on social networks to stay relevant, this application has been extremely useful for giving reminders, tools and tips. We can save a lot of time due to its excellent handling of the tools. Also we can publish products from any device, which has benefited us in terms of access ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it because it is good software not only for the management of social networks but also for project management. With Hootsuite the management of your company's social networks will not be a problem and you will save time in it.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the reminders, the clear instructions on how to use the app and their clear design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping the app would do all of the posting to Social media for me, and it did not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because of the importance to constantly post on social media to stay relevant, this app has been extremely helpful in giving reminders, tools and tips to reach my audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a tool that allows you to manage your social networks under a single panel, enabling you to control everything that happens on them at the same time, which means better attention to your customers. You can schedule your posts, which is a good idea if you can't keep an eye on your social networks and have to be doing other tasks in your company, keeping your social networks always active no matter the time. Lastly, it's worth highlighting the positive integration of Google Analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a perfect application for desktops, but less efficient if you use it from mobile devices. Regarding its price, the professional plan is the cheapest and if you work in a medium or small company it is viable, but if your company is large, the price goes up too much, I consider it too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is an incredible time-saving tool that makes managing your social media easier and also helps organize your workflow more effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With Hootsuite, managing your company's social media will not be a problem and you will save time on it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics and the ability to easily schedule posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling posts is very onerous. I'd like to see more when it comes to analytics without having to go Pro, which we don't need as a smaller organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
See above. We do a lot of post scheduling and it's nice. I'd love the ability for Hootsuite to upgrade to the social networks' current parameters.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best one out there in my opinion. It has the most features and ease of use. It's great for integrating a bunch of social networks in one place and I like the tab features and also the keyword monitoring. I found Sprout Social to be WAY too much and this is quite a bit simpler and with less bells and whistles. Gets the job done for sure.
