Great tool for managing multiple social media platforms!

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can write a post one time and send it to everyone of your social media accounts at the same time and keep an eye on the analytics is just amazing. I find it to be a flawlessly built tool that is going to be of great use to many types of people around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of challenge at first to understand how it worked but got easier over time. It's just a new tool that no one has not had the pleasure of using until now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to rewrite/copy and paste a post to 5 or 6 different social media platforms. The benefits of this is cutting down working time by nearly 75% of what it use to take to complete my task.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to schedule out content using Hootsuite and the seemless integration with Instagram is perfect for busy social media people who want to keep up a presence without investing time every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few quirks to know about when using the system. It's pretty easy to use, but not easy enough to use it without any direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to schedule out content on a variety of social platforms, at once. I liked that Hootsuite offered a complete solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the free trial to understand if it is the best option for your business.

Easy to manage our social networks and that of our clients

What do you like best about the product?
HootSuite has been the best program that our company has found to manage accounts in social networks. We have used its free version and the payment, so we can say with certainty that the two are worth it, even if you are a small company, with the free plan you can manage 3 different social networks. From creating, editing and programming publications, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, HootSuite has nothing wrong and does not present major problems, we can only mention three things that should be improved:

1. Identify or improve the scope analysis for real people as well as for bots.
2. To see who retweet our publications.
3. And the price, if your company is small you should consider if you can really afford the payment plan, but I already tell you that the free plan is very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To our social media work team, HootSuite has saved you time that you can devote to other activities. This program is very organized, it integrates very easily to various social networks and third party programs such as Box, Dropbox, Google Drive and others, so we can not only work with social networks but also with other platforms. In addition to this, it has a scheduled publishing option that is very good and helps us to leave publications of up to weeks or months already prepared.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HootSuite is an excellent program that can help you improve the time of publication and the administration of social networks, whether personal, social networks of your own company or third parties (clients). We recommend 100% HootSuite.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to schedule on several social medias, and analytics are fun to explore. I haven't branched out to its other uses but it's been easy so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many issues connecting Instagram (still haven't because of these issues). And I couldn't remove failed scheduling posts so that was stressful. And you can't multitag when using several platforms (which makes sense, but still).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes scheduling easier and hassle-free so content is continuous. Easy to see mentions across platforms as well and analytics, so a social media manager all in one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really an all-in-one social media manager, just as it markets itself. You need to be connected to internet, at least how I use it, which is sometimes troublesome, but for the most part connectivity is good. The only social media I had issues with was Instagram (and we still do so we really gave up on it), but Hootsuite is good with notifications and "how to's". Would recommend.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to see all of the posts we have scheduled across all platforms. I also really like the analytics I can access.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are glitches from time to time that cause me to receive incorrect analytics which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me time, ability to schedule posts, and ability to see analytics from all platforms in one place.

How it works with all profiles and is easy to integrate and setup

Sometimes the Instagram posts do not get posted from the 3rd party app which can be annoying

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite helps me manage multiple social media accounts - and across more than one company. It is espeically helpful for big events.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'sa pretty good app -- I think their user interface coule use a few tweaks/upgrades to make some things a tad more intuitive but I think they are working on that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a while I was managing multiple SM accounts across multiple companies for our sister companies - until I started using Hootsuite it was nearly impossible. Now I can set up/schedule posts in advance, and get reports on everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling social media posts across multiple channels is ridiculously easy! teaching others how to use it takes minimal time and allows for us to focus our time on different tasks that are more tedious
What do you dislike about the product?
the scheduling system could be a bit more intuitive but overall it's decent. I'm not a huge fan of the streams you see on hootsuite from the connected social media problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a VERY small marketing team of two people, managing all aspects of marketing- social media planning and scheduling was near impossible to manage on top of everything else we do. Now it only takes us about an hour a week to schedule posts then we can refocus our efforts elsewhere for the rest of the week and not have to worry about social media.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
the free service is great if your company doesn't use social media massively. for us it's just a couple industry-related posts a week and also a few job openings so we don't need anything SUPER robust and this gets the job done for us!

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is great to social activity, particularly Twitter. I think being able to monitor hashtags is a great way to quickly identify relevant data related to a particular stream of information that you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is great to be able to see so much social activity in real-time, the hashtags are quite broad and produce a large volume of data that may not always be particularly relevant. It can be difficult to sift through all the information to find the most related or compelling content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hootsuite for real-time monitoring. There are benefits of seeing activity revolving around a hashtag, which can help in curating relevant content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are hoping to use this as a deep-dive social listening tool, this is not the best product. As a social monitoring tool, it can be useful. Understand that there can be a large volume of data that may not necessarily give you the insight you want.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can schedule Instagram and Facebook at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite doesn't allow you to customize based on platform and with the Facebook scheduler tool and a free Instagram scheduler like Later or Preview, it seems not useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do like Hootsuite's analytics reports.
