Develop a social network strategy without obstacles.
What do you like best about the product?
This program seems to me to be at the forefront of success; since it allows me the collaboration of several members of the team in all for ends or objectives in common. In addition to this it allows me to have a complete view of the panel of all linked social accounts to easily see the published content. Basically I can schedule social media content posts on multiple platforms; This has as a consequence a good reach for companies. I love that I can create multiple publications and schedule them over a period of time, which allows me to be aware of my efforts on social networks without a great impact over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I can add links to a post, I can not hyperlink the words, which would be useful. It is important to note that the editing capabilities are quite minimal. Usually, I have to edit the photos and make changes outside the tool before using them. Also I would like to see Hootsuite create a better user interface to add scheduled updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, Hootsuite is a very effective program, since we develop and prepare the publications and let Hootsuite make the real publication at the right moments so that the members of our team can advance in other stages of the project to be carried out. In general terms, Hootsuite addresses the cumbersome process of cross-publication of content in our various social media platforms and the management of the programming of these publications.

If you are a bulky company whose presence on social media is a key component of your success, the net time and energy you save by using Hootsuite can make it a worthwhile investment. The tool allows you to develop a publication and schedule it, and then you can move away and continue with your day. Very good without a doubt.
Hootsuite: One-stop Social Media Convenience
What do you like best about the product?
When managing multiple social media accounts, Hootsuite makes it incredibly convenient by allowing you to create and schedule posts for several accounts in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version is nice, but limiting it to one user can cause confusion if you have more than one person managing an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My social media needs are pretty basic, so Hootsuite has proven to be up to the task--and relatively problem free. As for benefits, the fact that I don't have to log in and out of multiple accounts is a big time saver over the course of a work day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While there are other products and programs available, Hootsuite offers one of the most user-friendly interfaces along with easy-to-set-up account profiles. You can be up and running in a matter of minutes.
Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple Hootsuite is and how I can take care of most social things all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't schedule videos for Instagram. This is important so I use Buffer in addition to Hootsuite.

Helps me stay on tops of all the feeds I follow.

What do you like best about the product?
We eventually realized that managing a social network for a business is not as easy and simple as it seems, less if there are several, but with Hootsuite if it is easy, simple and even feasible in a short time. This is an incredible tool that allows you to manage multiple networks with many functions that facilitate the management of these, such as making multiple publications at the same time and their tools to make a good follow-up of these, which are very helpful. We have also been very pleased that it allows us to be able to schedule publications, which is very useful, and that helps us to have an organization of these with its panel called "planner" that shows the publications programmed in a calendar type. On the other hand we also consider a positive point that is available both for computer and mobile phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
In our company we are all in agreement that Hootsuite is a very well developed tool and does not have any error that has affected our experience, which is appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We believe that Hootsuite has helped us the most in its programming system, because what makes it more difficult to manage multiple accounts on its own is to keep an exact and precise schedule in more than one account, which is impossible for anyone, However Hootsuite if you allow us to do it and in a very short time, so we are very comfortable with it. Another problem that has also solved Hootsuite is a complicated process that was to be a good follow-up to each publication of each social network, but with the various functions for monitoring the publications that has this is much simpler and less complicated.

We are pleased to tell you that our biggest recommendation is that Hootsuite use as a tool for managing their networks, we ensure that it will be the best tool they have ever used.

Award for one of the best goes to hootsuite for its effective functionality, with the numerous plug-ins which is also a plus.

Great for managing multiple brands at once. Appreciate the new options to target and boost posts directly from Hootsuite's dashboard. Lots of useful features as well including Social Listening.
Good Stepping Stone
What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using Hootsuite, it was one of the few platforms that allowed you to schedule and post from their platform for free (for up to 3 social media accounts). It was innovative at the time and really changed the game for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like I mentioned above, it was the first of its kind that I had discovered but it hasn't changed much since then. While the user interface has been upgraded and they have a new "composer," it just doesn't do as much for me compared to Buffer or Facebook's internal scheduling system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the time, it completely improved my social media management capability. Everything was able to be schedule, even Instagram (which was hesitant to allow 3rd party products for scheduling).
Great way to manage multiple social channels

Hootsuite is great for managing multiple social channels at a time and seeing the overall social presence of your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be down or take a long time to load feeds.

Seeing what people comment on our paid Facebook advertising. We're seeing the overall perception of our brand that way.

Make sure you have multiple social channels you need to manage because that's what Hootsuite does best.
Great functionality except for LinkedIn
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of scheduling and how the publisher allows you to see all of your upcoming posts. The ability to create streams to monitor social media activity is very helpful. I love that you can create UTM tracking links within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I originally started using Hootsuite for LinkedIn but quickly found that there is VERY limited functionality with LinkedIn. Hootsuite used to have more options for LinkedIn but their api was blocked and now all you can really do is schedule posts. There’s not much available in the way of monitoring competitors, hashtags, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s much easier to share relevant content in a timely manner, I’m finding it easier to engage with my audience as I have streams set up for Facebook to see when my company is mentioned. I love scheduling content so that some of my social media activity is automated throughout the week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don’t use if you’re just getting it for LinkedIn. If you’re using Hootsuite for Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram it’s worth your time and money.
Easy and simple way to schedule posts & track social progress
What do you like best about the product?
The feature I use the most is the social media scheduling feature, which helps me schedule ahead when I'm not able to post every day

They really push the paid version, I find the free version very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling ahead of time + scheduling when I'm working on different time zones
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Unless you are a huge company, I don't recommend the paid version. It was not drastically different / better to merit the increase in price.
