What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful thing is that you can see all of the channels you want to in your streams. Also the scheduling is super helpful when it comes to planning things out b
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like how difficult it is to post sometimes. And now especially how it doesn’t correlate with Instagram. It seems as if it keeps backtracking from when I first began using it and is a lot more difficult to plan out and use with ease. I also don’t like that I have to still use my
Phone in order to post the picture on hootsuite first then go into Instagram and manually post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m just trying to find the best way to stay organized. We have so many accounts that I need to oversee. So having a schedule helps. I just wish it were more user friendly in some aspects.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to automatically post daily content to Facebook and Linkedin.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is somewhat of a learning curve.to figured out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is automated,,. Great time saver.

By all means give it a try. Set it and forget it.

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite we like for its ease of use, we do not need to install any program, we must only access its web platform and we can have access to monitoring and monitoring our social networks, profiles, pages or accounts that we follow and more. With this tool we manage Facebook and Twitter and keep our networks updated to create a better impact for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We really have nothing to say about HootSuite, it fulfills that the things it promises and when it can present fail, for example, in the updates, always takes care of notifying users of possible changes or problems that allow us to be aware of the situation. It has a free and other payment plan and adapts very well to those you need in your company or personal business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In what we have benefited most is in the control of information about our customers, with Salesforce Service Cloud it is much easier to create reports, profiles, databases and reports, since previously we did it with Excel and it was very complicated. In addition we can also provide excellent support, by having a more direct communication with our customers, and we even use automated chat that allows us to answer your most frequent questions and thus address your concerns in a faster way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to provide support, if you need social integrations, if you need to create sales campaigns, if you need to create and manage databases, Salesforce Service Cloud is the program that we can definitely recommend.

Great managing multiple platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Social media is, and has been the most economical and effective method of marketing for a while now. I began using Hootsuite, in its infancy when Facebook did not allow you to schedule posts for your pages. Actually, I don't think any of them offered this. While there are many options out there now, Hootsuite is an awesome and convenient to manage your social network marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am all about doing things for free because I am always working with a budget, so I miss some of the original functionality that Hootsuite had in the early days. Some of the functions are now only available on paid accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite enables me to manage all of my social media marketing in one place! I can schedule posts, so I can set it and forget it! Love the convenience!

You won't regret it!

What do you like best about the product?
That I can schedule so many different things from the palm of my hand if I want to!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the app will miss scheduled posts but doesn’t give a pop-up or re-try notification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Promoting my new website and social media posts when I’m not available.

For beginners, social media marketing is important and Hootsuite allows you to do so at your own convenience

What do you like best about the product?
We liked the idea of posting to multiple channels from one source, but Hootsuite was NOT the solution for us
What do you dislike about the product?
Their dashboard is a mess. Their app is even worse They are not for agencies with multiple clients and the customer care is non existent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to be able to cover multiple channels for multiple clients, ended up making the switch to Loomly and LOVE it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look into all of your options, check youtube tutorials and reviews.

Helpful for keeping on top of social media posts

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for keeping organized with social media accounts, as a part of a marketing agency who manages many clients' accounts. It allows me to schedule posts in advance and post on all platforms at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of customization for each platform when you are writing your post content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving a lot of time and energy by being more organized with Hootsuite. I no longer have to log in and out of clients social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts weeks at a time and not have to worry about posting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout and the fact it doesn't read if you have something scheduled twice. Also, should be able to have more than one person log in to the account to operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The layout could be designed more efficiently.

Hootsuite is a skillful tool for social networks

What do you like best about the product?
We like to be able to handle large numbers of posts within the platform without it collapsing, as is the case with other social selling software. It should be noted that with hootsuite we can program the time of publication of the post and the number of impressions. It has a lot of capacity, since it allows you to attach images and audio and video files to posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not like it if poor support to install on desktop computers (at least works well from the web page). We do not like its low mobile access capacity, since it is slow, and it takes too much time to attach large files. A problem that we have noticed about hootsuite is that it does not integrate correctly to the Foursquare platform, and that its analytics system collects the figures with margins between one date and another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With hootsuite we have been able to resolve not being able to post on social networks outside working hours (sometimes) because we can schedule the publication of these to be given during weekends, specifically. It has helped us a lot with the follow-ups of the audience, the competition, and with our feedback collections, which are now more detailed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hootsuite is elegant, precise, and has many useful functions for the creation and organization of automated publications for social networks. We recommend it completely to teams of community managers who wish to carry not only a better management of their publications in networks, but also a better tracking of metrics.
