We manage our social networks and those of our clients with HootSuite
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is the program with which we have been better able to adapt to manage and monitor our social networks. It is easy to use and easy to install (only some social networks require some steps for linking), its platform is simple and you have excellent tools that facilitate our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
What we do not like about this program is that its appearance seems to have been created based on Twitter and this makes its design look a little loose, but for the rest we have nothing negative to say about HootSuite since it complies with all the functions it promises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HootSuite helps us to manage our social networks and we even manage some of our clients with this program and it makes everything easier. We can create campaigns, make simultaneous publications and, best of all, it is its function to program publications, which saves us time and allows us to keep our social networks and that of our clients always updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have benefited a lot with this program, has calendar management, integrations with third-party programs such as Adobe Stock, Salesforce, OneDrive, Trellou, many other applications, which help us to better perform our work. For all that and more, we recommend that you use HootSuite, from its free plan that allows you to use up to 3 social networks and free integrations or that you choose to pay a payment plan that helps you get more reach and greater features to better manage your social networks.
Great Platform to manage social media posts
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive to use. Support team is very helpful and helps with deployment and technical issues very quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Has some limitations in what it can do in terms of targeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE are able to pre-schedule posts for our social media allowing us to free up time to work on other goals.

Make sure your platforms are connected properly before implementing.
Saves So Much Time
What do you like best about the product?
I use the free version of Hootsuite; it saves SO MUCH time. I can plan out event posts on Instagram and Facebook for the whole month in just one sitting. I can also post to both platforms from one Hootsuite command, and can schedule posts ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version does not allow posting to stories (I'm not sure if the paid version does either?). The free version also does not allow posting more than one image to Instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On Facebook, administrators can now schedule posts, but to my knowledge, that's not available for Instagram. Hootsuite solves this problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The free version is so superior to using nothing for post scheduling.
Publish simultaneously on social networks with HootSuite
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is the program that has allowed us to manage our social networks and those of our customers. Specifically we administer Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and more, in its panel it indicates the limit of characters that we can use for each social network, it allows us to send a publication AT THE SAME TIME in each network, as well as leaving them programmed. It is very easy to use and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the moment we can mention that we do not like your limit of three accounts to manage in your free plan, we believe that with 5 it would be better, since at least it would be an account for each social network. In addition, we must mention that if you are a small company you may find your prices a little high, but we believe that paying them is worth it since HootSuite is an excellent program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company manages several accounts at the same time and managing them individually was a lot of work and required a lot of time invested, with HootSuite we can manage several accounts at the same time and all from one place, this undoubtedly saves us time that we can invest in other jobs and a of the functions that do not help most, is to schedule publications and so we can have our social networks active and updated all the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HootSuite gives you integrations with third-party programs such as Salesforce or Google Analytics that will make you do your job much better.
Simple to use, easy to schedule posts!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can see all my social media channels at the same time (LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, and personal accounts). This helps to compare social traffic, trends, etc. It's also great that I can schedule posts way ahead of time and they automatically post to the social media channel I choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I really disliked about Hootsuite. For a small organization like ours, it was perfect to use to keep up with our accounts and schedule things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time! I don't have to go back every day and make sure something is getting posted- I just schedule everything for the upcoming week all at once and don't have to worry about what's getting posted the following week. It helps us stay organized as a business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend! You can also do a training class and get certified from the Hootsuite Social Academy. This was a great benefit for me!
All of your Social Media Accounts through one easy Software
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is perfect for businesses and brands who have multiple accounts to track and want an efficient software to post across different platforms. Each post can be scheduled before hand, making creating and keeping up with content easy and manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is great if you only have 3 accounts to manage, since this is what the free option offers. However, if you have more you have to pay for a premium plan. Hootsuite can also be confusing at first because the design and layout of the dashboard is hard to navigate for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has significantly improved marketing techniques for my businesses’ social media accounts. The efficiency of Hootsuite has made posting content and staying consistent as easy as ever. Even when our content creators are having trouble creating new content, Hootsuite even offers suggestions to help speed up the creative process.
Simple post scheduling, good for time management.
What do you like best about the product?
The simple layout is very helpful when scheduling business posts for an extended time period.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding or removing new accounts can be a little slow, as the page typically needs to load for a while in order to complete the action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management while maintaining consistent messaging across business social media accounts.

Register for the trail to see the features and benefits of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to follow trends allows me to better understand where the competition is going with their marketing and be able to pivot my plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Wish you could upload higher res images (5 mb cap). We are a highly visual brand and we have to sacrifice picture resolution which kind of stinks but. . . oh well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the first social media manager for this particular brand but I have used HS in the past. They didn't use social much before. Check back later for a real answer!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it, the other social planning services I had used in internships were frustrating and hard to use, even for the people who were "experts" with the program.
Social media management, made efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The core benefit of Hootsuite is the enormous amount of time you'll save by having all of your platforms integrated in one place. Hootsuite makes managing various platforms simple, convenient, and efficient. A major benefit of this software is the ability to create, edit, and schedule posts ahead of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Hootsuite has been an incredible resource!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use Hootsuite to manage multiple media channels (i.e. Instagram, Facebook), allowing us to sync and schedule posts. Also useful to moderate and search hashtags used.

You will not find an easier software to manage multiple social media platforms!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule my social media content for specific posting times.

I feel like it can be a little confusing and cumbersome for someone to get started using hoot suite.
