What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite offer user the ability to schedule and posts and source content
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially the platform can be a little overwhelming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to centrally post from one platform and source social content

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great for posting to some social channels, and only ok for others. It's nice having the option to schedule on platforms that don't have native scheduling, but the recent privacy changes make it a lot tougher to use since FB and IG no longer allow tagging, which is a key feature for building engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recent changes to the FB and IG API make it difficult to make highly engaging posts. The limitations on Linked in are also tough to handle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing multiple clients and multiple accounts is a breeze. Saves literally hours every week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it will meet all your needs before signing up for the more expensive options.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboard. You can see everything at once and it is easy to keep up with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes everything gets mixed together and its hard to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am posting on multiple platforms at once to make sure every platform gets all the information that i am sending out.

Manage business social networks with HootSuite

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has been using HootSuite for good weather and it has been the best! Managing our social networks has never been easier since we used HootSuite. Our company is based on sales, so we have to use social networks to have an approach with our customers and HootSuite allows us to keep our social networks more active.
What do you dislike about the product?
We believe that its appearance is based mostly on Twitter, something that for us is a limitation for the program, and we would like to see the platform more oriented to other networks. And the second thing is that we believe that it should have deeper analysis, at least in the traffic and that this can detect more efficiently if they are bots or real people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We start using the free plan and then we change to the Professional to get more features. We manage several social networks, we create integrations with Salesforce for our campaigns and sales. We leave programmed publications in advance something that saves us time and allows us to have our social networks updated. We can manage publishers, keep track of publications and reach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use HootSuite with your eyes closed. It is a very complete program and will bring good benefits to your company. You can start with the free plan to manage up to 3 social networks or hire a payment plan, if your company is small it may seem expensive but this is really worth it.

All of my social networks are linked on one platform and I can see them on the calendar

I think they can do better on making separate columns for each social network.

I like that it's free, but that's about it.

With so many scheduling platforms out there, it's hard to believe that they're not keeping up.

I think that this was your standard scheduling platform, but they haven't really made enough updates to keep up with the tines.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hootsuite's scheduling platform. It is simple, but in that simplicity it also leaves much to be desired.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think their Analytics are garbage and inefficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am only using Hootsuite for scheduling purposes to ensure all posts are published on time.

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite supports social network integrations for various social media platforms. It is extremely user friendly. It provides a free version too. It has multiple tabs to control various social media applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is not very economical and it can be pricy for small businesses. It does not provide trend analysis and web forms. It sometimes delays your scheduled posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite provides detailed report of your social media activity. It also tracks your posts. It allows you to schedule your posts as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy scheduling for managing multiple social media channels
What do you dislike about the product?
Formats are broken, certain video requirements when uploading to Twitter and Instagram that aren't present if you post direct. Accounts are constantly disconnected and needing reconnected.
Hurts Facebook reach to use outside program, so I schedule everything directly there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twitter and Instagram posting.

Excellent automation tool, very easy to use, with great reporting capabilities.

I use the free version currently, but I would like to know the monthly cost.

Raise awareness of change on social media, automate the delivery and dissemination of content.
