Hootsuite: Great Tool for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for work at the Greater Washington Board of Trade, and the product is of good quality. We are able to get suggested best times for posting, use AI features to help form posts, and differentiate our channels to create a voice among the different media. I also like the Inbox 2.0 feature, but have not dived into it greatly. But I enjoy that Hootsuite is always trying to make its product more encompassing for communicators and marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had trouble with our X/Twitter account not being updated to reflect we have a premium checkmark that allows for longer posts, which impacts me using Hootsuite for that specific medium.
I also find the analytics and social conversation features of Hootsuite to be cumbersome and difficult to use. But I still like that value they add to Hootsuite as a holistic product.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to post quickly is the best part. And the ability for it to be a one-stop shop for my morning work social media tasks allows for a more efficient way to get certain tasks done for my job. Especially with me being the only social media person on our team, it's a necesity to use to have better time management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can magae all my sm accounts in one place, scheduling posts is super easy and the calendar view helps me stay organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit pricey, especialy if you need more features or team access. A few parts of the interface feel outdated to an extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me a tonn of time by letting me schedule content ahead across multiple platforms. I don't need to jump between apps anymore.
Simple, Efficient, and a Huge Time-Saver!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Hootsuite is how easy and efficient it is to manage multiple social media accounts in one place. Being able to schedule posts and publish across all platforms with just one click saves a lot of time and keeps everything organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Hootsuite so far — it’s been working well for my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me manage multiple social media accounts in one place, which saves a lot of time and effort. Instead of logging into each platform separately, I can schedule and publish posts across all our channels with just one click. It keeps everything organised and makes staying consistent with content so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
There are scheduling limitations on other platforms like Meta where I have 60 days. If I know I'm going to do shows and holiday posts, I can forecast out way further to fill our content. The OwlyGPT is kind of helpful. It gives me insight into my audiences and guides how I can create content strategy. It used to be really slow to upload and type. Not so much that issue anymore.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used some of the OwlyGPT insights. They're not always accurate. You have to know or ask specifics of each platform. What works well for 1 may not even touch your typical reach on other platforms where you do well. You're not able to pick the thumbnail on Tik Tok.Not many options scheduling stories or adding links to stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule for each platform since we're reaching different audiences per platform.

Hootsuite’s customized "Recommended Time to Post" feature is solid. It's great for scheduling efficiency and personalized guidance.

Can't pre-schedule co-lab post on Instagram or stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recommended time-to-post feature is a huge help—it makes scheduling so much easier and more strategic for our team!
Hootsuite, The Social Media Content Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I have 2 favorite things about Hootsuite, one is the ability to post on all social media profiles at once and the ease of which I can choose the accounts. The second thing is the Reporting options that are available, which are invaluable when it comes to presenting data to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing i dislike about Hootsuite is that its options for using their data, via API is not very straightforward. The documentation could be better and more clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving a problem that I had for many years and that was that it allows me to manage many pages all at once. I am able to respond to messages, create posts and follow the timelines for each platform in a way that doesn't have me scrambling everyday.
Love Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes life so convenient when it comes to social media management and tracking all our social media channels. It is so easy to make sure that my post are being made and so easy to implement my week of social media. Just set it and forget it for the week. I love all the features and integration with our different social media channels. Adding the AI features have been a blessing when it comes to create new and engaging posts. The customer service is very helpful when we were having connection issues. I use Hootsuite daily for my job and it makes planning and regulating everything so much and gives me new ideas for the weeks with the national and international holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there really is a downside. It helps me do my job easier and makes it less stressful when I am managing things for work. I think the only change I would make is so that we can post Facebook Reels from Hootsuite especially since you can post reels on Instagram from here but can't with Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite makes it so that I can set my whole weeks worth of social media and not have to stress about it when I have a million other things I have to get done throughout the week.
Streamlines Things
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite was the provided platform when I started my job but I now use it for my consulting as well. It's very straightforward and I love that the planner looks like a calendar - it makes posting for brands so seamless and almost thoughtless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to rearrange the photos once I have multiple added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite delivers me analytics that I would have to pay to get from individual social media sites. It generates useful reports that I would not be able to access otherwise.

Gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for organizing and managing social media accounts. Once the accounts are hooked up, we can just select which post will go where and schedule it out! Posts go out daily and rarely had we ever had issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could schedule for Bluesky. Also, since, I'm posting links with preview images for a small non-profit news organization it would be great if the preview image could update from the source before posting to platforms. I think since the page isn't public on our website yet, the preview image doesn't appear even after the page goes live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they so far seem good for organizations like mine that are small.
