What do you like best about the product?
I like the name and the logo. That's about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the interface at all. It just seems a little too complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It didn't make social media management easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to schedule Instagram, Facebook, Twitter posts beforehand especially when I am OOO or for the weekends/holidays when it's difficult for me to post at the time. It's also useful that posts can be sent out through multiple channels of social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that when you used the service, the quality of the images go down compared to when you post it yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is effective for promotions and marketing to quickly reach out to different social media in an efficient way. It is also easy to monitor comments, questions, and reviews through Hootsuite instead of going into each social media channel.

Good Platform to trak all your PR and mentions

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard is easy to use and set up PR blasts to specific audience segmentations
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit pricey but it's a good CRM if you have a lot of PR coming out of your company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When using it I did noticed increased clicks to our company website and visits overall spiked.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To get the most out of it you kind of have toi live in it. It's great to use when you have quality PR or social media content to track and put out but you have to manage it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and user friendly for the most part. Someone with basic knowledge of computers should be able to easily use this. Works well for small business in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimalist software. Reporting isn’t great and when managing multiple children accounts can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting to multiple platforms and scheduling out post in advance to save time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out more robust software before making your decision.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite centralizes all the social media platforms we use (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter), and allows us to track so much information (when are people most likely to look at our posts), and highly control our rate of posting and schedule of posts. Very helpful. A huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there's not much. Obviously we haven't bought the highest level subscription which comes with more features (which would be nice), but that's because we don't really need it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-planning posts and scheduling them for the future. I had been taking 15 minutes out of my day every day to post on each social media platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Hootsuite because it allows me to be more organized with posting the social media content I need to for my business. I can make sure that no matter what I am doing during that time, the post will still be uploading to whatever social media application we are using. If there is an issue with posting it, it will let us know that it could not post so we can get on and try to do it manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the inbox feature could be organized differently. I find that it is easy to lose messages you may respond to. When you reply directly through Hootsuite, it adds the initials of the responder, and other small issues that I wish could be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps the company more organized and it allows us to spend less time on the actual post and more time on creating more content. I enjoy using it because it makes things a lot easier on whoever is posting. I also enjoy having all of the analytics and engagement in one location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out all the different options before deciding to use Hootsuite. There are many different options that all have similar uses. One could be better for certain companies than others.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Hootsuite is that you can schedule multiple posts a day. I love how easy it is to use and fast as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Hootsuite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Social Media Director so I use Hootsuite to schedule posts for Facebook and Instagram.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Best advice is to start using it. You will love it and it will save you the time to schedule posts daily.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can schedule my posts well in advance for different social media platforms. I am saving a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that its very limited in terms of characters but it refers mostly to Twitter page. If you don't upgrade your package you'll have limited posts to schedule periodically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to save time when scheduling posts for Social media. It helps me to organize in advance my content.
