Hootsuite is perfect. Our network metrics are better than ever

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite we liked in many aspects. At least, its post creator is so automated that we just have to make the minimum effort to write, and it is extremely easy to accommodate the hours of each publication. We liked its integration to Facebook because of the speed it entails, and also its integration to the foursquare platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability of hootsuite to be installed on computers (desktops) is quite limited. Although it has a good deployment, the fact of not being able to use it without an internet connection makes it quite disposable. A problem with hootsuite is that sometimes the workflow system is deconfigured. We are limited enough that there can only be two users per session connected at the same time within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We urgently needed a platform that would allow us to simultaneously manage a large number of accounts not only of Facebook, but also of Twitter and Instagram, and that would make the process of alternating between one account and another simple. Also, the fact that hootsuite does not collapse indiscriminately (as with other post automation platforms) makes it highly recommended.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's not much more to say about hootsuite. It is a platform that over the years has gained great respect on the web. It is constantly updated, to always offer an avant-garde and reliable social network automation service. It is highly recommended to do competitive analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hootsuite is that you can schedule social media posts... when it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is fickle overall as a platform. It disconnects our accounts a lot and it doesn't always alert us when our posts go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are scheduling our client's social media posts through Hootsuite.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have ample time because you'll have to reset your accounts frequently.

As of now the ability to schedule posts across several platforms and accounts has not been work well. Could use work to make it more user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
In our company we needed to manage our own social networks and doing it one by one took time away, as well as making publications, taking into account the characters, programming, etc. And the program that facilitated us to do this and manage several accounts in one place was HootSuite! With this program our accounts are always updated and monitored and the best thing of all is that we can dedicate time to other activities leaving scheduled publications.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can only mention that if you are a small company maybe your payment plans are somewhat costly but honestly for us every dollar is worth paying to have other features that help us to manage more easily, efficiently and quickly social networks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has grown with the benefits provided by HootSuite, since it saves time that we can dedicate to other work activities and we save time by leaving publications and campaigns programs, this has given us a great advantage since our social networks are always updated. It is also very easy to integrate this program with other external tools such as shorteners, RSS feed, Google Drive, SoundCloud and Salesforce.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use HootSuite to manage all your networks or that of your clients. Save time, be creative, leave posts scheduled in advance and much more! We recommend it ;)

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can schedule posts ahead of time, even with the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's frustrating that I can't tag people in any of the outlets I post to.

I'm using hootsuite to save time posting to social media.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule posts and preview them. Easily organized and separated by accounts and platforms, and easily monitored.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that contests are not included in the professional plan. It would be so useful for small businesses. The analytics section could be more detailed, but it's very nicely displayed nevertheless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me schedule a few months in advance, and I am able to monitor all social media accounts for multiple clients in one page.

What do you like best about the product?
The social media streams allow me to track my company's posts and mentions across platforms and interact with customers, partners, suppliers from a single interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the streams don't load or I have to reconnect and reconfigure, which can be a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's cut the time it takes to push out social messages and helps me to stay on top of interactions. Before, a mention or reply that needed a timely response might get missed. Hootsuite gives me a holistic view of my company's social media footprint.

Make sure you go through product training at the start so you can get off the ground running.
