Easy to use, intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to navigate between platforms, schedule posts, posts directly and shorten links directly on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be hard to find the icon used to publish posts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in looking ahead to see which social posts are already scheduled for the week and scheduling new ones. It can be difficult to tag people

Hootsuite - the most intuitive social posting

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is extremely intuitive and really easy to use. The platform could not be more straightforwardly set up for getting our social accounts connected and organizing posting. In comparison to HubSpot, Hootsuite is a dream.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Hootsuite doesn’t have much more to it. If Hootsuite offered more, I could maybe pitch it to our management team over HubSpot. That being said, social isn’t as large a part of our business as it is other businesses, so if it were a huger deal, maybe they’d be more on board. It’s a much better, more organized tool than HubSpoot for social.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer use this tool so I cannot say that I’m solving existing problems, but I was solving seeing all social posts in one place. It was too tough when they were all over the place and when it was necessary to log into twitter and linkedin and Facebook just to post for one company. Hootsuite saved me for a bit. Now that we’ve moved to HubSpot, I simply just want to move back to Hootsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite allows me to manage and post to multiple social media outlets all at one time! Not only can I see multiple feeds all at once, but can make posts and add pictures even across multiple platforms such as Facebook and Pinterest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite can be buggy at times so every so often you'll have to double-check your posts. Updates are not always communicated in real-time so you may open the site one day and have to re-learn how to use the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me hours of having to go from site to site while posting since I can manage and post from one platform to multiple others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to really learn all of the features and you can make managing social media activity an absolute breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite's social listening capabilities are its most helpful feature, in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about Hootsuite, I just don't find it to be an absolute necessity for my marketing needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to monitor multiple channels all in the same place, which saves time and energy.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like hootsuite because i run many social medias. While i use hootsuite i have the ability to choose several social media outlets and post to them all at once. If you are just now getting into hoot suite you wont see the awesome upgrades that they have set up recently. There is a new publisher available that gives you even more control over how you post. I love the new ability that when posting for the future it holds my time. If i choose to post 12am on the 1st and 12pm on the second it very simple to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish when using the auto scheduler i had more control over that. I want to block my post into weeks. I want to be able to hit auto schedule and it will only fill spots in the week i choose. One more thing i wish they would update is you can only post within 5 minute incriments. I want to be able to post at 5:13 but i can not i would have to choose at 5:10 or 5:15.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like i have already stated i love that i can post at so many different places ll at once. Its really a time saver/

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is a high-capacity application with a variety of functions that allow you to easily and simply plan publications and material across all social networks. It is quite simple to attribute work to other participants in the group. In addition the analysis application is very useful to obtain excellent information about the commitment of its practitioners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage that I have had with Hootsuite and that I can consider a negative experience is that to be able to make a publication in the Instagram social network, I have to do it only and exclusively from a mobile device, it does not allow me to do it from the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hootsuite we can keep completely up to date when it comes to social networks. We can transmit everything we want to project for our customers. It is very advantageous to use Hootsuite, the saving of time and the simplicity of use makes it the ideal marketing tool. When we try it, we use the free version that can be used indefinitely, but we immediately update the plan and it has completely filled the expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is the program that we have been using in our company for some time to keep monitoring the social networks of our company. It is easy to implement and link our social networks with this program, its platform is easy to use and has a very simple design (and we even think it is based on Twitter). If you are a small company with few social networks or you want it for personal use, with your free plan it will be more than enough, but if you need to manage more than 3 social networks you should simultaneously acquire a payment plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very happy so far with HootSuite and we have nothing negative to say about this tool, it is complete, it is simple and it complies with everything that it promises, and even if the platform has a problem or needs an update, the same HootSuite indicates it with a warning or pop-up window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the most we have seen benefit is in time. HootSuite allows us to keep our social networks updated, monitor and even schedule updates to be published in future dates and this saves us time that we can devote to other activities in our company. We need our customers and followers to see that our networks are active for improvements in our sales and with HootSuite we can achieve it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to manage your social networks in a fast, simple and simultaneous way, HootSuite is the best program for social network management that we can recommend.

Decent option for management

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to easily toggle between various accounts and it was pretty user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't great to view. Everything was fairly small and I didn't like how it looked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to manage and respond to many clients using Hootsuite.

User-friendly and organized

What do you like best about the product?
The actual scheduling is super easy to work with and monitor. I like keeping it in the calendar view to be able to see the posts I have planned out for everyday of the week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The posting to Instagram needs some work. I have also noticed that it gives me the option to respond back to comments through Hootsuite, but it doesn't show up on the actual social media platform. Facebook in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It puts everything together on a dashboard, and it makes things way easier to view. I can see messages, comments, and responses. Its easier to use when you want to see analytics on the social media you are using. It breaks things down better and helps gauge which direction you should go down when advertising on social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely take part in the free trial to get the feel and hang of it.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to keep track of all my social media accounts and schedule posts. Easy interface to use and analytics help me see what works and what does not.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides. At times it will disconnect an account but reconnecting is easy. One thing I wish I could d is schedule instagram posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines the process of scheduling and setting up posts. It is a clean interface that is easy to navigate and has plenty of extra features that help out, especially the analytics side.
