Easy to Use / Makes Posting on Multi Channels Easy

What do you like best about the product?
Clean dashboard. Easy to use
extremely functional.
Makes posting on several channels much easier. As HS has been around a while, they understand what the marketing is asking for in their product and they do a good job keeping it up-to-date for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I wish it has a little more advanced functionality, but overall no true complaints as it serves its purpose well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From small business to an enterprise level, it makes sharing or posting original content on various sources much easier. It saves time that would otherwise be wasted sharing the same thing on 5 websites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give UI a little more modern look. While simple is always good, a little update won't hurt

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite not only allowed me to plan and schedule content, it helped me immensely with community management and interacting with relevant accounts to help grow my audience. It was also extremely easy to manage multiple accounts in Hootsuite and navigate between all of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really disliked not being able to schedule posts to automatically post to Instagram, but Hootsuite fixed that! My only other problem was with some specificity in community management - I wasn't able to interact with other accounts as fully as I could on the native platforms. I also had some problems with posts that were scheduled hitting hiccups and not posting - I never got notifications about things that didn't post, so they went unnoticed until I remembered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me map out content ahead of time and not have to worry about when to post things. I've seen many benefits, including ease of following topics, locations, and hashtags relevant to my account. It really just helps make the entire process of planning, posting, and keeping track of content easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend Hootsuite. I've used it in two different social media management roles, and it's a perfect tool to suit my needs.

Great Way To Manage Multiple Accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of being able to schedule posts for multiple accounts on multiple platforms. In addition, I can monitor posts from other people we follow and see what is trending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I understand that Hootsuite is a 3rd part app, but I like when you could tag people on Facebook in your posts when creating posts in Hootsuite. I have moved away from Hootsuite for Facebook because of this.Our goal is to engage and create conversations with specific tagged people in posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I worked at a small non-profit, Hootsuite was a life saver. I used this to manage multiple pages on multiple different social media channels. We moved to the paid version of Hootsuite so that I could add multiple pages, and use the easy post uploader.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I started using the free version of Hootsuite. Even on a small non-profit budget, we moved to the lowest level paid version. I would recommend using the paid version so you can quickly upload multiple posts, and you can manage more accounts.

Not limited to Hootsuite, managing multiple accounts and identities is still complicated sometimes.

I use Hootsuite to manage multiple social profiles and identities.

I like HootSuite give you the ability to manage multiple social media accounts for your different brand or brands
What do you dislike about the product?
I just like how you can only post of wine so what type of social media account at the same time So if you have three Twitter account so you could only post to one

Responding to clients keeping them happy responding any issues or requests

What do you like best about the product?
This is helpful because you can look at multiple accounts that you manage on one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can easily be confusion because of all of the counts mixing together. I think they should be clearly separated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the best way to plan ahead for social media posting in a PR agency, I am able to set things weeks in advance and I even am noticed when to post if I don’t have it as automatic.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to understand, quick to learn features and functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
There are often glitches, needing to re do a post, or a post that doesn't go through with all the tags and hashtags.I wish that there was a deeper level of reporting that was more easily exported for distribution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social posts is a must. It's helped keep us on track. Love the overall reporting as well.

We improve the management of social networks with HootSuite

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite has become a fundamental tool in our company, since it was necessary for us to have a good administration of our social networks and this we could do with HootSuite. Its platform is very easy to use and easily integrates with our social networks.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have no negative aspects about this program, it complies with everything it offers, although it is true that for a lot of its costs are a bit high to only manage social networks but it is honestly worth paying every dollar because you notice the difference in our networks if you know how to use HootSuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What we have benefited the most is the increase in our sales, since we needed a tool to keep updated and activate our social networks to create sales campaigns. HootSuite is the program that allows us to do that, besides that it has a calendar option that allows us to program publications, something that saves us a lot of time and allows us to use it in other activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a program that allows you to manage your social networks or that of your clients, HootSuite is the program that we can recommend, it is easy to use, to integrate with your social networks and thus have a better control and administration.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and easy to schedule social media content in advance and see all your posts in one spot! It's free for a limited amount of posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't pull up hashtag recommendations and @'s like the social media pages themselves do. The calendar and making edits to future posts are not as quick and easy as the previous layout of Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not always in the office, and I sometimes need to schedule posts in advance (so I remember to do them or have them go out when I am on the road). Cool platform!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just try it! You really have nothing to lose!

What do you like best about the product?
The prices were low and Hootsuite provided the basics needed for social media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface was not user friendly or good looking, the insights were basic and it was not easy to repost content across channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media management - switched to another platform though because we wanted a more in depth / analytical solution.

Use it in conjunction with another tool to get the most out of your social media strategy.
