Great Social Media Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is really easy to use and it's great for organization and stats. Posting on various social media platforms is easy and you could use hashtags, add images and video, shorten your URLs and schedule your posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Hootsuite was built for Twitter. I don't feel its as useful for Linkedin since it only has two streams: Company Updates and Scheduled Posts. Also, Hootsuite doesn't support posts with mulitple images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has allowed us to create a social campaign workflow that involves our PR team and our Digital Marketing Team. It allows us all to review posts and analytics together and discuss.
Hootesuite has made my job so much easier
What do you like best about the product?
Everything!! I love that Hootesuite generates analytic reports that are easy to customize. I also love being able to manage multiple social media accounts

Sometimes I wish there were more options when it comes to creating analytic reports

There are so many benefits. I am able to manage multiple social media accounts from one place. I love being able to schedule posts well in advance.

Connect multiple social media channels, make sure to tag posts so you can easily create analytic reports.

What do you like best about the product?
It really makes social media management easy. Especially when training new social media marketers, hootsuite makes getting into social scheduling and organization easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I really enjoy working with Hootsuite.

Hootsuite has allowed me to take more control over my social accounts. It allows me and my colleagues to operate our accounts at any time
Quick easy social media management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to queue posts across a wide range of platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used the program for two weeks and have yet to find anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content being pushed at different times was affecting our social media traffic so with the ability to queue posts to all blast at the same time effectively eliminated this problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely go for Hootsuite over the competitor product.
Scheduling Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to schedule multiple posts on different social media platforms. The visual Dashboard also allows me to see my week at a glance and alternate content easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike that I'm unable to schedule the same posts as recurring / every 2 weeks, etc. Also would love the option to schedule to stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite has improved communication. My coworker is able to see what we have scheduled and in turn does not duplicate posts. We also have the ability to produce content and create posts in advance. Love being able to schedule the week out vs. having to post daily .

Strongly recommend utilizing this software.
We manage our social networks easily with HootSuite
What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite is the tool that we have been using for quite some time now to manage and monitor the social networks of our clients and even ours. It is a simple platform, with a simple aspect, but with very important characteristics that make our work much easier and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. For start-up companies, we recommend using the free plan that will allow them to use up to three social networks, but we believe that they have many limitations and will miss the best features of the professional plan. However, the payment plan can be very expensive if you are starting a project or you have little budget, but HootSuite is a program that is worth hiring because it will make your job easier to do and your social networks or your social networks. customers are always updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From monitoring and scheduling publications, to improving marketing campaigns, these are just some of the functions with which our company has benefited. Managing the social networks of our clients has been better since we used HootSuite since we can see the recent publications of the followers and people that we follow, schedule publications in advance. And if our clients use Salesforce or Google Analytics, with this program we can create integrations quickly.

Do not think twice and use HootSuite, either your free plan or the one from the first moment you use it, you will notice the positive changes in your social networks and those of your clients.
Easy to manage #s and comperitors
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to add streams using target, keywords & list (twitter list), easy to cross manage multiple social media, such as FB, IG and Twitter. Easy to schedule your post in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
App is not as good as the web virsion in terms of numbers of functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social media in one platform, and schedule posts in advance.
Hootsuite Helps Manage Multiple Social Accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes it easy to connect and integrate with various social media platforms. Scheduling posts are also made convenient and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount you get for a free membership in comparison to a paid membership. In addition, there have been times I've need to reconnect a social media platform to the account. In addition, you cannot schedule a post lower than 5 minutes between each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we solve by using Hootsuite is having a single hub in charge of multiple platforms. The benefits are being able to manage these platforms with a single account.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Advice for other Hootsuite users is don't be afraid to utilize newer features. They've recently created a feature that allows you to power up your posting with their new boost feature.
I Give a Hoot
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been the most affordable and easy content scheduler for our client social posts. Being able to schedule posts to multiple channels at one time is great, and having multiple client accounts readily available to post to has been a time-saver. I love that you can see a week's worth of content at a time, letting me know what gaps should be filled (if any) and when things will be posted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how almost once a month, I need to reauthenicate an Instagram account - I don't feel I get any type of warning and then posts won't go out. Sometimes, posts just don't go out (no reauthentication needed) and I have to reschedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves our content scheduling problems at an affordable rate. One of the major benefits has been increasing productivity. Rather than spending time having to post directly to channels, I can easily create, schedule, and manage directly from the Hootsuite dashboard. Monitoring hashtags and conversations through the dashboard has also been beneficial, allowing me to catch things I might have missed had I just been logged onto the social channels themselves. It streamlines content management and gives me more time to research and stay up to date on social trends.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the easiest and most affordable content scheduling options out there, especially with access to Instagram scheduling!
Great way to get your social media on track
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can preview the posts in their latest feature. I also love having my channels set on my dashboard. It gives me great insight to what my feed will look like in the next few weeks. Hootsuite helps you get ahead of your social media and gain control of your brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's still work they have to do with Twitter. I find that posting directly on Twitter, I have more options. Pictures display the way I want them to and link populate the way they should. When I post on Twitter via Hootsuite I have to be more aware of media. Wish that experience was different.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Hootsuite to take charge of my social media presence and of brand recognition. Hootsuite has made that journey so easy. I love going to events and just live commenting via Hootsuite rather than having all my social media platforms opened at the same time. I've also been able to easily have a planning session where I can set it and forget it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Social media management can be tedious work. Hootsuite helps take off some of the burden.
